His vision for this sanctuary comes from his belief in the healing and inspiring power of art and music. Our property is designed to provide space for artists, musicians, and nature lovers to create and recharge. For those looking to immerse themselves in the outdoors, we offer primitive campsites where you can choose your own spot—whether it’s by the pond, under the oak trees, or nestled near the bamboo grove. For RV travelers, we have a 30AMP hookup site with water access located just behind the main house. While this site doesn’t include sewage, you’ll have access to a fully renovated communal bathroom complete with a toilet and bathtub. The sanctuary features unique spaces to inspire creativity, such as: • A peaceful on-site pond with fish. • Open fields for writing, painting, or meditating. • Large canopies for art and music activities. We also provide a selection of rentable musical instruments, including a piano, keyboard, cello, and guitar, to help bring your artistic visions to life. Our sanctuary is proudly 420-friendly and welcomes guests of all backgrounds, lifestyles, and beliefs, whether LGBTQ+ or from any spiritual or religious path. However, we ask that heavier substances or disruptive behaviors be avoided to maintain the peaceful atmosphere. Come enjoy the peacefulness of nature and a night sky full of stars.About the propertyOur property is close to Vero Beach to the south and Melbourne to the north. We are not far outside of the town of Fellsmere where you can find some restaurants and services if needed.Our property is great for hiking, biking, local fishing, or hanging out with our farm animals. There are trails to be found less than a mile from our property but you can also head to Sebastian Preserve for hiking or over to Stick Marsh for fishing.Your hosts are onsite and we like to meet campers and just get to know them a little. Quiet peaceful but close to activities like baseball, softball, walking trails, parks, cycling and theme parks. Come enjoy nature but still be close to amenities. We have a area for tents with water and minimal electric available. Screen room is also available for inclement weather with outdoor table for dining. We are surrounded by wildlife native to Florida including bears, coyote, bobcats, alligators, raccoons and many more. The area is fenced in. The campsite is approximately 1000ft from the road but some traffic may be heard during peak hours. A Paved walking and cycling trail leads to boomba sports complex, the environmental center, and Lake Jessup in one direction and big tree park in the other. The trail is part of the cross seminole trail system.

We are located on a private access road surrounded by 10 acres of wetlands and natural woods. This is a great place to be close to nature and close to civilization at the same time. We have a small pond and open clearing to enjoy all hours of the day. We are far enough away from city light to be able to enjoy the beautiful night sky and all the bright twinkling stars above us.

Secluded and relaxing. The hosts were super welcoming and accommodating. They made sure we had a nice fire all weekend and even let us borrow a space heater because it was freezing! We loved seeing all of the animals on property and even got some of their fresh eggs! Will definitely be back. 🤍

Nice piece of property with some goats and chickens. Very private camp site 1. Great star gazing area. Fire pit, charcoal grill and wood on site. Steve was very friendly and the space felt welcoming. Due to weather we had to pack out 1 day early but we still had a great time and had a feel for the area. We did a nice loop hike at a state park that was less then 15min away
