This is lot 1 of 2 on the property. You have a limited view of the Gulf from the front of the property. The Gulf/marsh view is approximately 75 steps from the property. The lot is not waterfront. The street is mostly quiet except for holidays during the summer, which is our busy season. There are two public boat ramps within half a mile.
Electric, water, and sewer are included. If electric goes over $100 per month (for monthly renters), the renter is responsible for the overage.
Local attractions (all within 0.5 miles walking distance):
The Point: Catch one of the most beautiful sunsets at this cul-de-sac at the end of town.

This was a fantastic 2 night stay, Roxanne was so kind and welcoming! It was so nice and shady too! It was awesome We were so close to crystal river and got to swim with the manatees. So close to all the best crystal river and surrounding areas

Roxanne was a lovely host!
She has a two nice spots to park in. Unfortunately the one was not very level, however I parked between the trees & it was good for the night.
Has water, electric & trash, which was awesome!
Location is great, very close to Route 19 & right down the road from all the activities of Crystal Spring.
We talked alot about the different seasons & how the Rock Crab was ending soon, & she brought some out to me, because I never had it before! It was so sweet of her! She always gave me several local spots who sell it.
This was a nice hidden gem & would highly recommend her spot!

nice campground, clean quiet, friendly people. Still doing clean up from 6ft of stormwater flooding. Office was vacant due to repairs some electrical inoperable. Once repairs are completed it will be very nice. we will return.
