This is such a lovely lush green spot, peaceful and away from the busyness of Albany, yet only just out of town, and not far from Torndirrup NP. Great spot and lovely host, thank you Margaret 😊 It was great to find you at the Farmer's Market too!

Absolutely wonderful spot!! It’s close to town but you feel so removed from it with the rolling fields and hills all around you. The camping area is a huge field with plenty of flat spots to park. The owner was absolutely lovely as well. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in the Albany area and are self contained :)

Absolute gem, close to town, attractions, and beaches. Beautiful property with a resident emu lots of chooks and sheep grazing. We parked next to the small dam with the ducks. Margaret was so engaging and helpful, grassy spots and very private

Great little spot (assuming you’re self contained) - feels like you’re in the country yet you are only 5km or so from the centre of town or the attractions along Frenchman’s Bay Rd. Margaret was very welcoming and we will definitely stay again next time we visit Albany.

We loved our 3 night stay at this beautiful property. Warmly greeted by the friendly host, Margaret, we camped beside the dam where we enjoyed the bird life, including Enoch the Emu. Perfect base to visit the many delights Albany has to offer. We highly recommend this place.

I booked the site last minute as a friend was camping there, did not realise it at the time that our vehicle (roof top tent) was not really allowed at the site as we did not have our own toilet.
The owner accepted us and made our stay pleasant without bringing it up😊
We got to enjoy the over stated light show and a great night with under the stars
I only realised afterwards that we should not have camped there but appreciate the way she handled it and would recommend camping there if you have your ablutions 😊

Lovely property - had a beautiful spot under the trees. Easy to find, away from the hustle bustle. Perfect spot if like us, you want a peaceful sleep before tackling the Bald Head Trail the next day!

A delightful stop in Albany. Open grassland with a central dam. Lots of space. Kangaroos and assorted birds. Very quiet location but close enough to town. We loved our stay here

It’s a great location being very close to Albany to enable exploring of the region. Very quiet and plenty of space to spread out. Didn’t hear the other campers coming and going.

I really enjoyed my stay, even though it was only for one night. Woke up with the cutest view of a lot of ducks in the pond 🦆

We really enjoyed the peace and fresh air at Margaret’s Hipcamp. We loved the rural, farm setting. It was very close to town which was convenient. We parked our caravan next to the dam. There were other campers but there was plenty of room for everyone to have personal space. Afternoons were lovely when the sheep and kangaroos grazed in the paddock. We slept really well in the quiet country surroundings. It was a world apart from the crowded caravan park we’d spent the previous three nights in. This will be our go-to accommodation for future Albany visits. Thanks Margaret.

It was wonderful staying at Margaret’s place in Robinson. The wide-open natural space was beautiful, with the unique option to sleep by the dam, under the stars, and wake up surrounded by nature. They even had guinea fowl and the very friendly emu!
The location is great, with easy access to the town and surrounding areas. A lovely family property overall. Thank you for having us as guests.

This place was very pleasant and green despite it being in mid January. The area for camping was huge and there was a choice between being near the lake, under lovely large trees or out in space way on your own. Margaret the host was very friendly. The place is not too far from Albany township. Would happily stay here again.

Our booking was last minute and Margaret was very kind and easy to communicate with. The paddock was very large so we felt very comfortable and not on top of anyone else.
It was very close to the town so a perfect spot to base ourselves for a few days. Highly recommended. .

We had a great stay, so relaxing, quiet and peaceful. Our 2 boys were very happy to see sheep, chickens and Guinea Fowl wandering around the field. We would highly recommend and would like to come back.
