I offer 2 full hook-up spaces, one space is covered. Power is 50 AMPS! An RV must be under 12' to fit under the covered space.
I offer 4 dry camping options. You can book the Tent Cabana-The Shady Rest- listing or you can dry camp by booking through my Tent and Vehicle Camping listing. There are no exact designated spaces for tent/vehicle camping. You can choose where you prefer to camp. An extra vehicle is OK as long as it's part of your one campsite. 2 groups with 2 camp vehicles is 2 campsites.
I also have the Pool House, an indoor option with a power outlet, and it's close to the pool and restroom area. You can set up your bed or rent a full size bed which I will set up for you.
This is my private property, you and your gear are safe and secure. You can leave your campsite and go exploring, no one will bother your stuff.
I have WiFi and great cell service here. Please arrive by 8pm unless arrangements are made in advance. I meet with you and show you around.
I will greet you and show you around. I close my gates at dark. Once you are here you may come and go as you please.
I am located just over an hour away from Tucson and 25 minutes off the 10.
Dry campers- Off the pool area there is a clean restroom in my back garage and a sink with hot water. There is a breakfast room with clean refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker available for your use. Lots of local birds visit daily. You are welcome to visit and pet my horses and donkeys!

We (Tim and Victoria) moved out to our place in the desert in February 2008 along with our many plants. We have continued to grow our little farm of 6 acres to what it is today, which includes an orchard with about 50 fruit and nut trees and enclosed garden/greenhouse structures with veggies and herbs that are protected from wildlife and the elements. We have a seasonally heated pool with 3/4 wraparound deck and amazing views of the Tucson Mountains. We have a basketball court, a ping pong table, cornhole court as well for recreation. Our Beach site has a domed 'chill zone' with heaters in the winter, comfortable chairs for relaxation and a great spot to let your dog hang out unleashed. Our Prickly Pear site has a pull through for campers and RVs. Our RV site has 30 amp electric and black water dump station.
All of our sites are fenced in, and have many, many cool amenities such as fire pits, sinks with fresh, pure water, table with 4 chairs, gas grills and lounge chairs/porch swing.
Our property in a 160-acre neighborhood surrounded by open desert state lands.
In our sustainable community/neighborhood are like minded, peaceful people who are as connected to and respectful of the land as we are.

My name is Joel, and I turned my off-grid property into a park. It’s located right across the street from a 3,000 acre swath of Arizona recreational state land. AZ state land is like a state park, but with zero amenities. So, I started building amenities on my property.
We now have trash service, compost toilets, running hot water, a shower building, a furnished campsite, a mini barndominium, and everything runs on solar power.
We also get Amazon deliveries.
The park is only 20 miles from the Tucson city limits, but when you get out here you’ll feel like you’re a million miles away. Your ears will ring for the first half hour while adjusting to the quiet.
It’s a great place to read a book, unwind, and take some time off from the mouse marathon of daily urban life.
It’s also a great place to bring your ATV, dirt bike, or favorite pew-pews to go play Mad Max Beyond Thunderchicken out in the state land.
There’s a little something for everybody if you know what I mean.
Night time is very dark out here. There are no street lights because Kitt Peak National Observatory is just over yonder. You can see it from the property.
Most nights the Milky Way is clear and visible in the sky. I have pathway lights, and low lumen lighting around the park, but a flashlight is still helpful for getting around at night.
Next door is a bird sanctuary with 2 macaws (Blue Bird and Max), and halfway up the mountain (Keystone Peak) is an abandoned fluorite mine you can go explore.
We are in the foothills of the Sierrita Mountains, at an elevation of 3,200 ft. That’s 1,000 ft higher than Tucson, and 2,000 ft higher than Phoenix. The plant life is very lush and green for the desert, and the wildlife is plentiful.

The electricity is a 3 plug 30 amp and there is water connection. NO SWEWEGE : the closest dump off is Valero 17 miles towards Sierra Vista from this location, heading to or from the 10 on Fry blvd. The first night or (1) night of your choice will be Ghost walk night, approx 30-40 minute walking ghost tour-Revisiting the "Miracle valley shootout" Child friendly and included in your overnight fee . Each Morning Refreshments will be provided complementary. Along side the 12ft wide by 21ft long RV space will be a parking place for your unhooked vehicle.
Generator is ok,and any year make and models. canna friendly and ran by a licensed cottage bakery ,disabled and woman owned. I just ask that you keep the noise down after 10 pm as this historic neighborhood has older families occupancy .

My 8 acre private horse property is located in the Sky Islands area of South Eastern Arizona. Are you grown ups who don't want to be next to kids yelling and running around dropping trash and throwing rocks, or barking pit bulls chained up, or loud music and generators? Do you like a clean restroom and a nice breakfast area on a well maintained property? Do you want to feel safe, enjoy beautiful views and know your stuff won't be stolen while you are in Tombstone? Then my place is for you! 18 and over. NO PIT BULLS. Good well behaved dogs allowed on leash welcome. If you want to bring a properly raised young person you can make your case to me and I will consider.
I offer 2 full hook-up spaces, one space is covered. Power is 50 AMPS! An RV must be under 12' to fit under the covered space.
I offer 4 dry camping options. You can book the Tent Cabana-The Shady Rest- listing or you can dry camp by booking through my Tent and Vehicle Camping listing. There are no exact designated spaces for tent/vehicle camping. You can choose where you prefer to camp. An extra vehicle is OK as long as it's part of your one campsite. 2 groups with 2 camp vehicles is 2 campsites.
I also have the Pool House, an indoor option with a power outlet, and it's close to the pool and restroom area. You can set up your bed or rent a full size bed which I will set up for you.
This is my private property, you and your gear are safe and secure. You can leave your campsite and go exploring, no one will bother your stuff.
I have WiFi and great cell service here. Please arrive by 8pm unless arrangements are made in advance. I meet with you and show you around.
I will greet you and show you around. I close my gates at dark. Once you are here you may come and go as you please.
I am located just over an hour away from Tucson and 25 minutes off the 10.
Dry campers- Off the pool area there is a clean restroom in my back garage and a sink with hot water. There is a breakfast room with clean refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker available for your use. Lots of local birds visit daily. You are welcome to visit and pet my horses and donkeys!

We (Tim and Victoria) moved out to our place in the desert in February 2008 along with our many plants. We have continued to grow our little farm of 6 acres to what it is today, which includes an orchard with about 50 fruit and nut trees and enclosed garden/greenhouse structures with veggies and herbs that are protected from wildlife and the elements. We have a seasonally heated pool with 3/4 wraparound deck and amazing views of the Tucson Mountains. We have a basketball court, a ping pong table, cornhole court as well for recreation. Our Beach site has a domed 'chill zone' with heaters in the winter, comfortable chairs for relaxation and a great spot to let your dog hang out unleashed. My name is Joel, and I turned my off-grid property into a park. It’s located right across the street from a 3,000 acre swath of Arizona recreational state land. AZ state land is like a state park, but with zero amenities. So, I started building amenities on my property.
We now have trash service, compost toilets, running hot water, a shower building, a furnished campsite, a mini barndominium, and everything runs on solar power.
We also get Amazon deliveries.
The park is only 20 miles from the Tucson city limits, but when you get out here you’ll feel like you’re a million miles away. Your ears will ring for the first half hour while adjusting to the quiet.
It’s a great place to read a book, unwind, and take some time off from the mouse marathon of daily urban life.
It’s also a great place to bring your ATV, dirt bike, or favorite pew-pews to go play Mad Max Beyond Thunderchicken out in the state land.
There’s a little something for everybody if you know what I mean.
Night time is very dark out here. There are no street lights because Kitt Peak National Observatory is just over yonder. You can see it from the property.
Most nights the Milky Way is clear and visible in the sky. I have pathway lights, and low lumen lighting around the park, but a flashlight is still helpful for getting around at night.
Next door is a bird sanctuary with 2 macaws (Blue Bird and Max), and halfway up the mountain (Keystone Peak) is an abandoned fluorite mine you can go explore.
We are in the foothills of the Sierrita Mountains, at an elevation of 3,200 ft. That’s 1,000 ft higher than Tucson, and 2,000 ft higher than Phoenix. The plant life is very lush and green for the desert, and the wildlife is plentiful.

There are butterfly's around every corner .We are just below 4300 feet above sea level. Giving us the most spacious view all our surrounding attributes including but not limited too; The San Pedro river, Mexico, the milk way and Huachuca Mountains. Here you can expect to be the only guest as I only offer the one rv spot .
The electricity is a 3 plug 30 amp and there is water connection. NO SWEWEGE : the closest dump off is Valero 17 miles towards Sierra Vista from this location, heading to or from the 10 on Fry blvd. The first night or (1) night of your choice will be Ghost walk night, approx 30-40 minute walking ghost tour-Revisiting the "Miracle valley shootout" Child friendly and included in your overnight fee . Each Morning Refreshments will be provided complementary. Along side the 12ft wide by 21ft long RV space will be a parking place for your unhooked vehicle.
Generator is ok,and any year make and models. canna friendly and ran by a licensed cottage bakery ,disabled and woman owned. I just ask that you keep the noise down after 10 pm as this historic neighborhood has older families occupancy .

Weekend Trip to Karla's Hummingbird Guest Ranch
We had a wonderful time staying in the pool house. There was a little heater that helped keep us toasty in the night and the the weather was glorious when the sun was out. The garage/kitchen bathroom area was nice to be able to use a fridge and wash hands.
Karla has a great setup and I enjoyed reading about her work and seeing her art and wood projects. So cool! We had some great conversations with the folks who were also staying around a bonfire. The outside was so nice that was so inviting to hang around and just be.
Would go again and recommend to others:)

A small but beautifully maintained private property with only a handful of sites. The outdoor shower was especially enjoyable during my visit the first few days of an exceptionally warm March.
The host was both welcoming and delightful
This property is in easy walking distance of both the Paton Center for hummingbirds/Tucson Birding Alliance for birding and downtown Patagonia for cafes, entertainment and shopping.
It was especially nice for my group of friends, most of who camp but one who prefers lodging as The Sanctuary has a nice one bedroom cottage.

Karls'a place is a patch of heaven! The detail and thought she has placed into this property if second to none. We arrived early in the day (her early in the day check-in time is a realy nice plus) and we got settled in pretty quick. It was lovely spending time with the animals such a relaxing atmosphere.
We thought we had seen it all, then night was upon us and Karla's property was that of magic. It was stunning, the lights and beauty, honeslty at every turn on the property. Not to mention the amazing AZ night sky!
Karla has stunning attention to detail and her heart has been placed into this patch of heaven in Southern AZ! I would highly recommend this Hipcamp, a truly amazing place to stay!

It was such a welcoming experience after two weeks in Mexico. The place had everything you could need—from an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill to an outdoor shower! Super cute setup and a great location, close to downtown Patagonia as well as excellent birding and hiking. The hosts were incredibly helpful and made us feel right at home. We will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in the area.

Debi took the time to show us how to get to the site and showed us the ropes. She even got her teenage son to bring us a big tub of firewood.

Just what we needed for a quick overnight while visiting Bisbee. Roy was very nice, and got us settled in our site. Be aware there are a lot of barking dogs in close proximity. Not a problem in van/camper, but felt like it would have put my dogs on edge if we were in a tent.
Watch out for Google Maps. It recommended the southern route frolm Bisbee, which had a lot of dirt and gravel roads. Northern route is much easier and more straightforward.
