You will be positioned overlooking our beautiful dam/lake from there is our gorgeous paddocks with cows, horses, and sheep. Your view extends to our beautiful Jarrah Forrest. You could fill your day with activities such as fishing for fresh marron or perhaps paddle on the lake in our paddle boat or kayaks. You could also go for walks around the property. It is also a lovely spot to just relax and enjoy the beautiful view. Leave no trace - there is no facilities here, guests will need to be self sufficient and bring their own camping toilet. Hello, welcome to Rosa Glen Farm in Margaret River. Our farm is set on 80 acres divided by vineyard, open fields and native bushland. We are perfectly positioned to see our beautiful region and our wines.😁 Just over two years ago we stumbled upon this gorgeous property and turned it into a boutique, biodynamic winery and farm. Our vines however were already established and some of the first planted in the area in 1978. Since buying the farm we have introduced olives, a small citrus orchard and numerous fruit trees. The farm is a working farm and well.. a massive work in progress. Our passion is the land, the environment, making good wine, listening to music, eating good food and sharing all of this with our community. We are opening up our farm to share with like minded souls who share the same passions as us (our community). Over the years we have started to learn about the secret spots on our property. The ones which are secluded, capture beautiful pieces of light at certain times of the day, where the black cockatoos love to rest on the branches of the gum trees, the areas where weeping peppermints create a haven and the frequencies and syncronities of the frogs elevate at certain times of the year and times of the day are so loud that you cant hear yourself think. As a result we have a number of beautiful secluded spots on our property we would love to share. As we are small and have no facilities and we can only accept a small number who are fully self contained. (Please see NOTES below) Our region 'Margaret River' is famous for WINE but there are so many other things that make this place special. A wild but beautiful coastline uninhibited by people, karri forest, caves, mountain bike trails and a 120km coastal walk. We are also known for surfing and close by are a number of world famous breaks including Surfers Point which is located 20 minutes from the farm. Closer to the farm you can enjoy a short walk to a beautiful winery called SI Vintners, drive to The Berry Farm or the quirky town of Witchcliffe. At Witchcliffe you will find Darnell's General Store which has a beautiful giftshop (The Shed), cellar door (Amato Vino), coffee shop (Witchy Brews) and fantastic pub (Dear Darnells) and vintage stores which it has become reknown for. 5 beautiful acres in the Swan Valley with horses, we run a horse rehoming charity from here where all proceeds from hipcamp go to support our facility. Along with plenty of horses, you'll also see kangaroos at certain times and our pet sheep Jamima who thinks she's a horse! A superb property with a winter creek and an open paddock where the horses live. It's very peaceful. There are only two camping sites available on this wonderful property at any time so privacy is assured. There is also a dam on the property so please mind any children with absent swimming abilities. Campfires are allowed during the season, and there is a toilet and shower available in the shed 100 meters from the camping area. Smaller groups booking the campsites will have full access to the toilet and shower. Please note, however, we offer a group camping option for larger groups but those booking this option must be fully self-contained as our facilities are not enough to support a large group. We have a strict Leave No Trace policy here, we kindly ask that you take all rubbish with you when you leave. We also ask that you please do not feed the horses. The property is well located to access many great wineries and cafes in the famous Swan Valley area, some within walking distance. Security here is taken care of by Mr security guard "aka" Smoky our pet dog. He's very safe and timid. If you get a pat from this boy I know you're good, so beware! We are dog friendly here, so you're welcome to bring mans best friend and we also have a secure yard to house any pets if you need a break, so long as they don't hassle the horses. We may also be able to accommodate your horse - please discuss this with us prior to booking. Generator noise can disturb other people’s enjoyment of the area and disturb native wildlife and the farm animals, so think about using alternatives. Solar panels and inverters are the best ways to provide power for your must-have devices when camping and can be used anywhere. However we do allow generators, but they can only operate strictly between 9am-6pm. Turn down all music and please lower your voices at 8pm, we don't mind if you still have fun, but take other campers into consideration please. All equipment is PLAY AT YOUR OWN RISK. Playground Rules: - Adult Supervision required for use - No bare feet, wear proper footwear - Do not use play equipment improperly - No pushing or shoving Free honey tastings are available when shop is open, but please ask and we can arrange a tasting for you. Sorry dogs are not permitted We can take tents, camper trailers, RV's and small caravans up to about 8 m is OK. We do not have power to the campsite. The camp ground is on a working lavender farm and farming activities may be happening. We are small and exclusive so if you can't arrive before DARK please do not book if you cant get to our location during the checkin window 3 to 6 PM The lavender farm shop and cafe is open Friday to Sundays in term and Thursday to Monday during school holidays (closed February and March) but campers can purchase lavender products on request and order takeaway from the menu Camp fires in season (Usually May to September) and weather permitting. We supply fallen logs for the communal fire pit please do not bring your own but fires only at night and not in the morning please! If you have your own firepit or want one you need to purchase a bag of wood. Breakfast Basket or BBQ packs available, these are cook your own we supply all the ingredients and tools or dine in our cafe during your stay. If your children are yelling and squealing you will all be asked to leave the communal area. - Please supervise your children at ALL times, this is for their safety. We have wild flowers all year round but the spring months bring an abundance of Orchids and wild flowers. Bush lovers will be inspired with plenty of wildlife about. You can have a camp fire in winter although you will need to bring some firewood, there's plenty of kindling, or you can purchase a bundle from us if you wish. The campsites are level and grassy and suits self-contained campers who bring their own camping toilet/shower, and drinking water supply. We are about an hour drive north of Albany and 300 kilometres south of Perth. The property is pretty close to the Stirling Range National Park, Porongurup National park, Frankland wine district and lake Poorrarecup. Wongin Mia makes an excellent base for exploring this picturesque area. Birdlife is plentiful including parrots, wedge tail eagles, red breasted wrens, Carnaby's and Boudin's, Night jars, Willy wagtails, Barking owls and Welcome swallows. And of course there's plenty of kangaroos and wallabies. This is a unique property where you will experience a true bush environment with seclusion and tranquillity. We are opening up our farm to share with like minded souls who share the same passions as us (our community). Over the years we have started to learn about the secret spots on our property. The ones which are secluded, capture beautiful pieces of light at certain times of the day, where the black cockatoos love to rest on the branches of the gum trees, the areas where weeping peppermints create a haven and the frequencies and syncronities of the frogs elevate at certain times of the year and times of the day are so loud that you cant hear yourself think. As a result we have a number of beautiful secluded spots on our property we would love to share. As we are small and have no facilities and we can only accept a small number who are fully self contained. (Please see NOTES below) Our region 'Margaret River' is famous for WINE but there are so many other things that make this place special. A wild but beautiful coastline uninhibited by people, karri forest, caves, mountain bike trails and a 120km coastal walk. We are also known for surfing and close by are a number of world famous breaks including Surfers Point which is located 20 minutes from the farm. Closer to the farm you can enjoy a short walk to a beautiful winery called SI Vintners, drive to The Berry Farm or the quirky town of Witchcliffe. At Witchcliffe you will find Darnell's General Store which has a beautiful giftshop (The Shed), cellar door (Amato Vino), coffee shop (Witchy Brews) and fantastic pub (Dear Darnells) and vintage stores which it has become reknown for. Campfires are allowed during the season, and there is a toilet and shower available in the shed 100 meters from the camping area. Smaller groups booking the campsites will have full access to the toilet and shower. Please note, however, we offer a group camping option for larger groups but those booking this option must be fully self-contained as our facilities are not enough to support a large group. We have a strict Leave No Trace policy here, we kindly ask that you take all rubbish with you when you leave. We also ask that you please do not feed the horses. The property is well located to access many great wineries and cafes in the famous Swan Valley area, some within walking distance. Security here is taken care of by Mr security guard "aka" Smoky our pet dog. He's very safe and timid. If you get a pat from this boy I know you're good, so beware! We are dog friendly here, so you're welcome to bring mans best friend and we also have a secure yard to house any pets if you need a break, so long as they don't hassle the horses. If your children are yelling and squealing you will all be asked to leave the communal area. - Please supervise your children at ALL times, this is for their safety. Children are not allowed to roam free around the farm without adults. The property is pretty close to the Stirling Range National Park, Porongurup National park, Frankland wine district and lake Poorrarecup. Wongin Mia makes an excellent base for exploring this picturesque area. Birdlife is plentiful including parrots, wedge tail eagles, red breasted wrens, Carnaby's and Boudin's, Night jars, Willy wagtails, Barking owls and Welcome swallows. Lovely quiet little spot not too far out of Denmark, unfortunately didn’t see a good sunrise because of the weather but was happy with the camp, was sad I could only stay for 2 nights. Also I thought the toilet was perfectly fine, the people complaining about it have never been to a music festival, it was clean, flushable and had toilet paper! Only benefit would be some running water to rinse your hands after. The dogs are also very cute and it’s nice hearing the nature, bring ear plugs as the geese are quite loud🤣

We loved our overnight stop at the highway hideaway! Clear instructions on how to get there and beautiful signage welcoming you plus marking the site. Matt came over to say hello on his way out and he had moved the sign for our site so we had more privacy. Then Matt’s children came down to give us a welcome gift!! Absolutely yummy home grown, spray free veggies plus choccies and tinsel! Was a beautiful touch and we brought a plant from the kids stall. Loved the fairy garden and the lights, Christmas decorations and ducks!!

This was the perfect little getaway. Matt check in before our stay, provided us with directions that were really easy to follow. Our spot was great size and we had some freedom to position our van how we wanted. Matt came and checked in on us on arrival and brought us some lovely fresh vegetables from their garden. The place is a great family spot. There's swings, ring toss and a kid slide plus heaps of room for the kids and dogs to run away and not be bugging anyone. There's board games and books and a nice seating overlooking the dam. There's heaps of shade in the morning and afternoon but still good sun to charge the panels

Avonbrook is ideal with its yearlong Creek and rocky outcrops for our Dexter cattle and Nigerian Dwarf x goats. We hope to enjoy for many years to come. It is recommended that only 4 Wheel drives for access and a high clearance caravan/trailer. We have 5 campsites at the moment, site A is the smaller of them, on the left beside the creek, and Site 1 next then site 2, sites 3 and 4 are paddock side on the right. There are unfortunately a few ants nests around so please be aware and pitch up anywhere around the site thats best, even on the paddock side if suits... thanks, Sarah PS the cows can be naughty and like to chew cords so keep the gate shut to resist temptation! Sunnybrook farm offers a peaceful retreat near Bridgetown, perfect for nature lovers and horse enthusiasts. Stay in our cozy Blue Wren cabin, sleeping four with a queen bed and single bunk beds, or the Red Robin cabin, sleeping three comfortably with a queen bed and pull-out mattress. Both cabins feature kitchenettes and rustic bathroom's. For larger groups, a glamping tent is available. Or you could bring an extra caravan. Get in touch we can work out plan depending on your requirements Unwind on your veranda, taking in the scenic paddock views with a cup of tea or a glass of wine. Explore the nature reserve across the road for bush walking, bird watching, and wildflower spotting. Our offgrid cabins are solar powered, 12 volt appliances only, rainwater tanks and gas cooking. Chickens will eat vege and food scraps also have sheep wandering around the property. We are situated 12 min from Bridgetown following the Blackwood river. We have a separate area called" paddock view camp sites " only 3 camp sites available so everyone can have privacy - this area is for self sufficient campers only, there is potable water , sites have the morning sun and shade in the afternoon, our sheep wander around that area and horses might come up to say hello too . A secure paddock and horse arena are on site, with nearby riding trails to explore. Meet our friendly Nigerian Dwarf goats, and maybe even some adorable new babies. Camp up in our bushland, with beautiful views of farmland. Enjoy sitting by the campfire, going on a bushwalk or riding your bicycle around the paddocks on dirt tracks. In the spring, there will be beautiful wildflowers to see, in the winter you will be able to walk through our creeks. TO BRING Please be self-contained with water and rubbish, however we do have Sheoak and Jam tree logs that you can collect for firewood and a compost toilet. Also please bring insect repellent, the spring can coincide with lots of mosquitos and flies. If you would like to bring your own firewood, you can buy some at the Bindoon roadhouse on the way. If you need access to drinking water and waste removal, there are facilities available at nearby caravan parks, such as Goomalling or Wongan Hills. We also provide non-potable water near the compost toilet for you to use for showers. ARRIVAL We are located in between Goomalling and Calingiri. Qualin farm sign in angled towards the Goomalling side, so could be difficult to see if driving from Calingiri. Drive slowly on approach of the driveway entry, as it on a corner. At the end of the driveway we have an information board to assist you in finding your spot as well as signs. If you need any help and would like to be welcomed to your spot, please let us know. PHONE RECEPTION During your drive, there can be limited phone reception, however, all campsites have some reception from most phone providers. If you do not have reception at the end of the driveway and need assistance, simply drive up the gravel road to the top of the hill (a right turn from the shed). THINGS TO DO IN THE AREA Bindoon bakehouse or Toodyay bakery are great places to stop for a snack or lunch on your drive from Perth. Both locations are approximately 1 hour from our farm. Bindoon also has established free mountain biking trails. New Norcia is an interesting historical town with museums, galleries and tours. It is a 40 minute drive from our farm. Goomalling has a lovely coffee shop called Lot 39 store and cafe. It is open weekdays and the bakery is open weekends.
