READ ALL information prior to booking 👇 The not so fun stuff! Close the front gate even if it’s open. Check in is strictly between 2pm and 6pm. If you require check in out side these times additional fees apply(select these in the extras options, prior to arrival) Please take your rubbish and ; leave only your footprints🦶 We have 1 shower and toilet cubicle for the property, this is usually more then adequate but in peak times (public holidays) there can be a little wait. PS there is an extra toilet in the green garden shed behind the main toilet. BYO toilet paper When parking in your site please be aware of sprinklers, they are all above ground and generally quite visible. There is a $50 repair charge for broken or damaged sprinklers and $250 for solenoids. Please drive slow and keep our animals safe 5km max around property. We have 1 dog Mack(BIG PUPPY) who adores visitors especially kids, free range chickens and Guinea fowl that like to visit For any injuries caused guests are 100% liable for all vet costs. fatalities to the birds incur a $150 fee. On days with catastrophic fire warnings and vehicle movement bans the property is required to be evacuated. If the need for evacuation occurs you will be refunded the portion of your stay when the warnings are in place. Communal fire pit is free, Individual site fires and wood Charge apply (see extras) under NO circumstances is outside timber/firewood to be brought onto our property for bio security reasons. If you do you will be asked to wrap it,seal it and take it home immediately! Gas cookers are allowed during the summer- no fire or coal/webber cookers. FUN STUFF Beautiful reticulated property, grassy sites and plenty of wildlife. Pamper yourself with our fire heated outdoor bath , private bookings available! Relax on our beautiful lawns or one of our hammocks and let the resident frogs 🐸 sing you to sleep. As you wander you may help yourself to the herbs growing but please leave the fruit and veg! lay out a picnic blanket and have a glass of wine and nibbles, They will pair beautifully with our homemade jams and chutneys available onsite. On hot days I’m happy to turn on the retic for big and little kids to run through. By booking you are agreeing to the above terms.

Fresh jams, chutneys and eggs available on request. The seabird tavern is only up the road with a fantastic feed on offer. As well as other local businesses Guru Fruit is just around the corner and often has pick your own fruit events .

Certainly a nice spot to stay, however having only 1 toilet especially when that is shared with a shower is terrible! 1 toilet across 7+ sites. Crazy… even worse it was BYO paper!! Pretty expensive considering the services offered.

Beautiful site, great interaction with nature & the farm animals wandering around the site, and my grandchildren loved exploring the bush ( they waled the fire break constantly looking for wildlife! The site is very clean, secure and safe. Highly recommend for anyone travelling with little ones or young children.

Our family had a fun little two night stay at Fozo farm. Kids were especially delighted with the beautiful friendly horses that visited us twice a day. The sound of the frogs at night and the beautiful sky at night was just lovely. Honest feedback would be that site 1 should be avoided due to being right next to the chicken coop. I don't mind a few chickens coming in and out of a site at various times of the day ( I have free ranging chickens at home) but we seemed to be in an extension of the chicken coop and our chicken friends were at the site all day and quite a lot of them. It was hard with swags and chickens pooing everywhere. I think that was their homebase and unfortunely they would not be shooed away and began being cheeky stealing food away right from our hands. I did not see such an issue at the other camps so just that site unfortunately. In addition I think more showers and toilets needed for how many people there were ( seemed fully booked) so perhaps not always an issue. All in all I think a great place but just be mindful of site 1 and just 1 shower and 2 toilets for a lot of people.

Very lovely welcome of the host. We arrived just in time of the late check-in. However, it was already dark outside and we were not sure where our site is located, eventough we have received a very accurate instruction with pictures in advance. After a short call with the host, we received an upgraded site next to the entrance. So generous. 🥰 I would reccomend this camping site to everyone who will come along to this area. Very spacious sites and nice wake-up with horses and fowl.

great spot! close to the beach, observatory, not too far from pinnacles. pick up some avos down the road and fresh eggs and jam on site. adorable and efficient wood stove to stay warm at night. free roaming chickens add a little fun mischief! shower and toilet wee nothing to write home about, but functional and I was grateful for their presence!

This is not a low rating by any means, just my opinion. Some of the low reviews for this site are very unwarranted and a clear lack of comprehension. The listing and rules are really clear and easy to follow, Janelle was an excellent host, warm welcome, showed me to my spot and left me to enjoy the area. I wouldn’t recommend the spot specifically that I booked, Kerry #1, it is not nearly as private as the description alludes to, and is incredibly close to the main house which isn’t my cup of tea (you will be looking at the house) The description also states its good for someone seeking a bit of privacy but the group next to me were pitched very close. I believe there are other areas to have selected around the ground, perhaps a site map would have been good to have seen referencing the main house. The bathroom was clean, and given how many people would’ve been using it seemed to be getting cleaned frequently. Unfortunately, the shower did not work with hot water with any sort of pressure above a trickle, and when you’re paying these kind of prices to stay, I would expect the shower to work. I did not purchase any of the goods available but did have a look in the fridge and the fresh produce/goodies all looked great that were available to purchase. They’ve done a good job setting up the area, they clearly take pride in their property.

Nice place but the toilet and shower facilities are not suitable for the number of people who are there. They only have one toilet shared amongst everyone (12 when we were there but not any where near capacity) but make it worse it is in the same room as the shower so can’t be accessed while someone is showering. Also when the toilet rolls run out you have to pay $3 for a new roll, a bit of an extra challenge if you turn up to a toilet with no paper so bring some from home! It is quiet and has lots of chickens that come to visit which is nice.

We stayed at the Lakeview Campsite and had such a great time! Janelle was super friendly and made us feel really welcome. The campground was clean and tidy, and having access to power and water at our site made things so easy. Our kids absolutely loved it — they spent hours exploring, herding the chickens and quails, and watching the horses. There’s a big open area out the back where they could run around and have adventures, which was a huge bonus. If you’re coming with kids, I’d recommend bringing a few activities or planning to check out some of the local spots nearby. The Gravity Discovery Centre is close by and definitely worth a visit! Overall, we had an awesome stay — peaceful, family-friendly, and full of little country charm. We’ll definitely be back!

The campsite was lovely! My kids loved it, they experienced so many things “city kids” don’t often get to. I am already booking my next stay! There was more people than I expected which made the one toilet/shower cubicle use a bit challenging. Now we know, so will bring our own next time.

Ah, the Serenity!

Fozo farm is a little piece of heaven right near Perth! From the easy booking through Hipcamp to the clear instructions for arrival it was a smooth, seamless exercise. In actual fact, we were only 30 mins from deciding to go, booking and heading out of the driveway. On arrival we were met by our hosts Janelle and Dale who showed us to our site and made is feel very welcome. The site was brilliant, right on the edge of a man-made lake, surrounded by trees and grassy areas. The peace and tranquillity were very welcome. In Daryl Kerrigan's words, "Ah, the serenity!". The ablutions were directly across the track and were very clean. There's even a mop outside so that you can dry the floor after your shower (please do, it's so much nicer to come into a clean, dry shower isn't it?). I hope you like animals as the birds are free-range! Chooks, swamp hens, guinea fowl etc. The frogs like to stay up quite late but that's quite a soothing sounds to go to sleep to. On a clear night with little or no moon the starscape will be spectacular. Our next trip will have a lunar component in choosing the date. All-in-all we had a wonderful time and look forward to longer stays in the future.
