☀️ A Quiet Mountain Escape Above the Okanagan Off-Grid Trailer • 180° Panoramic Views Please note: guests must bring their own bedding (sleeping bags, blankets, and pillows) and towels. This is a place to step away from the chaos of this world. This private 12-acre property gives you the space to breathe again. No neighbors, no traffic, no noise. Just fresh mountain air, wide-open views, and the kind of quiet that’s getting harder to find these days. Time moves slower up here, in a good way. Mornings are peaceful with coffee in the sun and a view that stretches for many miles. Afternoons are perfect for reading, relaxing, or exploring. At night the stars come out in full force, with no city lights anywhere around. Its a sight to see You’re way up the mountain here, but still close enough to enjoy the lake. A beautiful public beach on Okanagan Lake is about a 15-minute drive down the mountain, so you can easily spend part of the day swimming or relaxing by the water before coming back up to your quiet retreat. This isn’t crowded camping. It’s your own piece of the mountain. A full tank typically runs for about 8 hours, depending on usage. The fridge, heater, and other core trailer systems run on propane, so they work quietly and reliably without needing much generator time. You get the feeling of being off-grid without giving up comfort. Cold, clean mountain water in a simple outdoor tub is one of the most underrated summer pleasures out there. Just let us know before your stay, and we’ll have it filled and ready.

Please ensure all dishes are returned to their original places after cleaning them thoroughly with soap and hot water in the trailer sink.

The Lookout

The site was clean, has everything you could need. Dishes, bbq, shade, chairs, running water, electricity. The view is amazing and the stars are very visible at night. Very private and peaceful. The soaker tubs were very nice for the hot weather. Would visit again!

Wow, what a beautiful, tranquil spot this is. The trailer has everything you need for a comfortable stay, inside and out, with several different chill out area options. The views of the lake are just gorgeous, from sunrise to sunset, and the stars at night were incredible. Being dog friendly was the icing on the cake! Quiet dirt roads were great for walks. I honestly should have booked for longer. Already looking forward to our next stay. Brock is a great host. :)

We had an amazing stay at Brock’s Hipcamp! He was super responsive to any questions we had and had the site in perfect shape when we arrived. He even met us there to walk us through everything — such a friendly and welcoming host. The site itself was incredible and had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable glamping experience. Brock has truly thought of every detail! We brought our three large dogs and they had an absolute blast. Highly recommend this spot — we’ll definitely be back!

Our stay at The Lookout was nothing short of magical. The views overlooking the lake and mountains are simply stunning — even better in person than in the pictures. It was the perfect spot to disconnect, unwind, and soak in the peace and beauty of nature. One of the highlights was the stargazing — with no city lights around, the night sky was crystal clear and absolutely mesmerizing. If you’re someone who loves the stars, you’re going to be blown away. What truly made the experience even better was our host, Brock. He was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the stay. Anytime we had a question or a small issue, he was just a message away and made sure everything was taken care of promptly and kindly. You can tell he genuinely cares about the guest experience. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a scenic and serene escape. We’ll definitely be back!

THE VIEW IS INCREDIBLE!!

The Lookout

The property is truly magical and Brock was super helpful and friendly. This secluded spot has uninterrupted views of the lake and valley, the darkest of skies for stargazing and the peace and quiet to take it all in. Doing it all from the comfort of an RV is also a super nice treat! I highly recommend filling the outdoor soaker tub for an extra level of luxury.
