You will not find another home like this nor the massive 50 ft+ rock wall that provides cover to back side of the house.In 2016, after more than 50+ years operating as a working cattle ranch (Brookins Ranch) and a viewing attraction for Adelaida Wine Trail travelers, the property was unfortunately shut down and put up for sale.As a born and raised local, I had to purchase the property with the hopes of restoring it to its greatest and to allow others to enjoy what it has to offer. Since March 2017, my family and I have been working hard on the restoration - attempting to keep a lot of it's uniqueness while integrating modern technologies that will help expand the property's life. There are 5 acres of hills of oak trees, bay leaf trees, frequented by the tree squirrels, deer and birds that live all over the property. The house is occupied and there are chickens and a sweet lab named Maverick. The driveway is easy to get in and out of for a car, truck, camper van, Westie (or same type of camper van); tent campers are welcome too. It's not very easily accessible for large trailers. The neighborhood is very quiet. Water is available by hose by the garage (it's not filtered) and if you have a pet 100% needs to be leashed and please pick up their poop. There's been mountain lion sightings within the last few years. There is no bathroom/cleanout, power or cell service/WIFI. You will be completely disconnected here. Please let us know if you have any questions and we are happy to help! There are some great places to eat downtown as well as for libations. Paso Robles wineries are only 10 minutes down the road; ask for suggestions and winery 2 for 1 tastings. Hope you enjoy your stay!

This remote, off the grid cabin is neatly set at the base of a wooded canyon with beautiful views of the mountains. It is only accessible by walking/hiking 1/4 mile down a service road from the main driveway. You will need to have have a 4x4 to get to the cabin. We prefer a small jeep or ATV. The cabin is one room with a full sized bed and small coal-burning stove for heat during the winter months. An outdoor kitchen includes a sink with well water (cold only) and a 2-burner propane stove. A solar power system provides basic electricity. The bath house is outside, with a propane shower and compost toilet. Amenities also include a picnic table and an antique clawfoot outdoor soaking tub. The cabin sits at the base of a canyon, offering privacy and a natural setting. It is accessible, but remote and designed for those who appreciate a simple, self-sufficient lifestyle. There is land to grow a garden. Acres of hiking. Amazing star gazing. This is a true one of kind experiece. The cabin could also be a great studio for those who need a quiet place to create. Such a cute and cozy loft! It was bigger than we expected and it was great that they had all the amenities! The outdoor is super cute and it was great that they had BBQ. The host also made sure we had enough pellets to keep warm throughout the night. Loved how it was dog friendly, though I didnt think it would be best off leash.... We were able to walk to nearby winery, chill, enjoy nature and eat good food. High recommend this stay!

We had a fantastic time at vinyl vinyards. It was not only beautiful but it had everything we needed. There was only one thing that might have enhanced our stay. Our host let us know in advance that there was a heater in the camper but we couldn't get it to work. Other than that, we really enjoyed it! Would love to go back!

The pictures don't do it justice. The place is so nice. Wife and I spent our first anniversary there. Loved it. So close to wineries. So nice that it's dong friendly and the Texas longhorns are so cool! 10/10 recommend

what a peaceful retreat it was staying in this little cabin! comfy bed, a porch and birds on surround sound. it was like staying in a sanctuary! if you’re looking to get off the grid and not have the sound of roads anywhere nearby, this is the place. i would absolutely stay again.

This place was perfect for our family. Great location. Not too far from town for all the conveniences but also far enough to see every star away from the city lights. The site had everything you would need. Very nice bbq grills, lights, fire pit, frisbee golf, corn hole, etc.

Weekend Trip to Vinyl Vineyards Glampground

What an awesome experience! We had a bit of a rainy weekend, and thought what better way to spend the weekend than this beautiful HipCamp under the stars. We enjoyed a complimentary bottle of wine while listening to the provided vinyl records. The place was clean and well decorated! The host responded quickly when we asked how to purchase another bottle of wine, even offering to deliver it to our site while it was raining. Definitely would recommend!

We had a great time at Vinyl Vineyards! This was my first time staying in one of the vintage trailers, but second stay overall. The trailer was very nice and the propane heater worked very well. It was in the 30°s at night and we were comfortable.
