Nice site. There is a bit of a elevation difference pulling off the road onto the driveway, but once pulled in plenty of room to maneuver back into the site. The electric and sewer hookup is in good shape. You can hear the road traffic but the site is nicely protected by vegetation that gives good privacy and a little protection from summer thunderstorms. A boardwalk is being put in in the bay side. It's looks really nice and will be a fun addition to enjoy when completed. Cape San Blas is an amazing place. You can't beat this location for the price!

From the moment I arrived both Maggie and Mike went out of their way to make me feel at home. Their place is much more than I expected, showers, a kitchen, comfortable lounge area with fans to keep you cool. I planned to only stay 2 days but ended up extending my trip. Beautiful crystal clear spring just a mile down road. Starry nights away from the city but shall just a short drive to all they have to offer.

The site was exactly what the ad listed! Very large site with full hook ups including a residential washing machine. There were multiple drying lines with clothes pins to air dry anything needed.
You are essentially right between Mexico Beach and Port St Joe so plenty to see and do. But the best part is being within walking distance to the beach with public access straight to the water!
We will definitely look into staying here again for our next trip to the area!

Will definitely book again! This spot was perfect in so many ways. There was plenty of space for our toy hauler, boat, two vehicles and golf cart. Loved the privacy and walking out to the view of woods which gave it a more private feel. Great location! Beach was very convenient within walking distance straight up the road. We had our golf cart which was great to be able to ride to the beach, Shipwreck Raw Bar, the gas station and Dollar General. Outdoor shower was great for washing off the sand from the beach visit. Outdoor clothes drying rack and picnic table were also great amenities. We have camped at the nearby campgrounds and we love this spot the best! We look forward to planning another trip and reserving this spot again in the future.

The Gulf Stream Beach Camp is a perfect little getaway — quiet, clean, and just a short walk to the beach. The RV spot is level, private, and fully hooked up, and Kelly is an outstanding host who keeps everything in great shape. An absolutely amazing spot and the best beach trip we have had with our camper. It was great to be so close to the beach and also so close to 80% of the actual retail/restaurants on the Cape.
There aren't really any downsides to the camping spot itself, but if I was being picky, the orientation puts the morning sun rising full bore onto the site. We have an awning extension shade which helped tremendously. Like I said, it's by no means a deal breaker of any sort, but an added shade option for the morning hours helped us enjoy the time before heading to the beach.
I can definitely see why this spot is so coveted. My wife and I will try our hardest to come back to this spot every time we come down to Cape San Blas.

This campsite is a dream come true. Will definitely be back. First night I was a solo camper with my dog, using the tent and SUV. I set up overnight using the 110 power access at camp 4. Three nights stay , everything worked as promised. Always felt safe. John was responsive and helpful when asked any thing during the entire stay. By the end of July 4th the camp was full of at least 6 other groups camping and we never felt crowded or lost access to amenities. The site remained beautiful and incredibly quiet throughout the busy weekend. Was only about a 30 to 40 minute drive to visit the more popular places to eat and play on the panhandle of Florida. Will definitely be returning.
