We are one mile south of the NE FL Regional Airport and it's not unusual to see a biplane practising barrel rolls for an air show. We are 30-45 minutes from Jacksonville, birthplace of the Blue Angels, and 15 minutes from downtown St. Augustine, the nation's oldest continuously occupied city. Message me for discounts on long-term stays. Learn more about this land: Bring your tent, van or small camper and share our slice of paradise! You'll have the camp site all to yourself--we sometimes need to water the garden, but otherwise avoid the camping area when it's occupied. Enjoy a variety of seating areas on our half acre lot full of fruit trees and flowers, or watch the sunset from the hot tub. Camping is easy with washer, dryer, fridge, stove, microwave, dishes, coffee pot, toaster and blender, all in an air-conditioned shed. Don't want to cook inside? Use the propane Jennair grill with gazebo and lights. Clean up is a breeze with our stainless steel triple sink and 4 gal hot water tank. We're one block off US1 and 10-15 minutes by car to beach and downtown. Hang out around our stone fire pit or sit at our 6 person table with solar powered lighted umbrella. Wifi, electric and water included. Porta potty and outdoor shower with 8 gal. hot water tank. We had a wonderful stay at Twin Cedars. The location is perfect, 20 minutes ride to the old city of St Augustine, the beach, the restaurants, the shops... The place itself has everything: it's a large backyard where you have the facilities to do everything outdoor: the dishes, take a hot shower, use the dry toilet, eat at the dinner set, use the BBQ, and they even have a spa. We were also able to do our laundry. Our hosts Karin and Phil were super nice and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

Not only was this entire site immaculate, I was able to move closer to all the amenities for only $20 more when I got on site. Amenities included pool, hot tub, bar and arcade with restaurant, basketball, Pickleball, large games (chess, connect four, football, etc), showers, and more. All of the employees were extremely kind and we had a great stop.

I love staying at Karin and Phil's place, so convenient to St. Augustine, yet so peaceful. Countless amenities make camping much easier... the washer and dryer, the sinks and shower with plenty of hot water, everything needed for cooking, refrigerator, stove, oven, the list goes on. Karin and Phil have been welcoming and so helpful in every way. I am thrilled do have found this, and definitely will come back here.

They were very friendly and took time to show us around the property and even shared a cutting of a plant from her garden. This place was very clean and had great outdoor areas for us to hang out. This was a dream Hipcamp! So many amenities that made camping easier (sinks for washing dishes, brushing teeth), a clean portapotty, and a magical shed with a fridge AND washer/dryer. The hot tub was delightful. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely stay here again! Karin and Phil were wonderful hosts and communication was easy.

This is my favorite place to go for peace, quiet and small projects. Everything I need is right there. Shower, kitchen, laundry and peace. I showed up exhausted , laid own for a nap, and slept the majority of the next 24 hours. No interruptions, problems or hassles.

This was a great spot to camp! Everything you need was right on site. We really appreciated the outdoor shower and the shed with amenities and cooking supplies. We didn’t get a chance to use it but saw there was a cooler available and other camping things you might need. It was very private and a convenient location to St. Augustine. After a long day of walking and exploring the hot tub was a great way to relax, it was very nice that they have towels available to use. Phil was kind and helpful when we arrived. The garden and property was was spacious and comfortable, we also enjoyed meeting some of the cats.

Well shaded, quiet and relaxing. Lots of areas to relax, hammock, outdoor furniture, bug screen gazebo. The outdoor shower has lots of hot water, the Porta potty was clean and well maintained. Kitchen area is more than adequate plus there is a really nice barbecue. There are some free roaming cats around but they seem to stay away from humans, the next yard has chickens but they were all quiet. There is some of the biggest geckos there. I am sure I'll go back.

What a wonderful place! Joseph and Karin are amazing hosts. The site offers everything we needed and more. For us, as vanlifers, it was the perfect spot. Close to historic St. Augustine and the beach. Plenty of shade, a quiet and spacious location. I 100% recommend this site.

What wonderful hosts! So nice and accomodating. Also the place is just wonderfully set up. Between the hottub, lights, shed with washer, dryer, and cooktop AND an outdoor movie theater (that is also screened in), they thought of everything. Also, randomly the absolute cleanest port-a-potty I've ever used, haha. This is a great place hosted by an amazing couple! Highly recommend.

If you’re trying to see the St. Augustine area, Karin’s place is a fantastic option. It is minutes away from the historic district, Vilano Beach, and Anastasia Island. We had a group of teenage girls, they loved the hot tub and outside shower. The shed had all the amenities of a hotel room plus a range. The yard is full of lovely garden beds and motion sensor lights for that late night trip to the restroom. You should know that the property is near US1, several trains will go by, and there is an active airport close to the property, BUT, we would all go back tomorrow. I’ve been more disturbed by hotel ac units. This was my first HipCamp experience, I would recommend the app and Karin’s spot to anyone with full confidence.
