Had a great weekend away here. My little boy loved the chickens and geese. So much room for him to run around. My husband enjoyed talking to Blair about his life and how he acquired some of the items on the property.

Great spot for a quick getaway or a pit stop on the way down south. Loads of space on level ground and lots of quirky things to explore - first time camping in the shadows of and old airplane!

Camping on grass. Game changer! We camp heaps in WA and dusty dirt. Which is fine. But the green grass was so nice!

We loved Lake Preston Lime! The space was lovely and open
We loved the old cars and planes around the property. We will definitely go back again. Great for families with kids because there's plenty of things to explore but also great for people like us that we catching up with friends and just wanted to enjoy a weekend away.

First time camping here. Camper trailer. Place is awesome grass not dirt quiet with plenty birds. Really just an overall outstanding place. Will definitely be back.

Very casual open space. Interesting things to explore. There are two clean and tidy toilets on site. My suggestion would be not to camp right next to the lake as the lovely rooster is an early riser! We will definitely go back soon!

Absolutely lovely campground, clean, easy to navigate, some toilets avaliable. Sent a message and had a response straight away. Could not reccommend enough!! Will be staying here again!

Loved the camps site and the items placed all around. Planes boats helicopters. All the animals were great and Blue Dog loved our dogs bed and played but was not good at chasing a ball. Maybe a working dog. Only problem we had and we have had it at three camps. Bindies getting in her fur.

Great open space with plenty of areas to explore. Old cars, old planes, the hobbit house were all a hit with the kids, even the slightly bigger kids (my husband!) Very relaxed feel as you arrive and just stop pretty much wherever you fancy in the paddock area and no pressure on arrival or check out time.

A quirky place with lots of old cars, planes and boats. Lots of birds which was cool. My highlight was the stars - amazing!
A bit of noise from the wood mill around 6:30am on a Sunday. Was surprised by the charge of $30/night on hipcamp and $20 if you just turn up. Loads of space for vans/tents etc.

Gorgeous gardens and animals and birds and for tents real shade! Of course be prepared to bring a chemical toilet and plenty of water. Just was a bit hard to find a waste point around the Mandurah area. Highly recommended and also pet friendly

We had the best time camping at Lake Presten Like Paddock. The campsite has some really cool stuff that you can go on explore like old cars, boats and airplanes. The gentleman that goes around on his biggie with his dogs is lovely too making sure that we were okay. Highly recommended.

This place was epic and full of unique surprises!
What a place to stay. I don’t want to give too much away but deffo the funnest camp site we have stayed at.
We didn’t go for a swim as it was very cold / windy so can’t comment on that.
Loved all the birds roaming - except the nosey cockerel haha!
Absolutely loved every second here. Already recommended to friends.
Our only complaints would be about nothing related to the ground itself.
There was what sounded like fun shots in the distant neighbouring property which was terrifying one of our dogs which was unfortunate.
The owners also but in the description to keep dogs on leads and we had a few unleashed dogs run into our camp where we had 2 leashed friendly dogs - but they wasn’t too pleased with visitors coming in our space.

A great weekend away to Lake Preston Lime Paddock with Max...the Kelpie His first trip away in a year. It's only an hour away and great for kids and well behaved dogs. You need to have your own facilities. Lots of things to explore and close to some beaches.

Lake Preston Lime Paddock
It was lovely and quiet and spacious. My grandchildren enjoyed the airplanes and vintage cars and boats and freedom. Knowing they were safe to play made it enjoyable for us and there parents. Seeing and hearing the wildlife was a bonus. The stars at night are amazing. We recommend this site and will definitely go back.

Such a quaint place. I haven't stayed anywhere like it before but we will certainly be back. So many things to look at, and lots of space for the kids to run around. Green and lush, well maintained gardens, 2 toilets available too which was good. Worth the visit 100%

A great space with freedom to park where you choose. If you don’t like noisey geese then avoid but they didn’t bother us as it was kinda nice hearing the great selection of birds they have. Would recommend and we will definitely return
