Property is made up of 8 acres - several mobile homes and old outbuildings are on one side - the other side is set up for animals - some nice level areas with a few trees, further along the propery there is a hilly area good for tents or vans that overlooks the mora river - many areas to camp and are secluded. Quiet valley area - we do have cows, horses, goats, chickens, ducks, cats, and dogs so there are animal noises around - the amtrack train comes by about 3x per day - we wave at the folks - we do have apple/pear/peach trees on site - if the mora river is good we can kayak a bit or take them to a lake nearby. We milk the goats seasonally so now thru sept or so - fresh eggs are usually available - a cook out area is set up with a grill/smoker tables available - water is onsite - still working on other amenities - porta potty or similar available.

Pitch your tent or park your rv or travel trailer in a field next to our mini cows, they will soothe your stress away by watching their carefree sauntering around their pasture and their mooing will make you forget the noise of the city. Some may even ask for a treat, we provide one if you dont have something they can have.

this is a rural working mini ranch - we raise mini cattle - and milk goats - very quiet lifestyle - very beautiful valley setting - if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and need a quiet place to recharge - we are it - we are a primative set up but would welcome anyone to share our part of the valley - animals are welcome but need to be restrained - if you are traveling with horses we can accomodate you also.

This site is accessible by a 4wd or not too far to walk, several spots to choose from. Beautiful views of the canyon and mora river. Amtrak train comes by several times throughout the day, we just wave.

The hosts were very kind and helpful. The site wasn’t really suited to tents, with all the goat head stickers on the ground. A camper was made available, however. Overall, a beautiful natural setting surrounding a hobby ranch, but the property felt a bit like a junk yard.

AMAZING! The animals are adorable, the space is great, and Tracy went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable & had everything I needed. March is a little cold for camping in your van, but this is a great spot for it & a great host for it!

This site is everything that you are expecting from the description. Tracy is a wonderful and hospitable host! She is a very accommodating and sweet caregiver with a fantastic piece of land for camping.
