Madeline's property was so tranquil and just a short drive into town. With views of Pikes Peak and plenty of space to spread out. We discovered we were a bit larger than the recommended RV length, but Madeline and her Mom were so accommodating! The property is peaceful and we could let our dogs off leash, which is a plus. Especially for our furry full-time travelers to stretch their legs. I would highly recommend a stay here!

Amazing location. Right down the road from main Colorado springs. Very quiet location with a much needed separation from society. Used a 2WD vehicle on the appaloosa site. Definitely check ahead if the conditions would allow for easy accessibility. Thank you Madeline for the horse tour. My wife was absolutely enthralled!

The view is magnificent, and it is what you are paying for. The host responds to questions quickly. I will caution as the site requires maneuvering 2 very tight hairpin switch backs to get to. I was pulling an off road pop up trailer with a tundra and had to get creative to make it up. Although page lists 30 ft vehicle, i would not attempt in one unless I was incredibly skilled at driving it.

We enjoyed our stay. It’s a very family friendly campground, with the pool, arcade, and fishing pond. It’s also close to groceries, and things to do. Staff was nice, it was easy to get to and they sell some helpful items in their store.

The view was absolutely stunning and it felt private. The land was somewhat rocky so there were limited places for the tent. There was a fire pit, some chairs, and a trash can. Overall, we enjoyed it but I think it is a little overpriced for what you're getting. We would happily come back but not for $200/night.
We also had a somewhat difficult time finding the place. Google directed us to a spot that was too early on the road. You need to go past Schaffer Ranch and then continue until you see the signs for Vista Point on your right hand side (it's a decent amount farther from Schaffer Ranch). Jason was responsive to our lost messages!

We, along with 2 friends booked all 3 RV sites at Little Creek and after night 1 we booked a second night. It was the perfect spot to camp for a few nights away from crowded camp grounds! Madeline was friendly and answered questions quickly! We did do a lap around the property first because I wasn’t sure we were in the right place but we figured it out! :)

We loved the quiet and peace while camping in our trailer on Madeline's land.
The views of Pike's Peak and the mountains were very pretty... we were the only campers there for the 2nd and third nights of our stay!... We were only 30 minutes away from Garden of the Gods, which was our destination.... easy to get to from this site. We loved this site. ...Madeline was a responsive host -easy to connect with when we had questions.

Everything went well! Jason greeted us upon arrival and asked if there was any needs-- to our surprise there is already chairs..a picnic table...and grills ready to use. He has thought of everything. Travel to the site in daylight as you can miss signs easily when up in the mountain---we towed in our 16' trailered camper and that would be the max I would trust making some of the hairpin turns going up. This site is everything. A must visit. The stars are worth it alone.

As advertised, this is a simple campsite well suited for self-contained campers. Quiet and peaceful with just enough sound to not feel isolated. Just north of Colorado Springs and about 40 minutes from the south suburbs of Denver, great location for travelers.

Beautiful view!! Jason gave very clear directions and was friendly! We did reach a closed gate at the base of their property that wasn't expected from the directions so don't be alarmed if a sheriff patrol gate is closed when you arrive. We just opened and closed it behind us. Very quiet other than a worker driving up to our site not knowing we were there Sat morning. Jason is building a cabin and clearing some land currently down the hill from the site. Only matters to us bc we have rescue dogs with anxiety so we intentionally sought a quiet site. Innocent mistake but did impact our morning and breakfast cooking briefly. All this said, we'd definitely recommend this site for it's location and beautiful view!
