The campsites are both cozy enough for 2 or spacious enough for large groups and can easily accommodate a mix of RVs, camper vans and tents.
From June to October the 100+ area open meadow is filled with horses grazing and galloping about (please don't pet or feed!) A four-seasons destination, the Ranch has year-round experiences with warm summers and snowy winters. An excellent basecamp, within close proximity to the lake, ski slopes, Pinnacles, hiking/biking and off-roading trails.
After a day filled with adventure or ultimate relaxation, be sure to enjoy the breath-taking sunsets over the meadow.
The evenings blanket guests with a sea of stars. Toast up some s’mores and warm up some hot-coco over a beautiful, crackling campfire. Remember the s’mores and always follow the “Leave No Trace” principles. There are large trash bins by the entrance.

OHV’s are allowed. They count as one of the allowed vehicles per campsite and must adhere to the speed limit (10mph) and remain on established camp roads while on the property. They may not be driven from 8pm to 8am. It is strictly forbidden to ride your vehicles through the forest, meadow or off any established roads on or off property. Please research which of the surrounding forestry roads allow for your vehicle type to be driven on. Campsites on the west side of the meadow (F, G & H sites) are partially accessed by a forestry road that does not allow dirt bikes.
Horses: The horses which may be roaming the meadow during your stay are not property of Holcomb Valley Ranch. When horses are present, guests and their pets are prohibited from entering the meadow. Our mission is help enrich the culture of Perris, CA by providing a unique venue that takes you away from the hustle and bustle and takes you to a wonderland of nature surrounded by rocks and eucalyptus trees.
Anson and I continue to build everything ourselves with the help of our friends and family every now and again. Our process is that we source as much lumber using the dead Eucalyptus trees we have here on the 36 acre property and we are constantly trying to come up with innovative ways to use recycled and donated materials in the venue. During the pandemic, we turned our venue into a campground so we could open up the venue to people who needed to get out into nature. We are now open for daily camping and private events. This was originally a Girl Scout camp called Singing Pines back in the 30’s. You’ll see as you roam around some of the original buildings and structures. It hasn’t been in operation as a Girl Scout camp for over 30 years. The bigger building is an Airbnb for groups. They will also have access to the lake.
DIRECTIONS:
Take Exit for Angeles Crest Hwy (Hwy 2) from the 210
Go North, up the mountain for 29 miles
Turn left on Sulpher Springs Rd
Go about a mile and you will see a Singing Pines sign up on a hill on the right side.
There is a white gate which is usually open but if it's closed go ahead and open it.
Go down that driveway about a mile and turn left at the fork.
Follow that road down and around the lake staying to the right. Once you passed the lake there will be a little uphill and the location is on the left.

The Skoolie is a converted short bus with two love seats that convert to an RV queen bed, sink, stove top, dinette, and over head lights. Outside is a private meadow with a short walk to a small lake. You can bring your fishing gear. It's stocked with Bass and Bluegill. Outside the Skoolie is a picnic table, fire pit (firewood $10 a bundle) and a hammock. Up the hill, a very short walk is the private campground toilet facility. This is not shared with anyone else.
No cell phone reception no linens bring a sleeping bag or warm blankets. You can charge your phone in the Skoolie for a sunrise alarm or just to take pictures.

all around the U.S. playing his music and I work for a children's book company. One day, we decided that we wanted to live the rest of our lives hosting live music, and events and that's how Rock & Tree began. As the idea grew, we wanted to create an Open Canvas so that the guest could dream up what they wanted on our stage. We moved to the Inland Empire from Santa Monica, in 2017 with the dream of building an open canvas event space out of sustainable, re purposed and natural materials. Our mission is help enrich the culture of Perris, CA by providing a unique venue that takes you away from the hustle and bustle and takes you to a wonderland of nature surrounded by rocks and eucalyptus trees.
Anson and I continue to build everything ourselves with the help of our friends and family every now and again. Our process is that we source as much lumber using the dead Eucalyptus trees we have here on the 36 acre property and we are constantly trying to come up with innovative ways to use recycled and donated materials in the venue. During the pandemic, we turned our venue into a campground so we could open up the venue to people who needed to get out into nature. We are now open for daily camping and private events. This was originally a Girl Scout camp called Singing Pines back in the 30’s. You’ll see as you roam around some of the original buildings and structures. It hasn’t been in operation as a Girl Scout camp for over 30 years. The bigger building is an Airbnb for groups. They will also have access to the lake.
DIRECTIONS:
Take Exit for Angeles Crest Hwy (Hwy 2) from the 210
Go North, up the mountain for 29 miles
Turn left on Sulpher Springs Rd
Go about a mile and you will see a Singing Pines sign up on a hill on the right side.
There is a white gate which is usually open but if it's closed go ahead and open it.
Go down that driveway about a mile and turn left at the fork.
Follow that road down and around the lake staying to the right. Once you passed the lake there will be a little uphill and the location is on the left.

The Skoolie is a converted short bus with two love seats that convert to an RV queen bed, sink, stove top, dinette, and over head lights. Outside is a private meadow with a short walk to a small lake. You can bring your fishing gear. It's stocked with Bass and Bluegill. Outside the Skoolie is a picnic table, fire pit (firewood $10 a bundle) and a hammock. Up the hill, a very short walk is the private campground toilet facility. This is not shared with anyone else.
No cell phone reception no linens bring a sleeping bag or warm blankets. You can charge your phone in the Skoolie for a sunrise alarm or just to take pictures.

Great farm stay with an excellent host! We loved the tour of the farm animals and spent most of our time on the cabana patio, which provided excellent shelter from the wind. The bathroom plumbing was a little finicky but worked fine for us. Tip: Bring some extra lighting for the patio area just in case. We had a great time!

The A frames with bedding and lighting offer a quiet retreat after being outside and exposed to the desert. This is especially true during the windy month of April. The outdoor flushing toilet sink and shower are private and airy. There is also a partitioned and inviting kitchen/gathering space for cooking and eating at a table. We walked, and walked in every direction from the A frame (since it is tucked away from the road) without having to cross a street or intrude on neighbors. We saw wonderful birds and wildflowers, various Joshua trees and jack-rabbits. We heard coyote in the distance. Devil's Punchbowl is a short drive away...and must be experienced. Lake Los Angeles is a 7 minute drive away and has a Dollar General store...which has everything food, drink, necessities related. Osman created a very welcoming outdoor and indoor space that is well lit and safe and clean and warm and quiet...we loved out stay.

This campsite was absolutely amazing! The views were breathtaking—peaceful, scenic, and the perfect place to unwind. The site felt very private, which made the whole experience even more relaxing and special.
The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. One of the highlights for our family was the animals—such a fun and unique touch! The kids absolutely loved interacting with them and didn’t want to leave.

We had an amazing time staying at Osman’s ranch. The property was beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for a camping getaway. The A-frame setup made the experience feel unique while still being comfortable and well thought out.
Osman was super professional and an amazing host from start to finish. He was responsive, welcoming, and made sure everything was smooth for our group. You can tell he truly cares about creating a great experience for his guests.
The space was clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed. Being able to have campfires and bring pets made it even better. It was the perfect spot to relax, enjoy nature, and spend quality time with friends.
Would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable outdoor stay.

Our stay at this cabin in Green Valley Lake was everything we needed and more. It was the perfect escape from the city.
The cabin itself was incredibly spacious and well maintained. With three floors and four outdoor decks, there was no shortage of places to unwind and take in the peaceful forest views.

Great place to stop over on my way to Arizona. It’s very peaceful and I felt very safe as a solo female camper. Make sure to survey the area before taking your pets out. There was a very large dog that appeared out of nowhere. My dogs barked at it from inside the van, but it had no interest, so didn’t appear threatening. I only saw it once in the two days I was there. This was my second time camping at this location and I will probably go back in the future.

This campground is Beautiful! Trees, flowers,
Green grass. So calming it was the perfect place to unwind and relax.
Listened to good music drinking cold adult beverages, & cooking bomb asada taco.
We went during the week, two days one night we had the whole campsite to ourselves. It was the first time in my life for over 24 hours. My husband was the only person I ever saw.
One of the most relaxing camping trips I’ve ever had.
