Great value room in a quiet location, good for people glamping on a budget the hosts are super friendly. There is a swimming hole, and a separate room with shower bathroom toilet.

Camp site are very big so as not to intrude on others, very peaceful. Wayne and Noelene are a delightful.

Peppertree was a nice quiet place to stay the hosts were very helpful and the waterhole was a nice calm well shaded area to take a dip float the kayaks or just sit in the shallows and relax.
It was far enough from the city lights that the stars were so bright you could sit for hours and watch them(campsite 1 gets a lot of house light view but when facing with that to your back it isn’t as visible. ) Make sure to pack your mosquito repellent as there is some still water near the campsites.
Close enough to bindoon to top up on supplies including a caravan dump showers and fresh water area. My only heads up is bindoon and Gingin shops and info places close down over Christmas New years period so prepare early for any things you would like to see nearby. The second hand shop is only open for 3hrs a couple days a week and they will kick you out at 12 on the dot And the gift shop and the bakery aren't open according to google details.
We will definitely be returning g we absolutely loved this place.

I had an amazing and relaxing week here.
I went swimming every day, it is such a beautiful water hole.
Amenities are always clean.

The campsite was very easy to find and close to Perth which is great for a quick journey time on a Friday evening. The site was spacious and level with a little shade. Wildlife was good, kangaroos in the evening and lots of birds in the day. There is a natural pool a short walk away, was great on a hot day to cool down in. Overall we had a relaxing weekend.

We have been there a few times now it’s quiet and the hosts are very friendly and helpful. It has a small dam that is very good for you as it has minerals that help rejuvenate your body. The bird life is also very nice to see also the kangaroos hopping through of a late afternoon.

The caretaker Noelene was very friendly and let us choose from a couple of options they had available when we arrived.
We had been travelling from caravan park to caravan park for 2 weeks.
It was so refreshing to have more space and a beautiful sunset available to us.
Silence and shame we didn’t have time for the swimming hole ;-)

I love no power camps and would always be my first choice, lovely and open at front, bushland at the rear, a little bit of road noise for some of the day but not at all distracting from the camp site, the creek looks so serene, a place you want to share but on the other hand want to keep it to yourself.
Felt safe as as a solo camper
Have to say the camp hosts/caretakers are so lovely, keen to share local info if asked/needed and very helpful friendly.

We had an incredible stay here! The access to power, toilet/shower/washing facilities really make it feel like there is still some homieness in camping. This was a highly valued aspect for us. The swimming hole was gorgeous! The hosts were beautiful people. We highly recommend 😍😍 Thank you again

This camp is clean, well-maintained and private enough that everyone has their own little space. The managers were helpful, knowledgeable and welcoming. A perfect place for a tranquil retreat with birdsong and wind chiming in the trees. This site is level and easy to reverse into.

Basic facilities though clean and well kept. Camp area ok, for such a large property that campsites could be further apart for privacy, however I had lovely neighbours.

Met by Nolene (care taker) very welcoming, an asset, I had site 6 tucked away at the end, very peaceful, friend had site 5, we were the only unpowered campers, Imho I think the views and immediate surroundings are far superior to the powered area, took what is a short walk to the swimming hole, brackish so not my preference, all in all a lovely close to home site, local town few mins away, little museum and craft shop close by.
Will definitely be staying again.

We loved our 2/3 days here! Great having the option of power, toilet, shower and washing machine if needed! So peaceful with birds and wildlife surrounding us! A dip in the waterhole was great! Bindoon is a lovely small town as is Gingin!

Each site is side by site so no one watching you all the time. Sites were comfortable and spacious. A nice walk to the swimming hole. There is a jetty but it’s just a little under water for now. It’s a very relaxing place and the caretaker Noelene was soo lovely. She shared some fresh mulberries straight from the tree. I’ll definitely be back

Excellent large sites with no issue parking large vans or RVs
Quiet location with nice outlook to woodland / wetlands to rear of site.
Short walk to swimming area on the property.
Only a couple of minute drive into Bindoon while still feeling very rural in terms of a getaway.

We had a lovely visit on campsite 2, very quiet and beautiful view of the country side. Found many different wildflowers on the side of the road on the way to the property. A easy drive in to town for food and water is available at the visitors centre.

We loved this campsite!
A great getaway not far from perth & enough to unwind and feel like you’re escaping the hustle and bustle.
This campsite had a spotless well equipped bathroom, green grass/trees & nice little walking track to a creek. Every evening we were visited by the local ducks & kangaroos.
The caretakers were friendly and happy to help.

We had site 2, the sites are nicely spaced with trees for privacy between each. A nice walk along the fence line to the dam. Beautiful spring flowers along the road to the property. Very relaxing few days .
