There aren't words enough to explain the amazing vibe of this place.....just book a site. We recommend the Tikka masala add on. Beautifully done 4 course meal, fine dinning meal in a laid back casual setting with one of a kind hosts! Kudos Christina and Kennedy can't wait to return for a 3 retreat!

Weekend Trip to Camp Shiloh

Love this campsite! If you are not confident you can go camping in a tent but want to try, this is the spot for you! Includes electric and bathrooms and firewood and chairs. The place is private and cozy and clean.

I loved this hipcamp so much. It is very close to the north entrance into Merritt Island Wildlife Preserve. So much to do around that area. I travel in a Ford Transit van and I had my little area of the yard with picnic table and fire ring.

We enjoyed our peaceful and relaxing stay with our pups at Forever Young Farm. Such a friendly place to visit, the hosts are so kind and welcoming. A great location with a short drive to local attractions, the Beach, and outdoor activities. A great place for a bike ride too. We had plenty of space at our site with electric, a charcoal grill, fipepit, table and chairs, and a cute little palm tree for shade for the dogos. We enjoyed hearing and watching the chickens and turkeys and a cute pig who would come by the fence to say hi to the dogs. We will definitely be staying here again when in the area. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us.

Weekend Trip to Forever Young Farm

I loved tent camping here I will definitely be back it was such a great experience and so peaceful would love to bring my kids with me next time as well as try out one of the cabins would absolutely recommend this spot to anyone! It gets really dark so you can see all of the stars it was truly stunning!

2 nights at Runaway Bay Lodge

We will definitely be coming back to explore. Oh my goodness. My partner and I have been disheartened with the state of the world and working multiple jobs and moving and my daughter and I have been having health issues. So we just really needed some rest and mental peace. Kennedy was such a sweet awesome human and the space was everything anticipated. Nothing like a naked nap by the water ✌️ 🤤

3 nights at Redfoot Ranch

We loved our 3-night stay at Redfoot Ranch. Mark and his wife, Sherri, are very welcoming and hospitable. They met us at the gated entrance when we got there and escorted us to our private, full hook-up site. A haven for all kinds of wildlife, we thoroughly enjoyed watching the Sandhill cranes, ducks, squirrels, deer, birds, and turtles. It was incredibly peaceful and quiet. We brought our trailer with our Polaris and rode out to the Ocala National Forest for hours every day right from their property! It was perfect for us. We felt so safe, as the property is fenced in with a gated entrance, and didn’t even need to lock the RV door when we left! Looking forward to our next visit!

Lovely quiet spot- slept well at night, open space for satellite hookup for remote work, great location for access to space center or Canaveral Seashore! If you are not a morning person, you may be bothered by turkey and rooster crowing early in the morning. It didn’t bother me since I’m an early riser.

2 nights at Waterfront Island Bungalow

My husband and i have birthdays within a couple weeks of each other and decided to celebrate them at Cristina’s property. The WiFi password hints at getting off your devices and we took that advice to heart. Naps, reading, walks/exploration, bike rides, wild animals, farm animals (including the friendliest kitty), sunsets, and sunrises was the prescription and the Waterfront Island Bungalow delivered. On top of that, Cristina and Ed were gracious and welcoming hosts. If you are looking to relax and unplug, this should be your destination. We’ll be back.

2 nights at Camp Shiloh

This spot was great, it was nice and flat, provided electric hookup, privy was nice and in the woods. Troy was always responsive and wife Valerie meet us at site. This is really close to Merritt Island wild refuge.

Weekend Trip to Camp Shiloh

We went tent camping at Troy and Valerie’s place and enjoyed our time there! The site was prepped and ready for our arrival. The lights they have around the site made a huge difference with being able to see around. The privy was a short walk away and the campfire ring was bigger than we saw in the pictures. It’s only about 15min to New Smyrna Beach where there is plenty of things to do to pass the time if need be. Troy and Valerie were easily contacted through the HipCamp app and were friendly. Thank you for the use of your site!!!

2 nights at Waterfront Island Bungalow

This was an outstanding experience. The hosts are kind, intentional, and organized while the cat, goats, ducks & chickens fill out an ensemble cast. It isn’t exactly an “old Florida” vibe but both Publix & Whole Foods are over an hour (plus a boat ride) away. Amaze your followers with the words “secluded cabin on a private island” but be prepared to bring your own mimosas and canapés.

Camp Shiloh was a peaceful, quiet, clean and easy to find spot. Very easy to find. Troy responded quickly to all my questions.

4 nights at Forever Young Farm

Very peaceful and beautiful property. We loved watching the pig and the Tom turkey. Plenty of space for our 36’ class A motor home, although be prepared for a small stretch of Florida dirt road before entering the property. No trouble just some might be leery of it. Our pup also enjoyed being able to play ball and be off leash. Great spot and would definitely come back. Had never been to this area of Florida, we loved it!!!

2 nights at Camp Shiloh

Site is clean and clearly built as a camp site. There are chairs, picnic table and a nice fire ring. Hosts are really great and everything is easy. Location is perfect to go see a rocket launch.

It was populated by hardy, adventurous folks who made a way for themselves and their families by clearing a spot along the lagoon, building a home and forging a life in a new location. But Shiloh is now lost, literally removed from the maps. It no longer exists. When NASA needed a perimeter zone for the newly emerging space program in the 1950s, the federal government purchased large swaths of land between Oak Hill and Titusville, FL. Residents were bought out and forced to move. Houses were relocated or demolished. Shiloh disappeared into history while the space-age pushed forward into the future. However... some foundations still can be found in the woods not far away, if you know where to look. There are even cemeteries that remain, whispering the names of individuals and families. As a tribute to those early adventurers, we have named our place Camp Shiloh. We honor the past, we respect the wild Florida that surrounds us, and we celebrate the future as we watch rocket launches from our porch. You are welcome to stay on the property while you explore the local communities of New Smyrna and Titusville, relax at beautiful Canaveral National Seashore, attend races in Daytona, visit amusement parks in Orlando... or whatever! The home is within walking distance to an outdoor waterfront restaurant that hosts, on occasion, live music and serves your basic grill style food which includes gator. In addition, the home is adjacent to a full service marina which is great for boating enthusiasts. Being adjacent to the marina renters who bring their own boat, with insurance, have the option to use the Sanford Boat Works facilities which includes their boat ramp, covered docking amenities, fuel dock, and their low key clubhouse that has a well maintained pool and gaming area. The use of the Sanford Boats Works facilities is an additional cost that is paid directly to the Marina. Information can be provided on request. Although the use of the marina is a boon there are public boat ramps not far from the home and more than adequate parking for more than one trailer on the property; therefore, everyone can enjoy the river, Lake Monroe, and even Lake Jessup. In addition, there is room for a family to park their RV without obstructing the view from the home. The possibilities are endless for family fun vacation!

Redfoot Ranch

We have 6 acres located in Ocklawaha, the Ocala National Forest, we have full hook up. We have a pond with 8 Peking ducks who own the pond (ha ha) they are fun to watch as you set in the swing underneath the oak tree. We also have 6 Redfoot tortoises, the Sandhill cranes visit every day and we have had up to 15 at once, they do their mating dance which is quite comical and keep us entertained. We have wild turkeys that pass through daily (normally) , deer, foxes and other animals as well. This is a safe haven for the animals and they somehow know it’s safe here. We have never seen a bear on our property but the neighbors have had some visits from them. One of the entrances to the forest is just around the corner with many trails to take in your 4 WD’s & side x sides. We have lakes all around us and we are not too far from the famous Lake Weir and Gator Joes restaurant. Silver Springs is approximately 12 miles away. The Ma Barker tours are always a favorite as well. We are a private, secure, fenced and gated property. We have a remote for the gate that we will provide you on arrival. We live on property and are around most of the time. Owners live on the premises and are present most of the time, we are outdoors a lot but we do not interfere with you and your camping experience.
