Hello Campers,
We are a 125 acre property that has 36 holes of championship disc golf. The North Oconee River runs through our property as well as three ponds throughout. We have plenty of room to pitch your tents. It really depends on how far you would like to be from the bathhouse. We are 6 miles from Lake Lanier and the Chattahooce River, and a short drive to hiking/mountain biking trail heads.
We have a wonderful bathhouse with restrooms, showers and laundry just a very short walk from our sites (maintained by the staff at the park).
We're also pet-friendly and love our furry campers! Just add the pet fee for each pet in the extras section at check out or send us an email letting us know ahead of time and we will get that added. We just ask that you do not leave your pet alone in the tents at any time unless properly crated. You are financially responsible for any damage that is done to our accommodations by your pets.

We border the Coopers Creek Wildlife Management Area so you'll have over 30,000 acres as your neighbors when staying here. The town of Blairsville, GA is just minutes away thou and Blue Ridge, GA is 20-25 minutes the other direction. Vogal State park, lake Nottely, Lake Blue ridge, Sea Creek falls are all close by. There is actually very numerous waterfall hikes a short driving distance from our location.
A large number of Owls roost close by, we hear them making their calls almost daily and thru the night regularly. Many Deer graze thru the field almost daily as well, often easing thru while we have been working even. Ground hogs, fox, and all the other small critters are normal visitors as well. There is a skunk that comes around rarely, seems like he hangs with a group of raccoons and caught me off guard once about ten feet away before I saw it. I froze. It walked straight to me, smelled my boot and went on back the way it came from!..
I believe anyone who enjoys camping and the outdoors will enjoy their stay here. Any questions or special requests/needs feel free to ask.
The whole campground is yours when you rent the place. We decided it would be better enjoyed totally privately vs multiple campers. There are two tent sites and one large Kitchen/Dining area all right on the creek.
There is a smoker, Blackstone grill, charcoal grill, and two propane burners for large pots/kettles all provided as well as cookware all kept in a Tupperware bin on site.
One Site has a 6 man tent up full-time and the other site remains empty but a 2 man or four man tent can be put up for you if requested. Just bring your own pillows and sleeping bags. But if you'd rather have both tent sites empty and use your own we will accommodate that just ask
Firewood and propane for grills are provided.

Our 501(c)(3) Non-Profit campsite has soft opening under way! This means we don't have many frills, but we are by far the closest RV site to central Atlanta, and the only one on MARTA public transit (right outside the gate).
We are a rare gem in this city. One of the last areas that have been allowed to return to nature after being farmed until the 1960s.
We are surrounded by 100s of acres of parkland, and yet are only 5 minutes drive from almost everything you will need.
You will see the hand cut terraces put in by the farm workers and then the forest has spent the last 50 years taking it back.
Still lots of old growth trees around though. The county just purchased/swapped 50 more acres to go with the hundreds more under it's watch. There is a 14 mile concrete trail that runs behind the property and all the way out along the south river. Quite the hike or bike if you fancy a good walk.
There is a 18 hole golf course, sports fields, public pool and YMCA type community center all along the trail and walking distance from the campsite.
We are a 501c3 non-profit church that is still in the early days of it's mission. Your donation to our site helps fund our mission and keeps the lights on.
We are massively focussed on permaculture as the only sustainable way of life and rapidly moving towards being totally carbon neutral.
You will be up close on our early days and see our Solar Roof Cabin (a total of 300 panels and 70kW output when completed). We make a lot of our infrastructure from windfallen and site development trees that are cut and shaped on our own electric sawmill.
Much of the rest of the renovations are done using upcycled and donated materials.

Look for the gate at 851 Castleberry Bridge Rd (right where the bridge crosses the river) and drive through the gate and George (owner) should be there. He will open the second gate for you where you will be able to drive through and park at your site - weather permitting. To the left of the first gate is the community area with toilet, grills, picnic tables, etc. Remember, your phone might not work near the river. There's so much fun waiting for you to explore! Tubes are available for a $5 charge per day. If you're feeling extra adventurous, there are rope swings that let you swing over the river, and there are super cool places to splash around and swim, part of which, is in the Indian Fish Trap.
When your tummy starts rumbling, don't worry. We've got you covered with grills in the community area where you can cook delicious food. So you can have a tasty meal with the sound of the river flowing in the background. Also we are within 5-10 minutes to stores, restaurant , etc.
But wait, there's more excitement! If you're looking for an even bigger adventure, this is the perfect spot to begin an awesome kayaking trip if you brought your kayak. Castleberry Bridge is where people from all over the country come to experience going through the Miner's Tunnel.

We have a suburban hobby farm hidden away in the undeveloped acreage at the back of a 1960s subdivision. Everyone who comes down the driveway says "What?! How is this here? This is so cool!" And they are right.
4 friendly adult goats, 2 indoor-outdoor cats who like belly rubs, and a vegetable and ornamentals garden that hosts several Georgia natives and pollinator species. It's a happy and peaceful place!
The woods around us support several owls, Coopers hawks, some deer and an occasional red fox. There is a small nature trail that features several beautiful places to meditate by the babbling creek. Access to our neighborhood's recreation area as our guest to the swimming pool is available for an extra fee of $5/person (May-Oct).
(For the safety of our goats, your fur babies larger than 10lbs are not permitted. One of our goats lost an eye once to a dog, and she's never fully forgiven me. )
We have several housemates, so parking is limited to street parking (one vehicle for you).

Look for the gate at 851 Castleberry Bridge Rd (right where the bridge crosses the river) and drive through the gate and George (owner) should be there. To the left of the first gate is the community area with toilet, grills, picnic tables, etc. Remember, your phone might not work near the river. There's so much fun waiting for you to explore! Tubes are available for a $5 charge per day. If you're feeling extra adventurous, there are rope swings that let you swing over the river, and there are super cool places to splash around and swim, part of which, is in the Indian Fish Trap.
When your tummy starts rumbling, don't worry. We've got you covered with grills in the community area where you can cook delicious food. So you can have a tasty meal with the sound of the river flowing in the background. Also we are within 5-10 minutes to stores, restaurant , etc.
But wait, there's more excitement! If you're looking for an even bigger adventure, this is the perfect spot to begin an awesome kayaking trip if you brought your kayak. Castleberry Bridge is where people from all over the country come to experience going through the Miner's Tunnel.

We have a suburban hobby farm hidden away in the undeveloped acreage at the back of a 1960s subdivision. Everyone who comes down the driveway says "What?! How is this here? This is so cool!" And they are right.
4 friendly adult goats, 2 indoor-outdoor cats who like belly rubs, and a vegetable and ornamentals garden that hosts several Georgia natives and pollinator species. It's a happy and peaceful place!
The woods around us support several owls, Coopers hawks, some deer and an occasional red fox. There is a small nature trail that features several beautiful places to meditate by the babbling creek. Access to our neighborhood's recreation area as our guest to the swimming pool is available for an extra fee of $5/person (May-Oct).
(For the safety of our goats, your fur babies larger than 10lbs are not permitted. One of our goats lost an eye once to a dog, and she's never fully forgiven me. )
We have several housemates, so parking is limited to street parking (one vehicle for you).

When I first pulled in, I saw little heads bobbing, geese! Then when I pulled around to my campsite the road led through a little creek any f150 or bigger could get through no problem!!! How awesome is that?! Then, a downfall, the power went out but we had the generator and gas hooked up in a jiffy, with that being said, the man offered to pay for our gas to run our small heater microwave and tv, along with an easy to remember wifi password which worked so well out by the small uncovered lake pavilion. I traveled in an f350 with a camper on top and had very little to no branches above head that got in the way. This is a fine camp and he was able to make us aware of anything when it went wrong or wasn't working properly.

James and Jessica are some of the BEST HOSTS WE HAVE MET OVER THE LAST 6 YEARS!!! Good ol southern hospitality has no limits at Fenn Farms. The property itself is beautiful and so, so peaceful. Our first night here our diesel pusher front tire was leaking air and James was so helpful!!! I absolutely love the creek that runs along the back of the property with all the mini falls and all the farm animals are right there just waiting for a visit! This is a nice place to camp, near the interstate, so it's easy to get pretty much anywhere. It's a quiet fenced-in area with two superwide automatic gates. Using the MyQ app made it easy to go in/out. The side was wide and with 50 amp, water, and sewer.

We had an awesome time at Lula Disk House! We opted to tent camp instead of glamping and we loved the primititive area where we set up! I have never stayed somewhere so peaceful and private. The bathrooms were beautiful and well stocked, and there was a sweet dog who seems too live there who found us a few times.
We absolutely loved the OG Lula course and cannot wait to return to try Red Hawk Ridge. This site is within driving distance of Tallulah gorge and Helen if you are up for the journey! We have already recommended this place to all the disk golfers we know and will definitely be back!

Super peaceful spot! The big open field was great for stargazing at night, and there was a set of trees near the pond that worked for my camping hammock. Loved seeing the ducks as I walked around the pond. This is a very well kept bit of land, and I felt like I had plenty of space to enjoy and it was nicely secluded. The most I heard was dogs barking in the distance and the ducks splashing a bit at night. I'll have to come back!
