Please note that a 4WD/high clearance vehicle is essential for winter access, and rigs over 25' will not fit. We have a nice long pull-in with full hookups on our one-acre property. It is fully fenced and we are happy to accept pets. We are in a rural neighborhood setting and my husband and I do live on the property in the small green house you can see in the photos. There are houses around; it's not a secluded wilderness spot. We've been RVing for seven years (two of them full-time) and hiking and camping for many more. We're happy to provide local recommendations or to help you out with your rig if you're new. Our home is conveniently located approximately 35 minutes from Boulder or Nederland, 45 minutes from Eldora for skiing enthusiasts, 25 minutes from the Longs Peak Trailhead, and 45 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park. What a perfect spot!! Stayed here with a friend while we were on a national parks road trip - the cabin was perfect for two people, with a comfortable bed and the kitchen necessities. The hot tub on the porch was a perfect way to end a long day of hiking. Would definitely stay here again!

Weekend Trip to Cone's Riverside Canyon Cabins

The place was very clean, and tidy, everything you could need for a few days away was provided, the wildlife was abundant and the jacuzzi was decent. There's wifi and TV but we never turned it on because we were just loving the chill vibes of the trails, and private deck. We loved our stay in the Ever After, we saw wild turkeys, bats, elk, and more. The bed was comfy and the fans provided were a nice touch. The only downsides were the long black hairs stuck to the towels and shower curtains- I have short blonde hair, the slightly loud drunken neighbors in the next cabin over, and the broken tiles on the floor- you should wear slippers to be safe. Overall a great little getaway for us!

Fantastic spot. Heads up, GPS took me to the wrong spot about 300 ft down the road. So just a warning. Not at all the fault of the owner obviously. Cute cabin, outstanding animal activity going on from.bays, to flying turkeys roosting, all kinds of fun. Everything clean and we did our best to leave it clean too. Great communication. All around. Love this spot and we'll be back fur sure.

Enjoyed camping on their property, especially the proximity to copious amounts of hiking trails! We didn't get to meet the "neighborhood bear," but heard plenty of other wildlife such as coyotes, elk and the last night brought us a beautiful hawk!!! Doggoes loved the openness and explored every inch of the property.

Thank you to Grayson and Tina for opening up their property to us and our fellow campers. It’s peaceful and quiet and offers a welcoming respite from the crowds at RMNP and Estes Park. It’s a quick and beautiful drive to the main park entrances in Estes Park and is even closer to additional RMNP sites on Eastern side of the park. Full hookups are a huge plus. I will definitely book again when we’re in the area.

I highly recommend Grayson and Tina's Hipcamp near Ward, Colorado. Good directions made finding the property easy. The campsite was on their beautifully wooded land. The site includes water and electrical hook ups. A great place to stay when exploring the Peak to Peak Highway!

I love this place! Absolutely peaceful and all to yourself. The place is spacious and has comfy bed. Although I hit my head 😆. My favorite spot was the secluded swing, drinking morning tea and basking in the sun and stars was highlights of my trip. The place has little needed essentials such as gas grill with propane, paper towels and cleaning supplies. Although place doesn’t have water, we bought our portable sink. The portable toilet on site was clean. Oh yea, the place has these big windows right in the front with another beautiful view. The kitchen set for 2 sits right in front of window. Although not best weather we still hiked the trail right behind the house. I can say more but Anyone should not second guess on this place. We definitely coming back!
