This was a great place to spend a couple days...more if you're not passing thru like we were. A nice private patio next to the spot gave us enough space to put up our 2' tall fence for the pups. Robert and Sherri were very accommodating, and he provided us with pamphlets about things to do and places to eat in the area. We could not have asked for a better St. Aug area stay! Spot is level and easy to get into and out of. Will ask to stay again if we find ourselves in the area.

Short drive from universal studios. We were able to park right near the porta potty as I always have to make a run for it in the mornings. This place has so many birds! We saw a duck family, a big dancing sunbathing black loon? And a crane family! Made up of mom, dad and two fuzzy babies. This is an amazing place for bird watchers that's for sure. And no mosquitoes! We came at the end of March and would love to return someday. Thank you for sharing your property with us!!!

Great location that gives a nice sense of privacy. Well maintained. We walked to the beach daily, took our pup on a neighborhood stroll and enjoyed the quiet atmosphere. While we did t get to meet Sherri, Robert was very friendly.

This place was awesome! This was my first time using hipcamp and it was a blast. The sites were nice and quant, it was real peaceful, you can walk around and hike the property at your leisure, everyone was very friendly Jimmy was awesome very communicative and got us everything we needed. This will definitely go down in a memorable trip for us and we would definitely come back!

We loved camping on Robert’s property. We had full hookups, a rarity in hip camps. We had a lovely little patio and also use of the backyard overlooking a pond. Robert was very helpful in getting us set up and gave us a welcome pack for St Augustine. We found it very easy to drive down to old town St Augustine for the day with a parking lot just for busses and rvs. Very easy to walk around the old city. One day we rode our bikes to the St Augustine beach and the next day we rode to Anastasia State Park. All in all it was a wonderful stay.

The location is perfect and we biked everywhere. I highly recommend the site. If we go back to St. Auggie we will stay there again. Thank you Sherri and Robert for everything.

This property is called relic ranch because we have actually found a ton of old relics. the campground is under an ancient canopy of oaks. so youll always have shade. the center of the property is unique to say the least but the campground is nature at its finest. there is a 2.6 mile nature trail across from the campground to explore. also there is a boat ramp for fishing about 1/8 mile away. you are welcome to roam over most of the 80 acres. We have goats, cows and chickens as well. All super friendly.

Each has its own furnished patio and small green yard space. We have a small fishing lake in the back yard (unfenced). There is a national bird rookery preserve a few blocks away so the bird watching is wonderful. There is an alligator farm and a dolphin aquarium on the island., as well as an historic continuous working light house and Maritime Museum. Our pads are just across the Bridge of Lions (2 miles) from the Oldest USA city, St. Augustine, Fl. The historic Fountain of Youth is there along with Castillo de San Marcus National Monument, St. George Street, the historic district plus many other attractions. We have two level paver RV Pads. They both have electric, black and grey water cleanout, fast high speed internet (full hookup). They each have private patios for picnics, socializing, and relaxing. Both pads have high speed internet. Pad 1 accommodates an RV up to up to 32' in length. Pad 2 accommodates an RV up to 34' in length. We accept small Class A Motorhomes 32' and under, Class B, Class C, Small 5th Wheel, Pop-up Campers, Vans and Travel Trailers. Sorry, no tent camping is allowed. There is also a large back deck with picnic area overlooking the small fishing lake in the back yard. We enjoy meeting fellow travelers and sharing our paradise island. We are LGBTQ friendly. Our neighborhood is quiet and safe. The location has easy access to great adventures, history and wonderful memories may be made here. Tennis court, pickle ball courts and a play ground is across the street. 20-30 min to Daytona Beach or historic St.Augustine. A little over an hour to Orlando with Disney, Universal and other parks, Jacksonville or Cape Canaveral. Whatever your interest is - you can find it around - many of restaurants, wine tasting, fresh food market 7 days a week, NASCAR, Auditorium with performances, water sports, bike week, movie theater, and many more. We have a water and electricity hook ups for 4 spots. Spaces for the boats are available also. No sewage disposal.There is a dog on the property. Dogs are ok but have to be cleaned after and be on the leash.Please no loud noise after the dark, no drugs or heavy drinking.Our guests love staying with us " We enjoyed our stay at Roxie’s place. Really great location close to the beach and grocery stores and restaurants, yet it is still in a quiet place just off the beaten path. Roxie is a wonderful host who met us upon arrival and departure to make sure all was going well. She even gave us some amazing fresh eggs from her chickens that roam freely on the land. (Be prepared for a lot of rooster crowing EARLY in the mornings). Our campsite was level and had water and electric. It was not too close to the other campers who were there and we had plenty of privacy. Star gazing was awesome! Highly recommend."
