Excellent slice of Paradise ❤️ If you are traveling through Florida this is one of the most Beautiful amazing places you will find and you will have the place All to yourself! Julene treats you like family and the property is absolutely serine and peaceful so plan on sleeping in and maybe staying an extra day! We did! Our 40 ft Class A pulled right into the large level pad , plugged into 50 amp service with water hooked up and done! 5G cell T-Mobile i watched SEC football all Thanksgiving Weekend !!! Does it get better! Only the Moonlight through the Tall Pines on Julenes farm 😎 less than a mile off US1 this is the best kept secret in Florida 🤩 FIVE STARS!!!! Highly Recommend!!

The neighborhood is a lush subtropical paradise with the beach, historic sites of interest, and seafood restaurants with laguna views all within walking and biking distance along paved trails. The site is nicely set aside and graded with water and electrical services and a canopy of live oak lot by accent lights. Pretty magical, really.

This little slice of heaven is absolutely breathtaking. It backs up on to the lake. Very clean and well taken care of. Sunset was beautiful. Outdoor shower works very well. Saw fish, osprey and plenty of gators.

Julene’s place is awesome! She greeted us when we first got here and was suuuper nice and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to have a great stay. Her communication was always prompt - she was the PERFECT host!!! This site was exactly what my wife and I were looking for - a very quiet, peaceful RV site, out in nature, but not too far off the beaten path. The spot is just about 5 minutes away from Palm Coast where there is plenty to do, and places to eat, and roughly 15 minutes away from Flagler beach. We had absolutely zero issues with anything - the power and water was ready for the camper when we got here and the water pressure on the camper hookup was great. The covered area by the site was fully equipped with a fish cleaning station, sink, charcoal grill (charcoal was provided), all grilling utensils, propane burners to cook on with propane, large outdoor fan and a couple tables. She also had plenty of fire wood for us and the fire pit is really big and nice. We couldn’t stop talking all weekend about how awesome this place is! We will most definitely be back soon! Thank you Julene!!!

This was a perfect spot for a camper van! The location was ideal for the beach and walking distance to Off the Hook Restaurant. Enough shade to keep cool during the day and the outdoor shower was a huge bonus! Meredith communication was very much appreciated as well. We will definitely be back!!!

The property was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay on Ponce. We did a lot of camping while we were in Florida and this was one of the best spots. The lights on the property are a wonderful touch and make it super easy at night. You are right next to the house but we were at the beach and out to eat for most of the day so privacy was not a concern for us.

What a magical property!!! We couldn't get enough of the live oaks and beautiful palms drawing a perimeter around the backyard. The fire pit and the outdoor shower gave us a much needed respite on our van trip south. The twinkly lights at night were so vibey - we just had the best time here. Couple tips for travelers: - The property is bordered by roads, so there is some road noise. It was worth it for the beautiful yard tho. - bring your own wood (there was wood on the property for us but it was wet) - if you want to bring dogs to the beach, you can only go to little dog beach on the southern tip of the inlet. It's a small beach and popular - so if your dog isn't great with others, you'll need to go elsewhere. We found a great stretch of beach which we could go with our lil monster: park for free at Andy Romano Beachfront Park, and walk north along the beach.

The natural beauty of the site along with the meticulous landscaping, lighting and it's maintenance made for a fabulous stopover. It is as advertised or better. Located in very quite neighborhood setting. We took a the back path to the nearby restaurant, sat fireside and really enjoyed our stay. The Hosts are gracious, great communicators and on point. Our best Hipcamp or similar app site we've experienced in our over three years of van travels.
