Learn more about this land: Fluffy Bunny Farms is a private 6-acre property located only 15 minutes from downtown Kelowna! It’s the perfect place to camp near Bear Creek Provincial Park and Myra-Bellevue Provincial Park. We have 3 private campsites with stunning mountain views perfect for a small trailer, or self-contained camper van/tent. Guests can enjoy biking, fishing, hiking and wildlife watching all nearby. We also have a white sand volleyball court to relax and enjoy some friendly competition with your camping partner at the end of your day. Please note that there are no amenities available at the campsite. Campers will need to have a self-contained vehicle and leave no trace. We are dog friendly and request that dogs remain under their owner's control at all times and on leash. We do not allow campfires as our home burned down last year in the McDougal Creek fire as well as a lot of the neighbourhood so we don’t allow any fires or smoking cigarettes on the property. We will be building our new home during the summer but the build is a bit away from where the sites are so it shouldn’t be an issue. But this is forwarded as we know that this is a priority for us as so we won’t stop building even if we have campers, so we just want everyone to know this in advance! This site is a site that overlooks my beach vb courts! It’s under some large pine/fir trees and is the most shady area we have on the property. We can run an extension cord for you and I will provide a large bottle of water for guests! We have moved into a trailer on the property as we rebuild our home so we live there and are quiet people so we expect quiet guests. We also will allow access to an outdoor kitchen area! Please bring your own plates and utensils. We will provide some cooking utensils as needed.

This site is a small site next to our property line just behind our trailer. We have moved into a trailer as we rebuild our home so we live there and are quiet people so we expect quiet guests. It has power and access to water. If during a drought month we will provide one large bottle of water so that we don’t waste water. We also have access to an outdoor kitchen area! Please bring your own plates and utensils. We will provide some cooking utensils as needed.

Canvas Tent Glamping In The Forest

We have set up a beautiful 16ft 4 season Glamping Tent on one of our beach vb courts! Pictures are coming soon!! We will allow access to our outdoor shower and a kitchen for those who come and stay in the tent. So it’ll be fully furnished, with an outdoor kitchen, portable toilet, and outdoor shower. Other sites will not have access to this as this is a special perk for staying in our glamping tent! We hope to have it up and running for June 15th. It will likely not be available until then. I can’t figure out how to take it off the site until then without it shutting it down, so please just make note of this! We also have a hot tub that will likely be available so just ask us if this is ready for tubbing!

Overpriced and not as advertised. The site picture didn’t come even close to matching the actual site. Since our visit the picture has been updated and price dropped to $35 CAD but would recommend to just not list the site to avoid more disappointed campers. Would be better to park in a parking lot or on the side of a road. The host was responsive and refunded our 2 additional nights after our first night we decided to not come back. Was going for a full refund but that proved difficult to achieve in a professional manner.

We where really well received by Tammy and the little dog, Chili. The spot is really well located near the wineries. We really liked the shower and having electricity directly in the tent.

Tammy did whatever she could to make my stay as pleasant as possible. The location is quiet and restful. Unfortunately the recent fire has damaged some of the surrounding trees but the location remains very attractive with delightful views. Do go prepared to be self sufficient as services are limited.

Beach Vb Site
We recently stayed at this beautiful campsite and had a fantastic experience. The site is nestled under large pine and fir trees, providing a generous amount of shade, which was perfect for the hot/rainy days. The hosts were really nice and responsive to our messages, and access was fairly easy even with our regular car. One of the highlights was having access to an outdoor kitchen area, which was very convenient. Our dog was very calm during the stay, which was a great relief since crowded campgrounds aren't for her. This site was a perfect alternative. We regretted not being able to stay longer and explore Kelowna more (It was heartbreaking to see the results of last year's fire in the area. ). Overall, I highly recommend this campsite for anyone looking for a serene and well-shaded spot with thoughtful and considerate hosts. Thank you for having us! :)
