⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Magical Getaway! This campsite was everything we hoped for and more! It was peaceful, absolutely beautiful, and incredibly private—the perfect place to disconnect from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with nature. The entire experience felt enlightening and refreshing. The RV was extremely comfortable and homey, with cozy touches that made it feel like a true retreat. The kitchen was stocked with every utensil we could’ve possibly needed, which made cooking super easy and enjoyable. The views were breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset. One of the best parts was being able to hike along the river and explore nature without seeing another person—just pure tranquility and wide-open space. Other things we loved: ✅ Super clean and well-maintained space ✅ Thoughtful host who clearly care about the guest experience ✅ Perfect balance of comfort and “outdoor adventure” ✅ A hidden gem that feels private but still safe and welcoming If you’re looking for a beautiful, serene escape where you can relax, recharge, and enjoy nature in complete privacy, this is the place. The Mountain Chapel Campground was fantastic! I stayed at the Rustic Cabin. It was very simple, but great. No frills but had everything I needed. Comfortable bed, clean linens, a couple chairs, a table, shelves, a desk. Close enough to walk along a well-lit path to the nice tile showers with hot water. I would definitely stay here again.

What a great space. So serene. Wake up Staring at an inviting mountainside across the valley of big green trees & bursts of autumn colors. Night sky is clear. Conveniently located next to the Parks but not in the flow of everyone going there. And Jack’s land is fun to explore too. Great facilities on site - shower was amazing after a day of running around. Oh - and some deer seem comfortable enough there to keep coming back. Thank you!

The stay was extremely pleasant. Jack who is in charge of everything on the campground is one of the nicest and kindest people I have met on my trip. Jack helped me and my friend get to the campground and showed us around even though at the time that we came it was way past 12 am. The chapel that is looked after by Jack looks amazing and the views are incredible. Would definitely recommend everyone to pay a visit. 10/10

Conveniently located right on Highway 180 - 8 miles outside of the entrance to Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Parks. This is the absolute most convenient spot for tourists headed into the park as it is the last stop before the park entrance. Although the property is currently going through transition, it is still a very charming peaceful and very special location. Dispersed Tent sites are not yet clearly defined, so it is going to be first come first serve basis. We also offer a tent site that is setup for your arrival and 2 RV parking spots in our parking lot. This area is so peaceful, and I'm excited to share my space with you! I also run the lodge on site and make fresh coffee and espresso each morning. You are welcome to use the communal tables in the lodge, as well as the restroom during the day. In the evenings, we have a porta potty available! I've owned the property since 2009 and am working on rebuilding and cleaning the property after the loss of my husband. Please be mindful that this is a work in progress but is in an absolutely ideal location, and I love hosting! Looking forward to seeing you.
