An outdoor kitchen includes a sink with well water (cold only) and a 2-burner propane stove.
A solar power system provides basic electricity.
The bath house is outside, with a propane shower and compost toilet.
Amenities also include a picnic table and an antique clawfoot outdoor soaking tub.
The cabin sits at the base of a canyon, offering privacy and a natural setting.
It is accessible, but remote and designed for those who appreciate a simple, self-sufficient lifestyle.

We have gates, and we have a general equine liability form for you to complete, and then we can give you the gate code.

This is a family farm that has been in our family for five generations. No smoking tobacco in the house—ganja is okay inside. There is a deck with a large umbrella, table, and chairs. It has an ashtray and you can smoke cigarettes or tobacco there. We are 420 friendly… very 420 friendly.
The gardens, back field, and grape arbor are available for guests to enjoy. Our well supplies all the water to the property. The driveway is not paved. The farm is about a century old. I remodeled the inside of the cottage in 2019. It’s not fancy, but it’s comfortable, clean, and peaceful.
We’re 10 minutes or less from pretty much everything. We were a medicinal cannabis farm during the medical era, and after legalization we decided to offer 420-friendly hospitality to tourists enjoying the Central Coast.
My place isn’t for everyone, but if it sounds good to you, then you’re our kind of people—free, beautiful human beings! This is a place where you can relax and be yourself. Come visit and enjoy! Bring positive vibes and leave your troubles at the gate.

Tent camping on Megan’s land was a lot of fun! We were in a nice secluded portion of her land, with easy access to a bathroom, shower and laundry facilities only a short walk away from our campsite. The nearby horses added extra excitement and fun to our camping. Would stay again.

what a peaceful retreat it was staying in this little cabin! comfy bed, a porch and birds on surround sound. it was like staying in a sanctuary! if you’re looking to get off the grid and not have the sound of roads anywhere nearby, this is the place. i would absolutely stay again.

We tent camped at her horse property. Communication with owner was easy and she responds quickly. Once we arrived, everyone working there was very helpful. It was a little bit tricky to figure out where we were supposed to camp. The sites didn't have any obvious signs and didn't look like camp site areas. A couple of camping areas were just surrounding the barn but weren't obvious to us. The barn had a nice bathroom, warm water which I loved. Unfortunately, the night we stayed it was raining but luckily we camped in a grassy area. There was an electrical connection where we were able to easily charge our phones and use our light connection with an extension cord. The location of her farm is perfect. Close to various areas of interest. We just used the camp site to sleep and shower since the area has a lot of things to do.
