This is a parking area for two seperatly rented RVs or campers. Each space is approximately 15ft x 40ft, a 33ft plus pull behinds will need expert driver to back in. The electrical hookup is 50 amp. If you have 30 amp, you will need to bring your own adapter. The area is under two large Oak trees giving plenty of shade. Electric and Water hook up is available. NO DUMP STATION! Extra parking for one vehicle only. If you have a trailer, a pull car and a second car the space is very tight, but can work. Basically this is a large parking area for the main home. The main home has a separate drive and garage parking so renters there will not be using your RV space. If you are planning to run a generator it must be turned off during quiet hours (11pm-7am) unless it is quiet enough not to disturb the neighbors. This is a parking area for two seperatly rented RVs or campers. Each space is approximately 15ft x 40ft, a 33ft plus pull behinds will need expert driver to back in. The electrical hookup is 50 amp. If you have 30 amp, you will need to bring your own adapter. The area is under two large Oak trees giving plenty of shade. Electric and Water hook up is available. NO DUMP STATION! Extra parking for one vehicle only. If you have a trailer, a pull car and a second car the space is very tight, but can work. Basically this is a large parking area for the main home. The main home has a separate drive and garage parking so renters there will not be using your RV space. If you are planning to run a generator it must be turned off during quiet hours (11pm-7am) unless it is quiet enough not to disturb the neighbors. Great great host very accommodating. I really enjoyed my stay there. He and his family made me feel like part of their family and their property. Anytime I needed anything. He was always there to help out and make helpful suggestions. We really enjoyed feeding his animals and thanked him for saving them. He runs a rescue for animals that are unwanted. He allowed us to feed his animals.
I’d also like to mention his wife Carla, who is also awesome and if you or your significant other is in need of a great manicure or pedicure, she was able to do that for us during our stay we thoroughly enjoyed that part of our stay. Getting your feet pampered is always a bonus during camping.
Thank you again Arcadio and Carla for your friendship and allowing us to stay on your property with our RV, we had a great time and we will definitely come back

My husband and I being beginner campers had a fantastic time camping at happy campers rescue ranch! It was a very well maintained camp ground that was super laid back and allowed for us to really make the camp site our own for the night. Richard’s farm was beautiful and well kept. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Richard was a fantastic host. He invited me to join him and the volunteer Woofer’s for a bonfire. I had a brilliant evening full of laughter, sharing and hearing many incredible stories about Richard’s life. He’s a top bloke, and work’s incredibly hard to keep his farm running smoothly, hosting volunteers and looking after the happy campers!

This site was perfect for us. It is a hook up for one camper full hook up, worked great. The river launch was a short walk away, and we were able to fish on a little dock. The river cat fish tasted awesome. The host Lisa and Jeff were top-notch. Communicated very promptly with us. although it says it’s in a neighborhood. The houses are very spread out and we never had a sense of feeling crowded at all.. We were able to swim in the springs a couple of miles away. There’s a cute town with a bait shop and a very good little restaurant. We ate breakfast there almost every day. We cooked over our campfire in the evening and Jeff and lisa provided us with great seasoned firewood. We would come here again.
