This entry is to give you an overview of the farm and also in case you want to hold a laid-back, nature-oriented, special event at the FFF, where our mantra is, “nothing will be perfect, but everything will be fine.” So, if you are looking for artificial perfection, look elsewhere. There are 40 acres of hardwood timber on the Platte river and 10 acres of grass and wildflowers; Miles of rustic trails for hiking or biking, some appropriate for hayrides; picnic table and a 300 sq. ft. treehouse with hammocks for relaxation; Play a game of Cornhole; Fish in our pond or the Platte river. We have beautiful and unique amenities, including a forest barrel sauna, a wood fire-heated clawfoot tub flower bath experience, a mini zipline, an outdoor shower, and hanging tree pods.
Finally, enjoy a complimentary continental breakfast, which you can self-prepare! We supply homemade waffle mix, oatmeal, coffee, and tea.
This land holds so much history, and unfortunately, prior inhabitants used a small area within this beautiful forest as a dumping ground for old appliances, car parts, and other retired debris. We are carefully working on removing and restoring this space as we can. As a nod to the prior inhabitants of this land, we are carefully collecting any artifacts found and reintegrating them into our building projects or transforming them into found-object art pieces.

We live on the property in the main house. Google Maps is mildly accurate, but it is like saying we are located at our neighbor's property. The house is green and has a wrap-around deck. If you aren't sure, please feel free to text me.
We want to acknowledge that Inntirety Healing Center is on the traditional, ancestral, and current home of Native Americans, Indigenous, and First Nations people. We ask you to join us in acknowledging the many tribal groups from our area, including the Jíwere, Kaw/Kansa, Otoe-Missouria, Shawnee, and Kickapoo tribes. We honor the elders, both past and present, and this calls us to continue to learn their stories and how to be better stewards of the land we occupy.
Camping/Glamping Sites
We have four glamping areas: two bell tents, a vintage pop-up camper, a tiny treehouse cabin, and a more primitive camping area with a tee-pee-style tent. Each site has a firepit or chiminea. If it is unsafe to burn, we will let you know. If conditions are dangerous for burning, each site has a mini BBQ grill. It is very important to keep your door zipped or shut. We try our hardest to keep bugs out so you are comfortable within. Each site has insense, and this is a magical bug detourant.
Inntirety Cafe / Lounge
Mini-Kitchen Area
If you don't feel like cooking or preparing your morning coffee at your site, you can use the community mini-kitchen area in the Inntirety Cafe. There are cooking utensils, a 2-burner electric stovetop, a French press, an electric kettle, and pots and pans. There is also a water station within the kitchen area. There is complimentary coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, butter, cooking oil, and a few other items for cooking. Please clean up the area if you decide to use the community mini-kitchen.
* We do not have running water inside the community area, but a sink is set up near the Forest Sauna for washing dishes.
Inntirety Lounge
Our community lounge is located within the Inntirety Cafe. Inside, you will find books, games, art supplies, and more. You are welcome to cool off, chill out, and relax during your stay. If you would like to borrow a book, game, etc., to return it to your campsite, please return it upon leaving.
Solar Shower
Just outside of the Forest Sauna is a solar shower with a small changing area. We have a water warming station near the outdoor sink to use for your shower. Inside the cafe, there is a laundry basket you can place your laundry in after you are done. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are in a basket by the shower. Solar Shower Instructions: If you want a warm shower, plug in the water heater near the sink. It takes about 1 hour to heat the water. Fill the white bucket with water. Walk over to the solar shower area and place it on the cinder blocks. Put water pump in the bucket. To turn on the pump, press the button for 3 seconds first and then once to activate.
Groomed Trails
The Inntirety forest has a groomed trail about a 3/4 mile loop. If you go off the trail, please be aware that you will probably get poison ivy, ticks, and other things you might not want to bring home as a souvenir. Please stay on the trails.
Zip Line
We have a 100ft zip line that guests are free to use. Please sign a waiver in the lounge before usage.

A hidden gem in Topeka, KS. Roughly 44 acres and 41 buildings and cabins for your stay. We have a creek that runs through the property and you can bring your kayak or fishing poles. We also have roughly 3 miles of wooded trails for you to explore. There is a playground for the kids to play on, a basketball court, and a sand volleyball pit. This is very camp at the lake style. Bedding is not included for camp bunk beds. Cabins do not have restrooms built in, but we have shower houses on site for you to use. They do have electricity, heat, and air conditioning. We have grills on site for cooking as well as a bon fire pit to enjoy smore's. Dream Acres at Forest Park is 4 miles away from Lake Shawnee. The World-Famous Topeka Zoo is 5 miles from the park. We loved tent camping here! The land is spacious and beautiful, especially the millions of fireflies that came out at night. The hosts were not home when we arrived so their parents greeted us so warmly and made us feel comfortable and safe. The barn with toilet and shower were a huge plus too! Would absolutely recommend.

The entire site was laid out very nicely and strategically. The tent sites are placed further back on the backside of the property with privacy and nature, and it was very private and cozy. Nothing but nature sounds at night. A huge plus, the bathrooms were very clean which made the trip that much better!! Would highly recommend. Lot #14 was ours under a large oak tree. A saw lots of amenities on site, check out their site.

I loved bringing my kids to the farm. I loved that I could enjoy every moment with them without having to over pack, set up a tent, pull an rv, or sleep on the ground. We made the decision to visit friday morning and were at the farm before dinner with plenty of time for a walk to the creek, dinner and smores at the campfire, a round of giant jenga, and the chance to sit and read a book while my kids played on the trampoline, tire swing and sand pit. They thought the outdoor shower was super cool. And they really loved swimming in the pond for 3 hours on Saturday. We can't wait to visit again. Bill, thank you for having us and being so welcoming. It was so nice to meet you. We will be back soon!

Great quiet private spot to camp. My dogs loved running the trails and chasing the rabbits (none where caught or injured in the chase 😊). Close enough to St. Joseph for us to see the sites and still enjoy an evening around the campbfire.

A shady place to camp means a lot on a hot summer day and the solar-heated bags worked well with just a couple hours against the metal plate on the side of the unit. But beware the mosquitoes that may proliferate as the stream flow dwindles to little pools and love humans in the evening.

My wife and I absolutely loved this spot! The pond was beautiful ( and full of fish), the area was maintained wonderfully, very private, and the hosts were friendly and down to earth! They truly made us feel at home. We even had a deer walk right past us at dusk. I would highly recommend and will be returning soon!!

2nd year in a row here and my son and I loved it once again. The host always makes us feel welcomed and is so helpful. We opted for feeding the chickens and goats again because it's so fun. Oh and picked up some farm fresh eggs. The dogs are a special treat as well. I like that it's like 10 minutes away from Leavenworth too so we get to explore the oldest city in KS and then come back to an awesome camp fire, fresh air and farm. We will definitely be returning!

Nice big field with many campsite opportunities. Ely was quick to respond when I let him know I arrived and when I was leaving. I heard several roosters, I think a horse as well in an adjacent field. Jupiter and Venus were in the sky and made the plane of the ecliptic very easy to visualize. I'll gladly camp at Scattercreek again if I'm in the area!

We had a lovely night tent camping at the Maple Forrest Site. JQ is a great host and gave us detailed directions beforehand. I would say a 4WD vehicle is required to drive the 2-track road to this specific camp site! We had no problem getting there with a truck. Our dogs enjoyed being able to run around outside. It was a very peaceful site and was well maintained/mowed. Campfires were permitted and wood was provided which was very generous. Verizon and ATT users were both able to get phone reception just fine at the site. The woods were very beautiful!

Bill and Nancy were so kind, you can tell how much work and care they put into their property over the last 40 years to make it a magical experience with an emphasis on kids and families in mind. I loved going down to the creek with the kids and looking for fossils(there is an abundance of unique fossils!) skipping rocks, and jumping across the stepping stones. Watching my son and his friend play so freely made me feel extremely nostalgic, we live in the suburbs and theres not as many opportunities to allow the kids to run around and have free reign the way they were able to on the farm. I got to talk to the owners for a while and hear some of their story, each and every facet of the property has a unique history and personal story behind it, you can feel the memories made in the space. Bill is a very handy craftsman and artist and he was behind many of the structures on the farm along with other creatives over the years. We brought our two small dogs and they did a great job keeping pets in mind with the design, we had a fenced yard that the dogs could stay in while we explored, unfortunately one of our kiddos left our gate open and one of our dogs got out later in the evening, I messaged the owners and they got up and found my dog! I was really worried because of how open the space was. Truly wonderful people, and a truly wonderful farm with many opportunities for family fun and interacting with nature. 10/10 would recommend.

Weekend Trip to Saddle Ridge Retreats
We absolutely loved our experience here!! The hosts were above and beyond friendly and helpful and the site was gorgeous. It felt private, and we truly enjoyed having the horses and cattle wondering nearby. We took a hike around the property, floated in the canoe, and relaxed around the campfire. The silo was clean, rustic and cozy. Stellar experience, we will definitely be returning!!
