Sludge and Wendy have something very exciting to offer our Hipcampers!! A new Property just around the corner from the last Hipcamp. This one is BIGGER! BETTER! and HAS SO MUCH MORE TO OFFER YOU! Come along check it out and we guarantee you will be impressed. A beautiful setting on 20 acres in Serpentine Western Australia just a few minutes to the world-famous Serpentine Falls. Grassed area with plenty of trees. Flushing toilets provided. Relax and unwind in this peaceful rural setting. Sit back have a wine and a campfire when seasons permits. Showers and firewood available at an extra cost. Beautiful stary nights in a quiet setting, Recent upgrades we now have marked out and numbered sites to ensure everyone has plenty of space and not camped on top of each other, sites are adjoining to each other. All sites are 16 x 26 meters in size. In busy periods you will be allocated a site number, when it's not busy you can choose your site when you arrive. Nearby food and entertainment venues include, # King road brewery # Jarrahdale pub # Serpentine pub # Mundijong pub 20 minutes' drive to either Byford or Baldivis shopping centres Close proximity to both Serpentine Falls and also Serpentine dam with hiking trails available. For the adventurous Langford mountain bike park is 20 min drive away just out of Jarrahdale township with beginner and intermediate trails, great fun, and picnic tables as well. We now offer a 7-hole mini-Golf course, huge cubby house, swings and sand pit for the kids. The property also features a beautiful, treed dam, windmill and some quirky outbuildings and rustic features. When you get to the property, please don't go to main gate marked 62 it is the next gate west marked 62B.

Open grassed sites with sun and shade. Suitable for a tent, caravan, fifth wheeler or camper van. There is plenty of room its quiet and you can relax. We have 4 fire pits available for use during fire unrestricted period. Please check with owner prior to bringing dogs as we have dogs here that are friendly but if your dog isnt please dont bring it and they must stay on their leash and clean up after them. We are aproximately 6 minutes to Serpentine centre and 10 mins to Serpentine Falls.

We had a large booking of 6 vans. Wendy and Sludge were happy for us to set up in a circle around a fire pit that they had supplied. We had 10 kids apart of our group and they loved running around the property, playing in the cubby house, sand pit and mini golf. They especially loved visiting the horses that were on the property. Our whole group had a great time and will be back soon.

Great new place, large flat grasses sites and flushing toilet near by. Large fire pit was provided for our group. Only downside we left a day earlier due to storms. Happy to come back

All sites are flat and well covered with grass. The property was easy to find. The site manager welcomed us and made sure we had everything we needed.

great communication and emergency management, we just happened to stay overnight during a terrible storm. Facilites were very clean. There was interesting things to see and even the horses were friendly. Sites were flat, well marked, protected, not cramped and the access was great too.

I loved our camping experience the camp is a large open field, surrounded by trees. Our group consisted of 6 vans so we were able to place the group in a social circle. They supplied a fire pit and for $10 a night fire wood. There are two porta toilets which were clean.

Great little spot, grassed and level. We enjoyed the long weekend away from it all. Close to home for us but felt like we away in the bush for the weekend. Close to the Jarradale and Serpentine Taverns and the Dams and bushwalks.

Very peaceful as we were there middle of the week and were met by Mark the caretaker. Everything was clean and tidy. Easy access to go to Serpentine fall and Serpentine dam . We had very relaxing time.

We really enjoyed our time at your farm stay. Our only negative were the toilet could have been cleaner. But other than that it was a great place to stay. The care taker is lovely and was very pleasant to interact with.

Easy to find. Met on arrival. Nice lush green grass. Toilet clean and nice smells. Rain water delish. 👍🏻 Tad pricey for what it was. Shared everything with other campers. Zero privacy. Local dog (while so lovely and friendly) was a jump scare at random moments it would wonder over or bark. No views.

Fully grassed at the end of summer - awsome. Thanks Karl & Kylie - we had a great 3 day peaceful stay exploring Serpentine & Jarrahdale. 10 out of 10. Will stay again for sure.

Firstly, Wendy was super helpful when I messed up my booking and helped me fix it. Proper legend! The site itself, with a max 7 camp guests on a huge, well maintained and secluded field off the main road is perfect for people who like some space. Having a portaloo was very handy and kept in great condition. My kids loved it and we will definitely come back soon. Thanks Dan

The location was very convenient, only about 15 minutes from Byford, and the campsite itself was pleasant and well-suited for a simple getaway. The grounds were nice enough for a comfortable couple of nights, with a good camping vibe and a peaceful setting. The only downside facility-wise was that there was just one portable toilet for the entire campground, which wasn’t ideal. Host interaction was minimal and not very welcoming. On arrival, I likely entered via the wrong route after a Hipcamp direction sign had fallen, and the first host I came across basically just shrugged as if to say “why are you here?” and offered little guidance or information about the property. I later had to ask another camper where to find potable water, and they mentioned they’d also received very limited information from the hosts.

Very relaxibg afternoon in this quiet camp setting. Great location just ouy of Perth. Friendly dog came to visit a couple of times. Missed Sludge but wish him all the best and many safe kms. Keep the camera rolling Kia ora
