It was a great place to stay the night! Jessica was very accessible for communication. On arrival, she showed us the different place we could park our camper van and we had access to free firewood too. It was quiet and very private!

It was a very nice spot. Beautiful scenery. There is alot to do around the area. Plenty of hiking and fishing. It was very quiet. The response from Jessica was always within a timely manner and very pleasant to communicate with. I plan on returning to this location in the future. I would recommend to anyone.

Stayed here with my wife for 2 nights on our annual road trip. Hosts are friendly and very nice (offered us fire wood). Beautiful private corner of a field backing up against a massive split oak. Apple Maps was off by about 4-5 houses. Overall 10/10!

Jessica was really sweet and accommodating. My vehicle is pretty tall, so she came out to meet me and show me another entrance where I wouldn’t risk having any branches hitting the top of my bus! Jessica and her partner are so kind! I would definitely recommend staying on their beautiful piece of property

I had an amazing stay at this campsite! The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. They were happy to answer any questions I had and even offered some great local recommendations. The campsite itself was clean, quiet, and well-maintained. It’s definitely a great spot if you’re traveling on a budget. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again. If you're looking for a peaceful, budget-friendly spot with a host who genuinely cares about your stay, this is the place! Highly recommend.

Jessica was great! Very welcoming and accommodating. Free firewood, wide open space. The property was beautiful. I woke up surrounded by a flock of turkeys! A great way to start the day :)

An amazing stay with amazing and accommodating hosts! My partner and I wanted to have a quick getaway with a new truck camper we just bought, and this was perfect. Due to the snow we couldn’t access the proper camping spot, however we were lucky enough to set up in their driveway which was just as great!

We spent the night there during a snow storm and Mary and Victor were so kind and helpful with everything! Super accommodating, we had a great stay there and would definitely stay here again !

My stay at this camp was a quick overnight, but it was lovely and peaceful! Jessica was super helpful and made sure I knew where I could access water and the fire pit she kept at the site. She was also very patient, as a tech issue on my part meant I missed several of her confirmation messages. Thanks again, Jessica!

Mary and Victor's farm was very enjoyable. We had lots of room and privacy. Victor was very helpful and an excellent host. We unfortunately did not get to meet Mary, however she handled our reservation well and answered all our questions ahead of our visit. We would recommend staying there.

Jessica's field was very quiet and in a great location. We enjoyed our hike through Wadsworth Fall State Park and exploring the town of Middletown and Wesleyan College. Jessica was very kind, helpful, and responsive to our questions.

Bring your family & friends to camp at our quiet and very modest small farm. Located in backwoods horse pastures with chickens, a dog, and a couple of horses. The property is very spread out and there are 2 outhouses for all sites to use. Your pets are welcome too! Locally there are state parks with beaches, and state forest for trails and lakes, hiking and biking. Or you can just relax and enjoy the serenity! OUR ADDRESS IS #200 NOT #204 THE DRIVEWAY TO THE LEFT FROM THE STREET IS OURS., THE ONE PARALLEL TO THE RIGHT FROM THE STREET IS OUR NEIGHBOURS. Other attractions include local farmers markets, Gilette's Castle, and the famous River Ferry crossing the Connecticut River with a vehicle across to East Haddam. We offer an hot H2O outdoor shower here for the comfort of out clients. It is located on the back of main house in corner. See map in photos. We cannot allow any wood for camp fires to be brought in form the outside for environmental reasons. It can be pre-purchased for $12 per bundle on this site, or $10.00 cash here at farm. Farm Fresh eggs daily when available for $5.00 per 1/2 dozen. There are blankets and pillows are provided, and linens for cabin or trailer sites. Garbage removal is available as well $5 per bag provided.

Colchester 670 old hartford rd a 45 Acre farm with 4500 ft of frontage on the Airline Trail. 2500 ft of frontage on Jeremy River. Very private. Lots of nature and wildlife. Large fields to camp in or camp by the river. The river will have to be accessed by foot from a cart path and would be tent camping only there. there are landmark sticks leading to Judd Brook and more leading all the way to Jeremy River it's a mile hike to Jeremy River. there's an old campsite there but you have to walk to get there not accessible by vehicle. Bring your bicycles and ride the scenic Airline Trail access trail from Old Hartford Rd entrance. Enjoy stunning sunsets and starlit nights. Gravel pit and quarry is strictly off limits. Do not enter that area or you will be asked to leave.
