READ ALL information prior to booking 👇 The not so fun stuff! Close the front gate even if it’s open. Check in is strictly between 2pm and 6pm. If you require check in out side these times additional fees apply(select these in the extras options, prior to arrival) Please take your rubbish & leave only your footprints🦶 We have 1 shower and toilet cubicle for the property, this is usually more then adequate but in peak times (public holidays) there can be a little wait. PS there is an extra toilet in the green garden shed behind the main toilet. BYO toilet paper When parking in your site please be aware of sprinklers, they are all above ground and generally quite visible. There is a $50 repair charge for broken or damaged sprinklers and $250 for solenoids. Please drive slow and keep our animals safe 5km max around property. We have 1 dog Mack(BIG PUPPY) who adores visitors especially kids, free range chickens and Guinea fowl that like to visit For any injuries caused guests are 100% liable for all vet costs. fatalities to the birds incur a $150 fee. Due to council and safety regulations, on days with catastrophic fire warnings and vehicle movement bans the property is required to be evacuated. If the need for evacuation occurs you will be refunded the portion of your stay when the warnings are in place. Gas cookers are allowed during the summer however no fire or coal/webber cookers. Under NO circumstances is outside timber/firewood to be brought onto our property for bio security reasons. If you do you will be asked to wrap it,seal it and take it home immediately! FUN STUFF Beautiful reticulated property, grassy sites and plenty of wildlife. Pamper yourself with our fire heated outdoor bath , private bookings available! Relax on our beautiful lawns or one of our hammocks and let the resident frogs 🐸 sing you to sleep. As you wander you may help yourself to the herbs growing but please leave the fruit and veg! lay out a picnic blanket and have a glass of wine and nibbles, They will pair beautifully with our homemade jams and chutneys available onsite. On hot days I’m happy to turn on the retic for big & little kids to run through. By booking you are agreeing to the above terms.

As well as other local businesses Guru Fruit is just around the corner and often has pick your own fruit events .

Beautiful shady spot, plenty of room to set up, it can be a little boggy as grass has not yet been established in this space so 4wd only. Please note this is one of our budget sites and it’s not as nice as our grassy areas. We have tried to accommodate for all budgets. There is a sea container and storage shed nearby so please keep this in mind when booking.

We Enjoyed our Camp at Fozo Farm very much , We were booked in Kerry's spot 2 and we thought our Son had booked the spot next two us, but he had booked Over the Hill spot 4 so when we realised this upon our arrival, Janelle very kindly looked to see if she could place us next to each other, and as this turned out to be possible, we ended up staying in Over the Hill 4 , Thank you Janelle for this it made our Camping long weekend away awesome. The highlight for me personally was the beautiful grass at every camp ,it was like Camping in a lovely park. Thanks again we will definitely be coming back to this great location.

Calm and beautiful spot to spend a night lulled to sleep by the chooks in their coop next door! Peaceful, clean toilet/shower & clear directions to the site, host helpfully advised where to park to not be bothered by the wind.

Only and hour from Perth, close to Guilderton, Seabird, Lancelin and Gingin. Lovely property with grassed areas for camping. Toilet and shower and potable water. Mack the dog is large but friendly and a bit slobbery 😂. Lovely to have the chickens wandering around.

Beautiful farm property near Gingin with lush green lawns. The owner gives plenty of guidance on what’s expected, but it’s all to keep the place looking great. It’s super well looked after and an awesome spot to camp. Will be back!

My family and I stayed here for a quick 2 nighter. What a cool place, Janelle was awesome to deal with and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, especially the kids. Worth the stay👍

Was a nice farm with beautiful gras pitches. Sadly our pitch wasnt that nice because it was on some stones and felt a bit like its not finished yet. The toilett and the shower is clean. The animals are cute and its nice to have some chickens around you while camping. Would come again but take a different pitch than the bush-pitch.

our camping spot was great. Next to the spot was a shed with some equipment turning at night like a purr but it did not bother us. We only saw one dog walking around the ground with the owner. A friendly dog who likes entering the pond in front of the tent so you may get a bit wet. They also manage many other camping spots so it can be busy with one toilet/bathroom. A great location to visit the area. Lovely people. We will come back.

Janelle was lovely and their place was clean and tidy. Our group loved this spot and will be back! Plenty of space across the two sites we booked, nice and shady too. It was a relaxed environment and handy having a toilet etc. All the instructions and communication were clear and easy too. :)

The host was lovely, welcoming, and attentive. The sites were set up like a caravan park, so not as private as we thought it would be. The single bathroom situation was not enough to appropriatly cater for amount of people staying at the property and toilet paper was an issue.

Very nice place,tacked away from the big town guilderton which is only 20 minutes away. Peaceful and calm with all the basics amenities you would like to have when camping with kids ,such as hot shower and toilet. Can recommend enough this place and their hosts Janelle and her husband, super helpful and friendly. Also big mack the cane corso ,gorgeous! They offered us a little spot on the grass although we have booked into another place earlier. Surrounded by chocks, pheasants, and a premium view with their two horses closed into their paddock, and last but not least the thousand star view you will get looking up in the sky. Thanks Janelle to having us and can't wait to go back soon!

A Lovely Relax and One Hour DrAway!

We had a great.time camping at Fozo's Farm over the March LWE. Gorgeous spacious grassy sites and loads of room for the kids to even kick the footy. It was very busy, so with just the one toilet and shower together, we had to wait most times but never too long. Free range chickens and we bought eggs from Janelle when we booked. Super close to Perth (one hour drive for us) and close to Moore River and Wilbinga Dunes and only 45 minutes to Lancelin. Perfect spot to test out our new 4WD. Check out the Moore River Brewery too if you get there. Only suggestion would be a separate washing up area would be nice, although water was supplied and we got by. Thanks Janelle!

It's a great place; we loved that you are on grass and surrounded by trees, which gives it a fresher and nicer feeling, mainly because it's 20 minutes inland driving to Moore River. We based there and spent time on the beach every day. Be mindful that there is one bathroom with a shower for the entire site, and it is in very good condition, but you've got to be patient as well. There is also another old toilet, useful if you're not taking a shower. You can get fresh eggs from the farm, and many other products, that's very unique.

Really enjoyed our stay at Fizo Farm. Nice and quite location and grassed area for camping so no sand or dirt in the van! Added bonus that the kids loved going to see the chickens and horses and trying to find frogs in the evening. Will be visiting again in the future.

Our family of 5 loved this spot. Perfect option for us South of the River people to stay the weekend and spend our days at Outback Splash, Moore River and Yanchep Lagoon. Janelle's land and animals are beautiful. Lush grass spots, shady, quiet, and not too many sites so feels relaxed. Mack the dog was a favourite visitor to the site but we also had chickens and guinea fowl running around as well as some kangaroos each evening close by!! Toilet and shower option which we didn't need but is nice to use a proper shower over a camp shower sometimes.. Imagine this would be busy at peak times tho. Our site was the furtherest from the toilet/shower of the over the hill sites, but was a big campsite with good shade and plenty of space to spread out and felt most private with no one on the other side of us.

We stayed at Fozo farm for the weekend and it was the perfect location. We bought some eggs which were delicious - highly recommend for a quiet weekend away from it all - we’ll definitely be returning.

Had a great short stay at Fozo Farm with our camper trailer. Nice quiet, green and shady camp spots with clean toilet and shower. Loved listening to the frogs in the pond, watching the horses and kangaroos and stargazing at night. My son was thrilled to collect the free range chook eggs in the morning. Close by to Guilderton and Yanchep for swimming. Janelle was lovely, great communication.

We had a great time staying at Fozo Farm. It was lovely chilling by the lake and falling asleep to the frog song. Janelle was very responsive and welcoming. It was great that they had facilities for non self contained vehicles.
