This beautiful property is situated on 55 secluded acres in the lovely foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains. Your adventure begins when you escape the pavement and experience three miles of beautiful scenery on a maintained dirt road. Swimming, fishing, and hiking await you. Experience the abundant wild life and soothing sound of the Fresno River. Put your feet in the sand and just unplug for a few days. Each season is uniquely beautiful.
Spring hosts an abundance of green hills, wild flowers and cooler weather. The river is higher, faster and colder. New life pops up everywhere. Baby ducks, geese, quail and beaver frequent the river. Glitter Cove waterfall is in its full glory. The nights can be cool, so come prepared.
Summer is the perfect time to swim and lounge in the river. As the days heat up, the river begins to slow and warms up to a comfortable yet refreshing temperature. New beaches emerge, just waiting to be explored.
In late summer, early fall, there is a feeling of calm. The river slows significantly but still feels amazing to sit in. You can hear its gentle flow and soothing sound as it trickles over the rocks. This is a great time time to explore the river as it is mostly shallow with some swim holes.
Most of the time it is very quiet. There is another camp down stream owned by a wonderful family. They are here a couple times per week, and also rent their camp. You may hear them having fun and engaging in target practice. The river is a shared space but it is rare to see anyone else. Noise travels in the canyon so you may hear occasional barking or other vehicles. Hearing coyotes sing at night is very common. The rarely seen wildlife includes rattle snakes, bob cats, coyotes, fox, mountain lions and bears. Don't worry, our animal friends like to keep their distance. Hope to see you soon!

The Space
What to Expect
A million stars on clear nights and crisp mornings overlooking the rolling hills through large, picturesque windows. Peaceful surroundings with minimal traffic on the area's only road. Life moves a little slower out here on the ranch, so take your time and savor the simple pleasures of cooking, visiting, and unwinding.
These rustic homes were built in the 1930s and retain many original details, including charming chippy paint on the original-pane windows. We are also on a well that is rich in minerals, so expect rust-marked porcelain tubs and a distinct mineral taste in the drinking water.
We are a working cattle ranch. When the cows are grazing in the lower pastures, you'll hear and see authentic ranch life in action. There may also be friendly ranch cats hard at work keeping the mouse population in check, along with local wildlife that occasionally meanders through on its way to the nearby watering hole.
Guest Access
Guests are welcome to enjoy the yards around their cabins and the shared covered outdoor kitchen at any time.
Please do not enter any of the white outbuildings or the areas behind them.
With permission, guests may access the ranch trails outside of the PG&E camp. A signed liability waiver is required, and guests must text us to check in and out.
Other Things to Note
We welcome well-behaved, well-socialized, vaccinated pets. Please note that this is a pet-friendly property with other animals on-site, so your pets must be friendly and kept on a leash at all times. Pets may not be left unattended in the house while you are away from the compound area.

We are surrounded by other country farms with horses, goats, donkeys, chickens, etc. If you are up early enough in the morning, you might see a gray fox family that live on our property. Sasquatch has also been spotted down the Sasquatch trail at the back of the property.
You are only about 5 minutes from town and restaurants. You will be camping and able to enjoy the private area outside the RV. Feel free to roam around the property and take in the scenery. Fire up the BBQ (Traeger & Blackstone Grill), play some cornhole, and enjoy the pool!
The owner lives in the main house and is available 24/7 to make your stay awesome.
The RV has all the amenities you will need and is located near Yosemite, Kings, and Sequoia National Parks. Take in the views of the Sierra Mountain Range on the horizon above our pasture.
The RV has a full sized pull out sofa bed, a dinette that converts into a full sized bed, and a separate bedroom with a queen size memory foam mattress. A TV and free Wifi are included.

Guests have access to the area all around the RV and the backyard of the home. They also have access to the swimming pool and cabana near the pool. (No one under 18 without adult present)(Swim at your own risk, there is no lifeguard!)

Our group had a pleasure in staying at this site. The site was very well maintained and well equipped. Our group really enjoyed the site especially it's off leash friendly and super dog friendly. Our fur babies really enjoyed the swim in the river and running around the site. We will definitely be back again very soon.

The site was great! It was well equipped to host a group of childhood friends grown into adults. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cooking equipment. Although one of the burners on the 2 burner stove didn’t work very well. The shower, bathroom, and bunks were all appropriate and comfortable. Unfortunately we choose one of the coldest nights to go but we were able to keep warm. To our surprise there was no running hot water. Not a big issue but worth knowing. There was a limited supply of hot water in the RV. The BBQ pit was the star of our trip! The trail and the property were beautiful. If you’re looking to enjoy the sound of the river and the wilderness this is the place.

Weekend Trip to River Bluff Retreat
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Magical Getaway!
This campsite was everything we hoped for and more! It was peaceful, absolutely beautiful, and incredibly private—the perfect place to disconnect from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with nature. The entire experience felt enlightening and refreshing.
The RV was extremely comfortable and homey, with cozy touches that made it feel like a true retreat. The kitchen was stocked with every utensil we could’ve possibly needed, which made cooking super easy and enjoyable.
The views were breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset. One of the best parts was being able to hike along the river and explore nature without seeing another person—just pure tranquility and wide-open space.

✅ Perfect balance of comfort and “outdoor adventure”
✅ A hidden gem that feels private but still safe and welcoming

Beautiful private spot overlooking a river. Cindy has really done a great job with setup and decor. Everything is super functional and well thought out. The sleeping area is extremely comfortable with solar powered lights and fans everywhere. Bug nets surround you and if you want total protection from the outside there are canvas covers for all sides that zip up. Bathroom is clean and easy to use, shower is cute and had hot water during the day when we rinsed off from swimming. Cook area is great with stove, sink and bbq. I will note that wasps do show up when you cook meat and they do have wasp traps all around to deter them but that’s part of being in nature. We took our food inside the pergola and had no issues once inside the netting.
The river is great, we swam in there swimming spot and fished as well. We caught some baby bass and a small catfish while there. We adventured up river and it was truly beautiful. At night we laid out a blanket on the beach and stared at the amazing night sky. We saw so many shooting stars, was truly amazing. Cindy also had a propane fire pit available for night time fun too. Night lights at camp were functional and beautiful as well.
All in all this trip was amazing. Cindy was amazing. She met us at the gate and walked us through everything and answered all of our questions. She was in communication with us our entire stay and responded quickly. I recommend glitter cove 100%. Thanks Cindy!

What a magical place! I can confidently say that this was the BEST "glamping" experience ever! Our two daughters (ages 8 and 11), our two dogs, and my husband and I had a wonderful time. Cindy keeps the place immaculate and fully stocked with everything you need and more! The living spaces were comfortable and cozy. The setting couldn't have been better. We caught loads of fish and had complete privacy. Best hidden gem ever!

My husband and I along with our two teenage kids just spent the weekend at Glitter Cove. Cindy, the host was a great communicator throughout the process. Booking, directions to get there plus check-in was a completely smooth process. Cindy was there to meet us on arrival to give us a walk through and answer any questions. Then she left us to ourselves -so total privacy. The place was really clean and had everything we needed. The pergola and setting were beautiful. Lots of space for outdoor games and a great outdoor cook and dining space with a comfy sleeping set up. Outdoor composting toilet and shower worked great. It was very hot (we were there late August) but the swim holes in the creek and the solar powered fans in the pergola really helped. All in all a great stay and we will definitely go back again.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect—close to the national parks, and Clovis is such a charming town. As a family of four (two adults and two kids), the RV was just right for us: comfortable, cozy, and with everything we needed. The pool was a big hit, and we loved having it to relax after our outings. We visited Yosemite and even stopped by the waterpark in Fresno on our way out, which made the trip extra fun. This beautiful land on Fresno Creek is very appropriately named. The sand sparkles with gold and the river is so clear you can see clearly to the bottom. Very private and host is very accommodating. My family appreciates the opportunity to enjoy this beautiful place. What a special place this is! I had a lovely, peaceful stay with my dogs. It was private, quiet and Cindy did a wonderful job at communication and directions. She made sure we were set with all we needed right when we arrived. I enjoyed spending time down at the shady dragonfly beach since it was a hotter day. It was such a treat to hear the flowing water right from camp. My dogs loved the freedom of playing and exploring around the area.

There is so much to say about this site, however I doubt I'll be able to think of it all into words. For starters, the host Cindy and her husband are so welcoming, kind, and quick with communication which made it so easy to settle in. They have a very well maintained and beautiful dirt road leading to the camp site, but do go slow. The views from the pergola were absolutely STUNNING, we couldn't help but unwind out surrounded by nature enjoying the birds singing and the gentle sounds from the river. The pergola itself was absolutely gorgeous, they truly thought of everything to make this the most amazing retreat from busy day to day life! This wasn't just an amazing get away for the adults either, the kids had an absolute BLAST playing in the river, gold panning, exploring and more. I do suggest bringing water shoes if you're planning on going up the river as there are sharp rocks and definitely don't forget sunscreen! This truly couldn't have been a better getaway for us all, we are definitely coming back and I'll be recommending it to anyone who will listen!
