We can handle RVs up to 45 feet - truck and trailer. It’s a big field, but a narrow, winding and steep gravel ramp to get in and out. We have a community fire pit with free burn wood, though the big logs are few and far between; your own firewood is recommended - as well as an ax or saw. If it's windy, please skip the fire... the BFD is very strict about this!! We have well water feeding a solar shower (only hot when the sun shines) and sink (non potable unless you have a filter). - CLOSED FOR THE WINTER We have a wading / dog pool continually refreshed from the creek. I just built a new filter!! It’s a saving grace in the summertime. - CLOSED FOR THE WINTER We have a community gas grill - please donate to the propane fund. We are RVers and would far rather stay on private land than an impacted RV park; we thought others might as well so we decided to share our property. Learn more about this land: Private, semi rural property of 1 plus acre to house your RV while traveling or availing local activities; there is a home on the property. Close to Boulder CO and other towns, easy access and quiet place to stay that is not an RV park.  RV must be self contained with a toilet. We do NOT provide one. Generators may not be used, however we can supply 30 amp for a small fee during hot summer months.  We ask that the AC is off when the RV is unoccupied. Water as needed but there is NO sewer for dumping. This is, ideally, a short term space for seeing the area and visiting people that you know. The camp spot is on 1 acre behind the house. You can enter and exit going forward. Tow car allowed but one vehicle per unit.

Our place is 3 miles from I-25 on a paved road with magnificent views of the snow capped continental divide including Longs Peak. Our single pull-through campsite has a picnic table and fire pit with electric (30 amp) and water hookups (there is no sewer hookup nor dump available). We have 4 acres and share the land with 2 horses, 5 goats, 2 sheep and our pet pig Maddie. Maddie is a “free range” pig who loves roaming the property and saying hello to guests. The campsite is an open space just up the hill from the barn. We regularly let the animals out to graze, therefore at anytime you might get a visit from Maddie or a goat at your front door. We are located central to Estes Park (and RMNP) , Boulder, Ft. Collins, N. Denver, Greeley, Loveland and Longmont. There is wifi available.

Convenient location, great bathrooms and showers. It's a small parking lot. Depending on how busy it is you may be on a bit of a slope or you may be able to get one of the level spots. They are normal parking space size so perfect for vans.

This place is an absolute gem. They have everything you could ever need propane, water, dump station, everything appears to be new and everything works. The owners seem to take pride in the place. This is a definite must stop if you're looking for a place to camp.

Awesome couple of nights! This is just a parking spot…but it was a nice place to park and camp after skiing. The added bonus of having very nice (and clean) showers and restrooms made this a great spot. Highly recommend! I’ll definitely be back!

I almost don’t want to write a review as it feels like a secret spot. If the owners are reading this, keep my prices the same. ;) I really can’t say enough good things about this place. I’m five months into a year long van life with my wife and two kids. I needed a break from the big city life AND in-laws during the holidays. I just happened to come across this like (as the miners say): follow the quartz line and ride the iron horse. Anyways, I did struck gold: clean showers and bathrooms, hot water, nice spot in nature, and convenient to both Loveland and Indian Hot Springs. I snowboarded, soaked, and solo van life’d it here. I couldn’t be happier with my 4 days and three nights. :)

They made me feel right at home and had some great recommendations for local trails and scenic spots that really made my stay even better. Nestled in a sweet road just outside of town, we still got all the mountain vibes with the convenience of getting quickly to town. Amelia was responsive and friendly. We met her at her tea shop in town and she was personable and helpful. Would stay again next time we are in the area. And the cute wild turkeys roaming the property were bonus!
