We took advantage of having water and electric hookups during our visit and know there were other spots for Boonedocking. We parked right beside the pond and enjoyed some time fly fishing. The campsite was quiet and the grounds provided plenty of room for our boxer to walk. We recommend checking Kenny’s Hipcamp out. You won’t regret it.

I did not want to leave. I stayed for 4 days with my dogs and it was the most relaxed we’ve been on a cross country trip. There were cows to watch, resident geese, ducks and lots of other birds around to observe. The pond was perfect for the kayak and my dogs to swim whenever they wanted. Full hook ups were easy to use. Host was excellent with communication and was happy we were happy. 100 percent would stay again.

Not only was this entire site immaculate, I was able to move closer to all the amenities for only $20 more when I got on site. Amenities included pool, hot tub, bar and arcade with restaurant, basketball, Pickleball, large games (chess, connect four, football, etc), showers, and more. All of the employees were extremely kind and we had a great stop.

We have family in JAX and spent 11 nights at Kenny's property. We were super stoked to discover it and will be coming back on subsequent trips! The site is large, quiet, and convenient. Kenny was gracious and let us take our grandkids fishing (catch and release) on his private pond. We made some great memories with our two older FL grandkids catching bluegill and bass. Full hookups were a plus! Be sure to bring a 50-amp adapter plug. Amazing stay!

It's very peaceful, there was only 1 other rv there the whole time. There was a bonfire on Thanksgiving, I wanted to go, but I didn't get an invite and didn't want to intrude uninvited, as there were other people and I wanted to respect their space and time with family on the holiday. Also the temperature had finally dropped from shorts on the beach to holiday weather, and my heater was acting weird. And I was freezing. That fire was beautiful though, I was quite tempted. The lake is calm and relaxing. All in all a good spot to rv

Although the place was wonderful with curious geese and a peaceful pond it made up for the lack of people capable of picking up after their dogs...so luckily we had a large mat and spread it out to keep from stepping in piles of month old dried dog poop.
Otherwise hook up was a breeze, the sewer could use some weed whacking for easy spotting but never heard a word from the owners dogs which kept their distance upon arrival, Kenny was responsive and let us enjoy 1 out of 2 days alone on the property while he went and camped himself. I should hopefully return as the view was a change of pace.

I hammocked in the "under the pines" camping spot and it was really nice & spacious. Cassandra was very welcoming and kind, provided me with firewood and everything I needed for a great stay! I paddle boarded on the lake and it was super nice, would recommend to anyone looking for a nice getaway!

Kenny’s land was perfect. He was extremely responsive which was awesome because I was tired on the road and booked a late night, last minute reservation. He even lent me the correct adaptor to hookup my camper. His dogs were really cool and super sweet. They stayed over on their side of the property which didn’t interfere at all with me walking my dog on the other side of the property. The lake was beautiful to wake up to! We will definitely be back :)

This was our first time using Hipcamp and we were a little apprehensive staying on private property. It couldn't of gone more perfectly. Kenny called before we got there with instructions.
