1 night at Candyland Camper

We had such a wonderful stay! The host, Marni, was incredibly kind and welcoming which made us feel right at home. The camper was clean, comfortable, and really adorable. It is whimsical with bright colors and a happy mood. I really love that the camper has running water, a bathroom with shower, fridge, and heat! The nights were getting cool during our stay and the heat made us so comfortable. The property itself is absolutely beautiful. With pretty views, and the added joy of seeing horses, goats, and alpacas right on site. It was peaceful, fun, and such a unique experience to be surrounded by the animals. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a special camping trip! Thanks so much!

Weekend Trip to Mountain A-Frame 30 min Ski El Dora

We had an amazing weekend get away at this property. We even saw a momma and baby moose right outside the side deck near the hot tub! We were very comfortable and enjoyed our time here. Melinda was a great host and checked in with us to see if there was anything we needed. My husband commented on how comfortable the master bed was. I was worried that going to Black Hawk with kids may not be enjoyable. But there happened to be the county fair the weekend we went. We also took the kids to the Hidee Mine tour.

Given that it takes about 20 minutes to get to any neighboring small town, note that the house location is remote. It is located in a residential neighborhood where most houses are on an acre of land. Because of that, sound travels very easily so while it is usually quiet, you can easily hear dogs barking or music. Guests love that this space is PRIVATE on an entire acre of land without any street noise. Enjoy this beautiful home without worrying about where or when you have to be somewhere.
