Nestled against the Provincial Park in a family-friendly RV park you will find relaxation and fun. The beautiful Shuswap Lake and beach is less than a block away, with a Provincial boat launch near by. Entrance to the Provincial Park is also less than a block away, where you will find many trails for biking or walking, as well as playgrounds and a bike park. Amenities such as grocery store, pharmacy, medical clinic and eating establishments close by. just a bit to know about the rental We are excited you are coming to enjoy the Shuswap and all it has to offer. We want to make sure you have an enjoyable time at our place and want to make sure you are prepared for your stay. Just a couple of important things to note. 1. Renters will need to bring all of your bedding including pillows. (There are coin operated laundry facilities on site) 2. You will also need to bring your own towels, there are some dish clothes and tea towels available in the park model for your use. 3. A propane tank will be available for use and there is a gas station where you can get it filled up for use of the BBQ and firepit should it run out. 4. The kitchen is well stocked with all the dishes and such you should need including some basic spices for cooking. There is a grocery store just a couple minutes away that can cover all of your needs including a liquor store, and a deli. 5. If you have any questions about the park or concerns with your rental please contact us directly as this is a private rental the park office will not be able to help you. 6. A separate message will be sent that shows the park rules for your Information. 7. This place is perfect for a summer get away. The layout of the park model is great for a family with two kids. There are two rooms at the back of the unit and a larger main bedroom at the front. The bunkhouse is also a great addition if you are having company. The trailer has all the amenities you need! Caravans west is a great park with so many amenities. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Amazing spot to spend the summer

It’s a beautiful area close to the lake and many amazing hikes and adventures. The ground it’s self are perfect! Playgrounds, pools, club house for kids and a separate one for adults. Pancake breakfast on Sundays, ice cream social on Saturdays , and lots of farmers markets in near by towns as well. The unit itself was great. Very simple and nothing crazy. Has everything you need for a couple or a small family. We unfortunately ran into an issue with the A/C quit working 3 days into our vacation and so we were unable to stay for the last day/night. Although it was disappointing, the host responded well and did not hesitate to provide a refund for the days missed when requested. The time we did spend here was amazing and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to go with tons of amenities near by.

We’ve just returned from a week at Lisa’s in Caravans West and are already thinking about our next trip! The cabin fit our family of four, my husband and I and two quite grown teenagers, very comfortably. The cabin was clean and kitted out with all the basics. And the a/c was an absolute necessity in the 35+ heat. Lisa’s on-site contact is a gem! She was so welcoming and helpful, running us through the property’s activities and amenities. Don’t miss Saturday night ice cream at the clubhouse on your first night! Speaking of amenities … wow! Two pools (kids’ pool and 19+ pool), family and adult clubhouses (I can’t stress this enough, also air conditioned) with pool tables, ping pong, shuffleboard, and activities. There’s a splash pad which we didn’t use, but our kids would have loved when younger. Lots of green space and shade for lounging, kicking a ball or tossing a frisbee. My husband and son made good use of the pickle ball courts, with organized times for a variety of skill levels and opponents. Dedicated beach for members, which we used multiple times a day, and centrally located to other area beaches and picnic spots. We used the cabin’s bbq daily and enjoyed suppers on the deck every evening. We already miss it!

We enjoyed our week at Lisa’s place in Caravan west. We have friends in the complex and just love all the amenities and the long weekend brought even more family fun events. I will definitely book again.
