The surfers dream location!! Surf all day and relax at night. Relaxing retreat under the large oak trees and stars. Camp spot sits on 0.5 acre property adjacent to main residence. Main house occupied part time. Host may be on property at same time but will give you space. Spot primarily for Sprinter type vehicles up to 24 ft. Pad is a loose gravel flat surfaced area with its own Semi private outdoor shower with hot water. Water hookup, potable water hose, heated outdoor shower, 50/30 amp power, 20 amp power, fire-pit, and outdoor table and chairs with an umbrella. NO SEWER hookup. The house and camp spot are surrounded by lush tropical landscape under an old Florida oak hammock. The area is very safe and quiet. No parties allowed. Close proximity to the Ponce Inlet lighthouse, surfing at the Jetty, fishing at Lighthouse Point Park, Historical museum, Pacetti House Museum, many restaurants, and Marine Science Center. Also available close by: Paddleboard rentals, boat charters, sunset cruises, inshore and offshore fishing rentals, water taxi rentals, catamaran rentals-tours, ebike rentals, golf cart rentals, scenic boat tours, parasailing and more. Surf hammock

This was a perfect spot for a camper van! The location was ideal for the beach and walking distance to Off the Hook Restaurant. Enough shade to keep cool during the day and the outdoor shower was a huge bonus! Meredith communication was very much appreciated as well. We will definitely be back!!!

The property was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay on Ponce. We did a lot of camping while we were in Florida and this was one of the best spots. The lights on the property are a wonderful touch and make it super easy at night. You are right next to the house but we were at the beach and out to eat for most of the day so privacy was not a concern for us.

What a magical property!!! We couldn't get enough of the live oaks and beautiful palms drawing a perimeter around the backyard. The fire pit and the outdoor shower gave us a much needed respite on our van trip south. The twinkly lights at night were so vibey - we just had the best time here. Couple tips for travelers: - The property is bordered by roads, so there is some road noise. It was worth it for the beautiful yard tho. - bring your own wood (there was wood on the property for us but it was wet) - if you want to bring dogs to the beach, you can only go to little dog beach on the southern tip of the inlet. It's a small beach and popular - so if your dog isn't great with others, you'll need to go elsewhere. We found a great stretch of beach which we could go with our lil monster: park for free at Andy Romano Beachfront Park, and walk north along the beach.

The natural beauty of the site along with the meticulous landscaping, lighting and it's maintenance made for a fabulous stopover. It is as advertised or better. Located in very quite neighborhood setting. We took a the back path to the nearby restaurant, sat fireside and really enjoyed our stay. The Hosts are gracious, great communicators and on point. Our best Hipcamp or similar app site we've experienced in our over three years of van travels.

Our stay was fantastic. The location and property were more than we could have asked for. The hosts have the perfect set up for a peaceful and enjoyable stay. We can not wait to come back.
