Great Central Spot Want to be near Perth and the coast without being in the hustle and bustle? Then this may be the spot for you. With Perth a 50 minute drive and coastal areas 45 minutes away these sites provides a great base to do day travels or just chill out. Located 10 minutes out of Bindoon on a secure, peaceful and private acreage Bindoon is a lovely small town that has an IGA, Post Office, Hardware Store, Pharmacy. Bakery and more. You will need to be self contained and bring your own drinking water. Small dogs are allowed but must stay with your setup or be on a leash when walking. Also if you have bikes, there is a bike trail into Bindoon from the end of Teatree Road (4.1km). This is where the Museum, Arts and Crafts centre and Men’s shed are located. Camp site 6
We loved the camping area. So very peaceful. A little bit of shade under the paper bark trees and a short walk to the refreshing swimming hole. Some roos came out early evening and plenty of birds as well. Will definitely return.

A little gem
Great spot! Kids had a great time. Very quiet. The water hole was fantastic for swimming on a hot 34 degree day in early April. Peter was a great host - very friendly and greeted us warmly. We will be back!

Peter's place was quiet and peaceful and we loved relaxing at the water hole. The bathroom was very clean and close to the campsite and Peter was a very friendly helpful host.

Camp site 1
Glad we stumbled across this property, it was a last minute decision to have a weekend away somewhere not too far away. Peter was a fantastic host, friendly, helpful and kind. We loved the fact that there was a dam/waterhole to cool off in and our dog loved every minute! We stayed on a non powered site, site 1, and there was only two other people the entire weekend which were up the other end, it was super peaceful and we would happily return.

Quiet and peaceful
Enjoyed our quiet and peaceful 2 night stay at Paperbark Cree with our two Jack Russells. We stayed in campsite 7 which is powered and close to the shower and toilet. It was an easy spot to reverse into with our 19 ft van, and there was plenty of space. It is reasonably shaded and sheltered. Peter was a good host and was welcoming and helpful. Would loved to have stayed an extra night or two but had to be in Perth.
