Peachland, BC · 3 sites · Tents, RVs, Lodging
Come camp on a 40-acre parcel backing onto crown land mountains and wake up in front of 10 acres of vineyard and a view of Okanagan Lake! There is a small cabin and two camp sites to choose from. Site 1 is best suited for tents and small campervans, less than 18' or so (though people with small trailers like tear drop campers have been fine). Site 2 has a much larger flat area that can hold RVs up to 30'. Cabin available for those that want to sleep in a cozy bed and have a warm fire :) Outhouse on the property, which is just a pit toilet. It is a working farm so will likely have various equipment around at times as well as workers at certain times of the year. You’ll likely meet our very friendly and very energetic Bernedoodle, Bernie. If you prefer to keep him out of your campsite just let us know and we can keep him closer. Otherwise, he thinks he has the run of the place! Please check to see if campfires are allowed (live in a high-risk fire zone) and firewood is available with an extra charge. If you need anything to better enjoy your stay, just let us know! Our property is located in Peachland, BC. Positioned midway between Kelowna and Pentiction, it is the perfect location to draw from both population centres and is well-positioned to act as a hub for popular wine and other agri-tourism activities. Peachland is within easy reach of over 200 estate wineries and microbreweries.

Chute Lake Lodge

Naramata, BC · 14 sites
Make your stay with us unique. We know that everyone has their own ideas when it comes to how they want to travel, where they want to stay and what they want to explore. We are proud to offer a wide range of accommodation options to make your stay just right. The birth of Chute Lake started approximately a century ago. The combined population of Kelowna and Penticton was a mere 7,000, and the First World War was just wrapping up. A bustling new sawmill on the shore of Chute Lake had a crew of hardworking loggers thinking it was time to build themselves a place to sleep and eat. Raw materials certainly wouldn’t be an issue, located in the middle of a forest. The crews worked all day turning trees into logs. Soon enough those logs were being hauled from the mill and up a gentle slope to the proposed location of the new bunkhouse. A few years later, the Kettle Valley Railway would arrive, and the mill and freshly built bunkhouse would take on additional roles. It served as a water stop for the steam engines that pulled the passing trains. Enterprising mill workers would even sell some of the large fish they pulled from the lake to the dining carts. These were the formative years Chute Lake Lodge. Cabins have been added and in the 1980s, the central lodge building nearly doubled in size. The restaurant was added with lodge rooms above. The railway that ran directly in front was converted into one of the best cycling paths in the province.

Learn more about this land: Fluffy Bunny Farms is a private 6-acre property located only 15 minutes from downtown Kelowna! It’s the perfect place to camp near Bear Creek Provincial Park and Myra-Bellevue Provincial Park. We have 3 private campsites with stunning mountain views perfect for a small trailer, or self-contained camper van/tent. Guests can enjoy biking, fishing, hiking and wildlife watching all nearby. We also have a white sand volleyball court to relax and enjoy some friendly competition with your camping partner at the end of your day. Please note that there are no amenities available at the campsite. Campers will need to have a self-contained vehicle and leave no trace. We are dog friendly and request that dogs remain under their owner's control at all times and on leash. We do not allow campfires as our home burned down last year in the McDougal Creek fire as well as a lot of the neighbourhood so we don’t allow any fires or smoking cigarettes on the property. We will be building our new home during the summer but the build is a bit away from where the sites are so it shouldn’t be an issue. But this is forwarded as we know that this is a priority for us as so we won’t stop building even if we have campers, so we just want everyone to know this in advance! We can’t wait to host you and if you have any questions before booking, just ask!

☀️ A Quiet Mountain Escape Above the Okanagan Off-Grid Trailer • 180° Panoramic Views Please note: guests must bring their own bedding (sleeping bags, blankets, and pillows) and towels. This is a place to step away from the chaos of this world. This private 12-acre property gives you the space to breathe again. No neighbors, no traffic, no noise. Just fresh mountain air, wide-open views, and the kind of quiet that’s getting harder to find these days. Time moves slower up here, in a good way. Mornings are peaceful with coffee in the sun and a view that stretches for many miles. Afternoons are perfect for reading, relaxing, or exploring. At night the stars come out in full force, with no city lights anywhere around. Its a sight to see You’re way up the mountain here, but still close enough to enjoy the lake. A beautiful public beach on Okanagan Lake is about a 15-minute drive down the mountain, so you can easily spend part of the day swimming or relaxing by the water before coming back up to your quiet retreat. This isn’t crowded camping. It’s your own piece of the mountain. What’s On Site • 32-ft off-grid trailer with A/C, heat, and a full kitchen • 10x14 gazebo with lights and seating • A nice soaking platform with twin soaker tanks (prefilled with fresh cold potable water from the well) • Fire pit with two wooden chairs for sunsets and late-night fires • Wide 180° views over the Okanagan Valley Off-Grid (But Comfortable) Power is supplied by a gas generator that runs the trailer’s electrical essentials — lights, outlets, and kitchen appliances. A full tank typically runs for about 8 hours, depending on usage. The fridge, heater, and other core trailer systems run on propane, so they work quietly and reliably without needing much generator time. You get the feeling of being off-grid without giving up comfort. Why People Love Staying Here • Complete privacy: 12 acres all to yourself • Huge mountain and valley views • Beautiful Okanagan Lake beaches just 15 minutes away • Amazing stargazing with zero light pollution • True quiet: the kind you can feel in your chest If you’re looking for a place to slow down, clear your head, and get away from the noise of life for a bit, this is it. Simple, quiet.

Storia Vale is a cozy young camp ground offering off-grid tenting camp sites and unique "tiny home" style outfitted stays. Get away from (some of) it all, with a quick trip into nature whilst still being close to plenty of activities and amenities! The property hosts a valley (or vale) with Clark Creek running through it. The ridgeline above offers a stunning view of the marsh and surrounding woodlands! Wildlife abounds at Storia Vale, you may encounter critters ranging from Steller's Jays, hawks, ravens, weasels, deer, moose, bears, coyotes, squirrels... and more! Located about 35 minutes drive outside of Kelowna on Rock Creek HWY 33. Approximately 7 minutes past the turn off to Big White Ski Resort. The address of Storia Vale is 9046 Painted Cliffs Private Road, lot #11. Both numbers are clearly marked by signage on the third driveway on your left after turning onto Painted Cliffs Private Road. At the start of your drive to Storia Vale, there is a sharp hairpin turn in the highway as you are leaving Kelowna. If you are unfamiliar with this highway, please do pay mind to the road signage and be cautious with speed at this section of road. There is also a section of winding uphill road on the way to Big White which is best navigated with care. Traveling east from town, once you see the turn off for Big White you'll have about 7 minutes drive remaining to get to the turn off for Painted Cliffs Private Rd. Please use caution when turning onto Painted Cliffs Private Road as it is a dirt/gravel surface and will offer less traction than paved roadways. Once you have located the driveway, you will find your camp site clearly marked. Please park your vehicle in the provided driveway space closest to your site. Please also note that there are currently NO showers at Storia Vale. Outhouses and gravity fed potable water dispensers are the only available washroom/cleaning amenities available on site.
