Amazing views
Hipcampers say this spot has amazing views.
This secret off-grid getaway on 56 acres gives stunning views at private tent sites with hiking, bird-watching, and wildflower-spotting. Relax in the shade of a eucalyptus grove, enjoy the sun shining over the sage scrub, enjoy the dark night, and find the hidden waterfalls. A short drive to Temecula, Diamond Valley Lake, and Lake Skinner, our private, scenic campsites offer both serenity and nearby activities including wine tasting, restaurants, hot air balloons, and paragliding. We are 100% off-grid with no hookups or water sources (yet), no showers (yet) in the middle of a conservation area. A significant portion of our proceeds goes directly to a local non-profit for habitat restoration efforts within the Conservation Area, and other bird study projects. We hope to attract campers that want an off-the-beaten-path type experience without having to go to the mountains.

Spadefoot Grove Dispersed Campsite
This is such a beautiful and remote campsite. We loved the views and appreciated the impeccably clean restroom, and thoughtful touches like solar lights, the swings, and picnic tables. We would definitely stay again.

Spadefoot Grove Dispersed Campsite
10 /10! Will come back soon!
I cannot express enough how exceptional our stay was, thanks to the outstanding hospitality of Jordan and Rheanna. They went above and beyond to ensure our visit was enjoyable. Given that the season was not ideal for campfires, they thoughtfully provided multiple propane fire pits for our campsite and others, free of charge. While many would have rented them out or found a way to profit, Jordan and Rheanna prioritized our comfort. The property itself is beautiful. We enjoyed a pleasant walk around the grounds and watched a breathtaking sunset. Each campsite is spacious and well-maintained, and the porta-potties were impressively clean, with the hosts frequently checking in to see if we needed anything. The location is ideal—far enough from the city to feel secluded, yet close enough for convenient trips into town. Our stay was truly a 10 out of 10. We will definitely be returning soon. Thank you, Jordan and Rheanna—you both did an outstanding job!

Peaceful location and great hosts
True gem in the making. Some campsites have a beautiful view of the valley and mountains. Most have views of the mountain... Really quiet and relaxing and campsites were spaced out well. One group site was having fun but were not loud or obnoxious at all. The roads are well maintained, but some areas have fine, lose dirt powder in the road that gets on everything. Access to the park is a bit tricky, but accessible to most vehicles and decent driving skills. The hosts, Jordan and Rheanna were very attentive but in no way intrusive and responded very promptly to all inquiries. They have a beautiful, respectful, free spirit family. All sites were large, cleared and flat. This time of year requires fire caution so open campfires were not allowed. Jordan notified all campers of this. We did notice a lot of bugs that gathered under dry, warm spots... Bring bug spray and shake out anything that is left out at night, else you'll have uninvited visitors inside your tent. I used vinegar on these critters. This makes them run for cover and is not as toxic as bug spray. Some things that could improve this experience: Another porta-potty. (The one porta-potty was well maintained and did not smell all weekend) Small signs at each campsite with site name to make it easier to find their location driving in. Camp fire rings. More tables perhaps? Early spring and late winter will be great at Hidden Falls reserve. The wild flowers will make this an excellent experience

Spadefoot Grove 1
Very small but great views
Overall it was a great experience. I would advise you all that there’s a lot of red ants and pitcher bugs. Wish there was much trees because on the a hot day like it was really would have appreciated more shade. Also wish we had the campsite more to ourselves, the owners kids age 3-6 came to our site a couple times unaccounced and would just hang out…but overall great site. Would recommend others..

Valley View 3
Fabulous Long Weekend
I loved camping at the Valley View 3 spot, probably the best spot on the lot. It is dispersed camping and I will say while it was a packed weekend, everyone is so far apart you can’t hear them. I camped with my two dogs over two days. It’s close to town so you could pick up anything you may have forgotten but far enough that you don’t hear anything. There were no bugs there when I went and while there were ants (obviously) they weren’t close enough or interested in my food/camp. The valley and wind creates a nice gentle breeze and the hosts are available if you need anything. It’s dog friendly, plenty of trees to create a line for them to be tied off to. I will say my campsite had a lot of dead filigree, so just bring a comb or brush to do a once over before bed to ensure none gets in their fur or paws. Four wheel drive is not necessary to get to your camp and they’re working on more bathrooms/water & picnic tables for the sites. Will definitely visit again and will probably favour valley view 3 again. All the paths are interconnected and well lit so there’s no way you’ll get lost of turned around on your evening stroll. Great spot for bird watching as well!

Jensen's Peak
Absolutely amazing campsite!
We almost did not want to write this review so people don’t start flocking here but they deserve it. This place was amazing. From the privacy to the views to ven the very friendly and helpful host, everything was perfect. It has lots of little trails to hike and drive and we even visited the hidden waterfalls. The drive up to Jensen peak I imagine would be rough for smaller cars but ours handled it flawlessly. We liked that our site was completely away from the others. Our dog also enjoyed it and even played with the owners dog for a bit. We will definitely be coming back with our friends and family.
