Absolutely loved my stay here with my camper! The property was peaceful, spotless, and perfectly set up for a relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly welcoming and made sure everything I needed was taken care of, from clear directions to great local recommendations. I had plenty of space to park and set up comfortably, with easy access to fire pits, clean facilities, and beautiful surroundings. The sunrise views and quiet evenings made it the perfect place to unwind after a long day on the road. I’ll definitely be coming back — this spot is a hidden gem for anyone traveling with a camper who wants a cozy, well-kept, and friendly place to stay.

Amanda's site was iconic - an incredible place to spend two nights on our tour of south Florida. We pulled up in our camper van and were greeted immediately, and enjoyed chatting with Amanda and her husband from time to time while we stayed there. The scenery is unbeatable, and the place is so quiet at night - it can't be beat.
A few notes that might inform the next camper:
1) Amanda's site is equipped for an RV, which is great. We are tent campers that unload out of a camper van. Amanda was super accommodating and didn't mind our two tents (and movie screen) in her back yard. If you're a tent camper, I'd reach out to her to make sure she stays "ok" with tent camping. I would hate to have spoiled it for others.
2) There are 3-4 rental cottages next door, so there's a cool community vibe of vacationers. There is also a community kayak launch and a long dock where you can sit and watch dolphins go by (and they do),
3) We hit up Paddle Marco (shout out RJ) who delivers kayaks around Marco and Goodland. So we had 3 kayaks ready to go when we arrived. We enjoyed the very short paddle across the channel to the mangrove islands nearby, and we piddled around every day with the tent in sight.
4) The walk around Goodland is very short, very easy. Once you park at Amanda's you'll easily find your way around. There is a cute park very close by.
5) We went out with Treasure Seekers Shell Tours (launched from Goodland Boat Park, 7 min walk) and had a blast collecting conchs

This is just a little piece of paradise. So quiet and beautiful! Million dollar view. Perfectly level site and great full hook up. Our hosts were super friendly and helpful. We will be back as many times as possible! Highly recommend. Close enough to the action but far away enough not to know it's there.

We really loved this space! It is quite large and right on the water. Truly one of the most beautiful sites we have ever camped in. Goodland is a nice little town with a lot of charm and is close to the attractions we wanted to visit. Oh, and Amanda was very helpful answering our many questions!

Spot is amazing! We’re a family of 5 and had big dreams of exploring South Florida, the Everglades and Big Cypress and this spot was the perfect base for our camper family! We saw so much because of its location, day trips to Miami, bike rides through Everglades, Fakahatchee and Bug Cyprus, was even able to visit Key West because of the Key West Express on Marcos Island. A cozy spot to come “home” to and watch all the boats come into the bay. Amenities were spot on, clean laundry house (huge plus for our family), FHUs with never an issue the whole 15 days we were there and even though we were tight on the island it was quiet and cozy. Restaurants, grocery, shopping 3.5 miles down the road on Marcos Island. Bring your bikes, that’s the way to get around the neighborhood island camp is on. Cutest post office, fun playground right around corner, great dock and canoe launch on the property also :) lots of paddle boarding and canoeing around the mangrove islands! Hosts were great! Answered any question quickly and very hospitable!

What an exceptional stay in Goodland. Our hosts, Amanda and Terry, were welcoming and friendly. The site is impeccable and has the best view of the Intracoastal. This is the only truly "on the water" RV stay in Goodland. If you're considering booking a stay, do it now! (We'll definitely return).

We parked our 25 ft class C motorhome here for an overnight visit to Marco Island for our shelling tour! It was a perfect location, we walked to the pickup spot for the boat ride to our shelling adventure. Less than 1/2 a mile. We had a wonderful time, and Amanda was a great host with great recommendations. We did dinner at Snook Inn, so yummy! Can’t wait to return!

Tranquil space, beautiful view, attentive host. We loved our experience at Amanda's place! A true gem nestled in the cutest old Florida neighborhood. Daily sights of dolphins. Just a short golf cart ride around the island and you can enjoy several waterfront restaurants. Most importantly to us, it's a dog friendly area. Highly recommend! We will definitely be back again
