Maple's job is to protect our ducks and chickens from predators. She will bark but she will not hurt you. She will especially love you if you have treats or say 'Hello, Maple!" We will try to have her put away before bookings if enough notice is given. She will not hurt a human, she knows her job and duty on our homestead but she can be nosy as she runs the perimeter of our property often. If you have a fear of dogs or would like to make sure she is put up just send me a message beforehand and I will make sure she is put away secure. She also will not mind other dogs but please make sure if you bring a pet it is kind to other animals and we expect all pets are leashed at all times unless inside your rig.

Paved, private, shaded, water and 50/30 amp RV site with built in swing and concrete picnic table. Site is on a working chicken and cow farm. We are 12 miles off of I-75 exits 293 and 306 (Cartersville and Adairsville). Cartersville has 3 world class museums, Telus, Savoy, and Booth.

For site number 3 (the one my wife and I stayed at) it was an easy back in to get our 45 toy hauler into the site. Sites 1 and 2 may have presented a challenge for our size rig but they are very spacious. All of the sites that is. Entry and exit of the park was easy and straight forward. We loved the close proximity to family in the area especially for our Thanksgiving stay. There was one limb that was touching the back corner of our roof and with a simple call to William, the issue was resolved quickly with a quick cut from his pole saw. We definitely plan to return to Deer Valley RV in the future. Thank you William!

We enjoyed our stay at Deer Valley. The sites are well maintained and offer all of the amenities a camper would need. They also have firewood on-site for purchase at a fair price. We appreciated the convenient location being near to grocery stores and restaurants. We will stay again next time we're in the area.

Perfect weekend getaway! Had An amazing time at the Blue Fork Farm. It’s a beautiful property and Andy & Anna provide all you could ask for. Short drive to several nice hikes and nature walks and a lil longer to go into town for food or other things you might need. 10/10

Took my six year-old granddaughter for her first camping trip here and we had so much fun! The animals were, of course, the highlight of our stay, but we also loved the accommodations and safety aspect of staying on Jannas property. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Perfect for rugged camping but with shelter & a shower! Feels secluded, but you still have cell service & civilization nearby in case you need anything. Also lots of historical sites nearby. Caught a few fish in the pond & enjoyed cooking over the fire. Cabin & bathroom were clean and owners were extremely nice! Would love to come back in summer so I can enjoy the flowers!

We had such a relaxing time! The cabin was perfect for the 5 of us and it had all the amenities we needed. We loved the lights around the campsite, and the kids took over the loft area in the cabin! Having a nice bathroom and the kitchen area just enhanced the stay! The highlight was enjoying the sweet kitties that spent time with us! It was a perfect little getaway!
