Enjoy half of our beautiful nature preserve at the beach. The space provides a 25’ access gate, and a clear grassy area to easily accommodate up to an 21’ camper. Access to electric and water. The property is secluded with a heavy tree canopy. Half of the property is owner occupied, the other half is separated by a fence and very private. During the day enjoy easy access to the beaches, less than a mile, an eight minute bike ride. At night, enjoy the peaceful outdoors with ambient string lighting and a relaxing patio area. You will probably hear and catch a glimpse of our resident owl. Boogie boards, paddle boards, and surfboards available.

Originally a girls' camp, this property is rural, yet close to attractions (about 2 hours drive to Orlando and an hour to St. Augustine and Daytona Beach). It is approximately 9 acres, some of which is wetland/hummock, some lakefront (fronting on 2 lakes), some wooded (formerly orange groves) as well as meadow on the largest hill.
RV camp site are the second and third photos. It is flat area near the front of the property, with a fire area coming soon. The largest lake is over the hill and is easily accessed via the driveway. Tent camping is available on the hill facing the lake. Bonus is it is near to the lake side firepit!

Such a cozy spot! Owner is extremely nice and so is her dog Kira! Me and my friend fully enjoyed our campsite right by the lake and fire pit. Very peaceful and brautiful spot.

Chrissy was very kind and hospitable. The road by the house is fairly busy, but the neighborhood is nice and quiet. Excellent location in Neptune beach and having full hookups was a huge bonus. Will stay here again for my next visit in the area.

Chrissy has done a nice job to fix up her property so that it is welcoming. It is a 25-minute walk to the beach and close to all the conveniences and big box stores. It served as a great base camp for exploring the area. Campers should note that depending where you park your rig on the property, you may need an extra extension cord to access the 50 amp outlet. Also, for us, it didn't work out to hook up to sewer because our trailer, 27 ft, was too long to turn around on the property. Not a super quiet spot because it is next to a busy road, but if you don't plan to spend too much time in your camper, it works out fine. Chrissy was very accommodating, friendly, and made herself available if there was anything we needed. I would definitely consider returning if I wanted to spend time in the Neptune Beach area again.
