For concert season...You can easily uber (6-8min) to the Chateau venue from our driveway and back, as parking can be an issue. You can bike there (15-20min) or walk (40-50min) but it is a steep hill on the return with narrow shoulder to walk on 2 lane road.
There are a great many restaurants and spas nearby if you would like recommendations let us know.
Please note that we do allow pets but they MUST be leashed at all time to protect our farm animals. If you have an all day activity and need references for pet daycare or sitters let us know.
No smoking or fireworks of any kind is permitted on our property at any time.

Manchester State Park features a beach, sand dunes, and flat grasslands, with nearly 18,000 feet of ocean frontage. The beach line curves gently to form a "catch basin" for sea debris, which accounts for the volume of driftwood found here. Five miles of gentle, sandy beach stretches southward towards the Point Arena Lighthouse.
One of the main attractions is the excellent steelhead fishing in the park’s two streams, Brush Creek and Alder Creek. The park features a variety of coastal wildflowers, including sea pinks, poppies, lupines, baby blue eyes and blue irises. The park provides habitat for tundra swans. The San Andreas Fault runs into the sea at the park.
The park takes its name from the village of Manchester, which is located in Mendocino County on Coast Highway 1 about seven miles north of Point Arena.

This is a stand alone structure w/small AC unit and wall heater. There is no shower in this dry space, but there is a camping sink that functions like a normal kitchen sink with hot water capacity. The shed has an easy to use composting toilet with clear instructions if you’re a first timer. Also, this IS a converted shed, so be ready for some lower ceilings and narrow spaces. The lofted full bed is cozy, but don’t bop your head on the way out! The bed has a six inch memory foam mattress with extra blankets and pillows. Everything is washed with free and clear detergent for sensitivities.
We provide a small refrigerator, a 2 burner stove, coffee supplies (keurig pods,pour over coffee with creamer/sugar), wine opener, dishes, and more. We have 2 tables where you can enjoy meals and games either indoors or outdoors.
One block away is Highland Park which has a tennis court and baseball field. A mile north, explore the West Duwamish Greenbelt Trails. 2 blocks south is Westcrest Park that hosts a community garden, a dog park, and small trails in their greenbelt. You’re also walking distance to downtown White Center, which has breweries, a roller skating rink, a gay bar, and plenty of coffee shops/restaurants.

Welcome to ELKS Beach, a charming recreation lot nestled along the shores of Lake Sammamish. Though not one acre in size (please note that the HipCamp app requires a minimum selection of 1 acre), our cozy spot offers a unique lakeside experience. Parking is conveniently situated a couple of blocks away, and the site is accessible via a walk-in/walk-out path connected to the East Lake Sammamish Trail.
The terrain boasts a slightly sloped, rocky shoreline, providing direct no-bank access to the water for activities such as swimming, paddle-boarding, boating, fishing, and sunbathing. Please be aware that the site does not have utilities or hook-ups, embracing a rustic getaway experience.
It can accommodate two tents and up 4 adults or up to 6 people with children comfortably.
On-site amenities include a firepit, picnic table, trash can, sun umbrellas, camp chairs, Adirondack chairs, and floaties for your enjoyment. Additionally, a honeybucket is available in the parking lot for your convenience.
Please note that the boat lift and on-site cabana are not available for camper use. There is no electricity so please be prepared to bring your own lighting. (There is a set of string party lights at the site that utilize solar power and click on at dusk automatically). Various chairs, paddle boards, tents and other items shown in images may belong to guests and are not all included in the rental. Please inquire if you have any questions regarding specifics of what is included.
No parties, group events or gatherings. Bookings are limited to small groups and single family camping trips. The maximum guest count for the site is 6 people including children or 4 adults. All guests (day or night) must be included in the reservation headcount.
Parking is conveniently located along East Lake Sammamish Pkwy in the Inglewood Hill Parking Lot, and the site is accessed a couple of blocks away via a staircase along the E Lk Sammamish Pkwy Trail.
We recommend bringing a cart or folding wagon to haul gear from the lot to the site if you’re not packing light.
**The structure in the image is a cabana currently being used for storage of personal family belongings. No one will be accessing or staying in the structure during your stay.
There is a security camera installed on site. This camera is not monitored during guest stays but is used to monitor the property for security purposes when there are no current or active reservations.
There is a family that keeps their boat on the lift out in front of the property, who may access their boat from time to time, and uses the South end of the site for access. This should be minimally disruptive, if at all, as they only use a small portion of the site for ingress/egress to their boat.
Please note that Lake Sammamish is located in an urban area. This is not a remote lake or location, and as such, there are frequent boaters on the lake, active recreation on the water, and neighboring properties that occasionally have occupants, as well as the potential associated noise that comes with these things. Unfortunately, we cannot predict or control these things. That said, the vast majority of mornings at the site are very quiet and peaceful.
You may notice small pieces of glass on the beach. These are beach glass— hundreds of them wash up every winter. We pick up the ones we spot but they’re hard to see a lot of times. Either way they’re almost always dull as they’ve been worn down by the water and years of being washed against the rocks. **

Lawnacres is a 20 acre farm that focuses on enhancing wellbeing through the presence of horses and nature. The Bunky itself is a converted horse stall in one of the barns on the property.
The glamping space is approximately 10x12, with a queen size log bed and wide rustic cedar plank flooring. The “stall” to the north houses an outdoor shower and sauna. It’s about a 30 foot walk to the outhouse.
Guests are free to amble about the acreage, which has a stream, a wooded path and some wide open meadow.

We enjoyed our time during our stay at ELKS Beach, and wished we could have stayed another day. The private lake front was perfect while the sun was out!
The property was just enough for us two, I'd say max 4-5 people, depending on your set up. We tucked our tent closer to the building since it was where it was mostly leveled.
Having a picnic table and chairs already there was such a bonus! Less for us to pack. Along with the other amenities they offered as add-ons. Loved the rental SUP and the fishing poles. Having a campfire would've made it even more special but we had a burn ban. We do appreciate the lights already on site.
I'd be mindful of the stairs for anyone who has different accessibility needs. We didn't mind the walk from the car/portapotty to the site. It seemed safe as there's always traffic of people for the trail. But def bring your wagons!
I'm a light sleeper so the waves crashing from boats was unexpected for me but my partner slept through that white noise cozily.
Thank you again to the host, who was super helpful in every way. We plan to visit again for sure!

Jerrett’s property is wonderful, so cool and fun to explore and tons to discover! Definitely more of a dispersed camping experience, which is good because you get to pick whatever spot that is available you like. It’s only drawbacks are no available shower or potable water, but there is a spring on the property you can boil the water from and between the creek and spring you can rinse off if you need/want. The bathroom was just a porta potty but it was kept very clean so no complaints there. The real star of the show is the gorgeous nature of the area, the land is a beautiful old growth WA forest, with tons of unique species to discover and a true woodsy camping experience. Jerrett is also super friendly and we loved chatting with him as he is super knowledgeable about the area and a very pleasant person. Overall I would highly recommend this camp, it was our favorite out of 4 on our trip!

We stayed here only one night on a family bike-packing trip. The site was nice and as advertised with easy to follow directions and a well marked sign from the highway. We met the host’s mother, Jeanette, on our ride in and she was very kind. During the summer months when the farm stand is operational, they let us use the flush toilets at the barn, which also had a spigot for water. Really saved us as we had run out of water on our ride and were prepared to send someone out to get some. It seems like there would be plenty to explore. My son remembered taking a field trip here to pick a pumpkin in the fall. Wish we could have stayed longer!

This was a great spot! Easy to access, close to a great walking path and restaurants, plenty of space for the kids to roam. The host greeted us upon arrival and gave us an overview of the property. Definitely would recommend!
