Furnished with a queen size bed, couch, table/sitting area, mounted smart tv, microwave, air fryer, sinks, wifi, shower, hot water, a flush toilet, plus central air conditioning and heating. There is a private, spacious fenced in yard (about 3600 sq ft) with fruit trees and a fire pit. Soon to be a shared greenhouse. Located 15 minutes from downtown, 20 minutes to Red Rocks, and 5 minutes from Levitt Pavilion. Urban Camping Near Denver
My daughter and I stayed here for a long weekend. It was the perfect space for us. Quaint, but plenty of room for us to relax, cook, sleep, and enjoy. Our host, Brooke, is exceptional at her job. She is welcoming and thoughtful. Also, she responds to messages immediately. I would certainly stay here again for those reasons. In addition, the location is close to all the spots we wanted to visit, such as Red Rocks, Cherry Creek, downtown, Golden, Soda Lake, horseback riding places, etc. We loved our weekend and this little travel trailer. Thanks Brooke!

Awesome and perfect!! My best friend and I wanted to see some music and not have to drive back to Winter Park, neither of us like getting a hotel room. This was the perfect alternative and wish we had more time to enjoy.
