The water that we provide come from a well, we use filters to purify it and use as shower and hose, but bring your drink water. You can bring your UTV and ATV to ride over here. If you are in a mood for a horseback, we can share a contact of a lady that bring them to our property, must be arranged prior to visit. Talking about outside the ranch, you can see our neighbors with orange farms, dragon fruit plantations, passion fruit plantations, bamboo plantations, ostrich farm, chicken farm. The town of LaBelle offers a lot to do and you must visit some places like LaBelle Nature Park, and Barron Park, we love to go there afternoons after grabbing a pizza. Talking restaurants, we can recommend our favorites, like a Italian restaurant, Mexican restaurant, a Brewing co, and a delicious Pelican's SnoBall shaved-ice snow cones that we are addicts of it! We are located 30 minutes from town, no stores or gas stations close by. Please come fully equipped with your own utensils, cooking essentials, food and beverages. We also have access to the Peace River for canoeing and kayaking trips. Along the creek we also have several terraced waterfalls that provide a wonderful wetland area for the wildlife.

Kelli’s land truly exceeded my expectations. What stood out the most was how peaceful and spacious everything felt. The little house and the entire property have beautiful details that reflect so much love in every corner. Each outdoor space welcomed me with a deep sense of peace, connection to nature, and the silence I was looking for. Kelli was incredibly kind and attentive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and that we were comfortable. And the fresh eggs she brought us were absolutely delicious. We had a fantastic time staying at this lovely tony house as our base for a weekend of camping and adventures. We loved that we could enjoy the wilderness during the day and return to exactly what we needed to relax after a long day outdoors. A wonderful firepit and beautiful sunsets. The property was clean, comfortable, and the host Kelli was easy to communicate with. Lots of privacy. We had a blast feeding the goats in the property. I would highly recommend staying here. I surely will be on my next trip to Arcadia!

We had a wonderful stay at this RV campsite! The site was fully equipped with 50 amp electric, water, and sewer hookups that worked perfectly. The fully fenced-in yard with a locking gate gave us a nice sense of privacy and security, and the shed on site was a helpful bonus for storing items. It’s located on a busy road, and backing in was a little tricky, but it was manageable, and once we were settled in, we really appreciated the space and setup. It was a quiet, comfortable spot, and we’ll definitely stay here again!

Perfection is the only way to describe this hidden gem. The host, Joe, could not have been more amazing. From greeting to departure I feel that I made a friend. Quiet, peaceful and beautiful. Made it into downtown Arcadia and had a great lunch and did some shopping. Close to peace river to find shark teeth. I hope joe keeps this place for years to come.

Joe was a great host. Easy to talk to and very accommodating with his property. We loved our camp site and enjoyed all of the wildlife it had to offer. It is even more active early in the mornings. A lovely walk around the property doesn't disappoint. Joe loves to entertain the birds and squirrels as well. So many animals flourish to this site. We saw a bobcat, otters, an array of birds, deer, a turkey and some cows. I will definitely be back!!!! Thank you joe!

I really loved the whole spot, I wish I would’ve booked for more days honestly. There’s a ton of little trails to explore, I saw like 5 deers and horses came to the fence to say hello in the morning! Although there were other campers I literally couldn’t see or hear them, so it felt super private. The host is genuinely cool and you can tell he loves his place because of the attention to detail. There’s a bathroom for us to use, water if you need to shower or clean pots+pans, and plenty of curiosities on the property to entertain yourself with. I recommend this spot a thousand times over.

Betsy’s Bonita Hideaway was a nice quiet place to park for awhile. The site felt private with nature views to enjoy. Neighbors are quiet. Betsy let us use her laundry machines in the garage so we didn’t have to seek out a public l. mat. Location is close to everything. We would stay there again!

Tent campsites are generously sized, and include a bench, fire pit, and cooking area. They are also very shaded and private. Joe welcomed us on arrival, and showed us to our site, and was available to answer questions. Note that if your campsite is not vehicle accessible, you will have to bring your tent/supplies to your site (Joe has a huge wheelbarrow to assist). We also arrived late in the day. This also means you will have to secure your food at night in your vehicle, if your cooler is full. Bathroom and sink are very clean (just remember to bring a light source whether it's day or night). Although showers are available, as a woman, a privacy enclosure would have been ideal that is away from a common sitting area. Overall, Area 61 is a hidden gem and would highly recommended it.

Area 61 is a natural 5 acre property with a creek that feeds into the Peace River. We have many different types of wild life that visit including white tail deer, turkeys, alligators, otters, armadillos and all types of birds including owls. We also have access to the Peace River for canoeing and kayaking trips. Along the creek we also have several terraced waterfalls that provide a wonderful wetland area for the wildlife.
