A small number of unpowered farm-stay campsites on a working cattle farm at the base of Mount Manypeaks — designed for space, privacy, and stillness. No busy caravan parks, no roadside noise, no crowds. Just grassy pastures, natural waterways, grazing cattle, and wide open views. It’s a place to slow down, reset, and enjoy simple comforts in a beautiful setting — close to the coast, but far from the rush. Oolburra is set in peaceful surrounds with beautiful sunset views. Located just 10 minutes from Betty’s Beach, 20 minutes from Cheynes Beach, and 35 minutes from Albany, it’s a perfect base to explore the area or simply relax and soak up the serenity. The stay offers drinking water, is for self-contained setups only, dogs aren’t permitted, and bookings are required in advance.

Franklin Dam

RV/tent site · Sleeps 50 · Vehicles under 18 m
Site 1 is situated near one of our farm’s dam on our property with plenty of space to move freely. The site is unpowered and scenic, and is strictly self-contained. There is a wooden picnic table and chairs to enjoy meals or a nice cuppa on surrounded by nature. However, we are a working cattle farm as this is a standard site you will most likely hear and see tractors, cattle and motor vehicles etc.
