Main house occupied part time. Host may be on property at same time but will give you space. Spot primarily for Sprinter type vehicles up to 24 ft. Pad is a loose gravel flat surfaced area with its own Semi private outdoor shower with hot water. Water hookup, potable water hose, heated outdoor shower, 50/30 amp power, 20 amp power, fire-pit, and outdoor table and chairs with an umbrella. NO SEWER hookup. Cypress Camp is conveniently located just 8 miles from I-95 and 1 mile from US1, with a quick 4-mile drive to the nearest Publix and within 10 miles of Flagler Beach. Explore the Area There’s no shortage of activities nearby – whether you’re into fishing, canoeing, or swimming, you’re within a short drive to the Intracoastal Waterway and beautiful beaches. We have a property located right across from the Flagler County Fairgrounds, which hosts a variety of events throughout the year, including Cracker Day, rodeos, and an annual fair that features rides, games, and kid-friendly activities. Daytona Beach and historic St. Augustine are only 20-30 minutes away, while Orlando, Jacksonville, and Cape Canaveral are a little over an hour’s drive. For nightlife, we’re just 20 minutes from both Iron Horse and Broken Spoke, popular bars known for their live music and festive atmosphere. Both bars are also key spots for celebrating Biketoberfest (typically in mid-October) and Bike Week (held in early March each year), drawing motorcycle enthusiasts from all over. Whatever your interest – from dining and shopping to NASCAR events, live performances, water sports, and more – you’ll find plenty to do!
