☀️ A Quiet Mountain Escape Above the Okanagan Off-Grid Retreat • 180° Panoramic Views • Complete Privacy Please note: Guests must bring their own bedding (sleeping bags, blankets, and pillows), towels, and drinking water. This isn't just a campsite. It's your own private mountain retreat. Nestled on 12 secluded acres high above Okanagan Lake, this is a place to escape the noise of everyday life. There are no neighbours, no traffic, and no crowds. Just fresh mountain air, sweeping views, and the kind of quiet that's becoming harder to find. Time moves a little slower up here, and that's exactly the point. Start your morning with a coffee overlooking miles of mountains and the Okanagan Valley. Spend your afternoons reading in the gazebo, exploring the property, or simply relaxing. As the sun sets, gather around the fire and watch the stars appear. With virtually no light pollution, the night sky is nothing short of spectacular. Although you'll feel a world away, you're still only about 20 minutes from a beautiful public beach on Okanagan Lake, making it easy to spend part of your day swimming, paddleboarding, boating, or simply relaxing by the water before returning to your peaceful mountain retreat. This isn't crowded camping. It's your own piece of the mountain. 🏕️ What You'll Enjoy 32-foot off-grid travel trailer Sleeps up to 6 comfortably Queen bedroom plus rear bunkhouse Air conditioning and propane furnace Full kitchen with microwave, stovetop, fridge, freezer, and hot water EcoFlow Delta Pro power station with 400W solar charging Spacious 10×14 covered gazebo with seating and lighting Outdoor soaking tubs filled with fresh well water (available upon request) Fire pit with Adirondack chairs Incredible 180° panoramic views over the Okanagan Valley Complete privacy across the entire 12-acre property ⚡ Off-Grid Without Giving Up Comfort The retreat is powered by an EcoFlow Delta Pro with 400W of solar, providing a quiet, clean off-grid experience without the noise or smell of a generator. You'll still enjoy many of the comforts of home while experiencing life off the grid. Lights, outlets, the water pump, and everyday essentials are all available. The air conditioner works well, but because it draws a significant amount of power, it's best used in shorter periods. The solar panel helps recharge the battery throughout the day, especially during sunny weather, so using electricity thoughtfully helps ensure there's plenty of power for your entire stay. The fridge, furnace, oven, stovetop, and hot water system all operate on propane, allowing you to enjoy reliable comfort while keeping electrical usage to a minimum. ❤️ Why Guests Love Staying Here Complete privacy with all 12 acres to yourself Stunning 180° mountain and valley views Okanagan Lake beaches only 15 minutes away Incredible sunsets and unforgettable stargazing A peaceful, generator-free off-grid experience A chance to truly unplug, slow down, and recharge If you're looking for a place to clear your mind, reconnect with nature, and enjoy the kind of silence that's hard to find these days, you'll feel right at home here. Simple. Peaceful. Unforgettable.🏕️ Your Stay This isn't just a campsite, it's your own private mountain retreat. You'll have the entire 12-acre property to yourself during your stay. The fully equipped 32-ft trailer sleeps up to 6 comfortably and includes: Private queen bed in the master Three bunks in the rear bunkhouse Extra mattress available for the bunkhouse floor if needed Please bring your own bedding (sleeping bags, blankets, pillows), towels, and drinking water. Perfect for couples, families, or small groups looking to disconnect, slow down, and enjoy nature without giving up the comforts of a trailer. 🛠️ Features 🛏️ Sleeps up to 6 comfortably ✨ Clean, renovated trailer ❄️ Air conditioning & propane furnace ⚡ EcoFlow Delta Pro power station with 400W solar charging ☀️ Off-grid solar-powered system (no noisy generator) 💧 303L of pre-filled potable well water 🍽️ Microwave, stovetop, fridge & freezer 🚿 Indoor hot water shower 🚽 Indoor toilet & sink (black tank service included) 🔥 Propane fire pit for fire ban season 🍖 Full-size propane BBQ 🪑 Covered 10×14 gazebo with outdoor seating 🛻 Parking for 2 vehicles 🧯 Smoke & CO detectors plus fire extinguisher ⚡ Off-Grid Power This retreat is powered by an EcoFlow Delta Pro battery system with 400W of solar, allowing you to enjoy modern comforts while staying completely off-grid. Everything in the trailer works, but power is limited, just like any off-grid cabin. Air conditioning is available but uses a lot of power and is best used in short bursts. High-power appliances (such as the microwave and A/C) will reduce battery life more quickly. The solar panels recharge the battery throughout the day, especially in sunny weather. Using power thoughtfully helps ensure there's plenty available throughout your stay. Most guests enjoy embracing the quiet, peaceful off-grid experience. ⚠️ Safety Note The retreat sits on a scenic mountain ridge with steep slopes and rugged terrain. While beautiful and private, please watch your step and supervise children and pets near drop-offs. Please stay on the cleared roads, trails, and campsite areas for your safety.
