Rockcliffe is now the biggest winery in the region. We sell wines all over the world and in Australia. We focus on producing small batches of high-quality wines, all of which can be tasted at the Rockcliffe Cellar Door. We welcome self-contained travelers to come and stay for 1, 2 or 3 nights maximum. On booking your site, you will be amongst the vines on one of our levelled bays which are allocated on a first come basis. It is important you have your own toilet, as we do not offer facilities here outside of our cellar door hours. Overflow camping is also available in the paddock across from the winery, suitable over summer when it is dry and we are running our summer music events over the weekend. We have a mountain biking track that goes around the vines, paddocks, and through the forests, all of which are part of the beautiful Rockcliffe property. The camping areas are a very short walk to the cellar door where you can taste all of our delicious wines or treat your children to Gelato and Fudge. We also offer Cheese Platters, Pizza's and Fries. Welcome to Rosa Glen Farm approximately 20 minutes south-east of Margaret River. Rosa Glen Farm is a working vineyard/winery making natural wine. We have now been on the farm for three years and as you will see we are still continuing to build our dream with our recently established olive grove and kitchen garden. Our love and passion is inspired by the nature that surrounds us, music and connection with the local community and travellers. We have eight self-contained (only) pet friendly RV sites, beautifully spaced to deliver privacy and solitude in a genuine low-density camping experience unlike traditional caravan parks. Most sites are immersed in the Marri, Jarrah and Peppermint trees that surround our large Dam. Two of the sites have dam views; Isla In The Sun and Henry Lee whilst the others are close walk to the dam, which is a great swimming place in the summer. Each site is large enough to cater for at least two caravans and two vehicles. During the winter months and early autumn we do recommend that your vehicles and van are 4WD as the road and property can be quite wet. Our property really comes alive in Spring and Summer with the vineyard and our gardens in bloom and from December 15 our picnic/music/wine garden is open. Though you are more than welcome to purchase wine anytime, during summer we open our little bar-a- van to guests for wine tasting, cheese and music. Our Bar-a-van sits under a majestic Marri tree, adjacent to our kitchen garden of which you can purchase season vegetable boxes. Please enquire when you arrive. On the property we also have an adult only sauna and plunge pool - which will be open for the first time to guests from December 15, 2026. This can be booked as an extra through Hipcamp and your preferred time must be sent through as a message upon booking. A little bit about our local area 'Margaret River' which is most famous for wine but there are so many other things that make this place special. Our wild but beautiful coastline is largely uninhibited by people and within 15km away from our farm are the beautiful Karri Trees in the Boranup Forest, 4 x Limestone Caves to explore, The Wadandi bike trail, The Cape To Cape Track and the stunning beaches of Redgate and Contos. We are also known for surfing and close by are a number of world famous breaks including Surfers Point which is located 25 minutes from the farm. Closer to the farm you can enjoy a short walk to a beautiful winery called SI Vintners, drive to The Berry Farm or the quirky town of Witchcliffe. At Witchcliffe you will find Darnell's General Store which has a gift shop (The Shed), cellar door (Amato Vino), coffee shop (Witchy Brews) a fantastic pub (Dear Darnells) and the recently opened McHenry Hohnen Vintners wine bar. There are free-ranging chickens and Guinea fowl, a mini pig, very friendly goats, sheep, and our family dogs on site. The owners Michelle, Troy, and Carolyne live and work onsite. Friendly dogs are welcome, however, must be kept on a leash at all times, due to free-ranging livestock and wildlife on the property. The camping area is easily accessed by most vehicles. There is a hot water outdoor shower and toilet available to use and within walking distance of each site. CHILDREN/TEENS - The dam on the property is unfenced and has steep sides when the water line is low, therefore it is imperative that children are fully supervised at all times. We also asked that older children/teens are supervised, so as not to vandalise property, nature, gardens and fire-pits (this has unfortunately been a problem in the past). Our communal BBQ area is now open with a gas BBQ, picnic table and sink. Please bring your own cooker, kettle, esky, etc, Bringing your own drinking water is a must, as the water from the taps comes from our spring-fed dam. All rubbish and waste needs to be taken with you. Fires are permitted in designated fire pits during fire season (BYO wood). We do ask that you follow local fire regulations with no outdoor open cooking flames during fire bans. Each site is close to the Murray River and is surrounded by nature, so you truly feel far away from the rest of the world. The property is close to the famous Bibbulmun track, with Harvey and Boddington equal distances away, so options to explore the region easily. Campers can go for walks along the river, relax, and enjoy the sounds of nature. Throw your kayak in for a paddle. Throw a line in and try your luck at fishing. As the day slips away, catch a beautiful sunset, as you toast marshmallows by the campfire (outside of fire restriction times). There are no toilets or amenities, so all campers need to be fully self-contained in that respect, with their own camp toilet and water, and we ask you to take all waste when you go. There’s also little to no cell reception at the sites. There is background noise from the nearby conveyer belt that goes on and off randomly. Some people take it as soothing white noise while others think it’s overbearing. Pet-friendly, so you're welcome to bring your four-legged friend along. Unplug from everyday life, escape and reconnect with friends and family in nature.

We are a hobby farm set on 100-acres on the North Dandalup scarp, with a few sheep. You will find kangaroos, echidnas, sometimes emus visiting our property. You can enjoy the great views into the horizon towards the Indian Ocean amidst the tall jarrah and gum trees. Campsites are set in the woodlands, some with views. It’s perfect for people seeking 'quiet' time away, but still near to amenities in the towns around here. You can take walks to experience forest therapy, have a campfire or canoe in the dams during wintertime. There is no power, water or toilet facilities so campers must be completely self-contained. You are expected to clear up and take all rubbish with you. Leave no trace. The terrain is rather hilly, hence a few sites are accessible only by 4WD (Sembawang and Changi). There are some sites that are still accessible with regular cars (Opera 1, 2 or 3; Tampines, Bedok). RVs and small caravans are welcomed. All vehicles have to stay on the paths, and not to make any tracks. The gravel road leading to our property is shared with neighbours who run horses. As such, please drive really slowly here so as not to cause the horses to bolt. During the summer fire season, fires are strictly prohibited! Dogs welcome (on leash).

You will be positioned overlooking our beautiful dam/lake from there is our gorgeous paddocks with cows, horses, and sheep. Your view extends to our beautiful Jarrah Forrest. You could fill your day with activities such as fishing for fresh marron or perhaps paddle on the lake in our paddle boat or kayaks. You could also go for walks around the property. It is also a lovely spot to just relax and enjoy the beautiful view. Leave no trace - there is no facilities here, guests will need to be self sufficient and bring their own camping toilet. After years of traveller's requesting caravan and tents sites, Marc and Jane are excited to announce as of March 2024 we now offering 11 caravan/camping/tent sites. With only 11 unpowered sites spread out over 100 acres, you are guaranteed privacy for you and your family and friends. 3 clean instant portable toilets. A refreshing cold bush shower is available on site. The farm also features a fantastic communal area for fellow traveller's to meet, chat, have a few drinks, sit by the amazing fire pit (during winter months), have a BBQ. The farm features many beautiful hand raised farm animals such as, camels, cows, miniature goats, donkeys, alpacas, lambs, deer, a pig, emus, ducks, turkeys, guinea fowls, geese, rabbits, chooks and peacocks. Spend some time strolling the stunning walk trails and taking in the amazing views on the property, The sunsets are vivid and beautiful. The stars shine and sparkle bright. Each site is cleared and levelled site’s available 3 sites accessible by 4WD only (Hill Top Double Tree, The break and The Ledge) SMALL CARAVANS ONLY, camper trailers and tents at these 3 sights. 6 sites accessible by 2WD and 4WD. While staying at Sandalwood Downs we would like all visitors to understand and accept the guidelines and rules, which are in place for everybody’s happiness, comfort and safety. YOUR FAMILIES SAFELY IS VERY IMPORTANT TO US: - No bikes sorry. As we are a farm we do not have bike trails or paths. The paddocks are uneven terrain with incline and decline and are not safe for riding. - No yelling or squealing in the communal / play ground area. This area is for everybody's enjoyment. If your children are yelling and squealing you will all be asked to leave the communal area. - Please supervise your children at ALL times, this is for their safety. Children are not allowed to roam free around the farm without adults. Please ensure your children do not yell, squeal or run whilst around the animals. -Children must be supervised in the communal playground area, The playground is closed for use at 6.pm. - No lighting of campfires. Local Shire and DEFES have very strong rules regarding this, and if lighting of a fire occurs people will be prosecuted by DEFES and the local Shire up to $36000.00 or 3 years imprisonment, -Fabulous communal fire pit open during winter months. No individual site camp fires due to safety of our property, animals and guests. -If you smoke please place your butts in a sealed fire proof container. Please do not leave them on the ground as it is a fire risk and our animals may eat them causing health issues. -No dogs permitted on the property due to our animals roaming free. -You must be totally self contained, own power and water, (3 clean portable toilet and refreshing cold bush shower are available for use in the communal area). -Please take away all rubbish. -No big party groups. -Quiet time from 7.30pm please. Please consider other guests and our neighbours. -Check out of campsite by 11 am please. -If a gate is closed, please close it behind you as will find it very hard to catch an animal that has escaped. - Please do not enter animal enclosures/ paddocks without Jane or Marc. -As we are a farm and you will be in our farm animals home, we ask you to please be kind and friendly towards all of our animals. -You approach all animals at your own risk -Please do not feed the animals any food that has not been given to you by Jane and Marc. -Please drive very slowly through paddocks 10km per hour as animals roam freely. -You will be handed a rules and guidelines policy when you arrive which includes an emergency and evacuation plan. Make sure you read and make yourself very aware of the guidelines, as your safety is very important to us. -Arrival during day light hours is a must please arrival by 6pm, for yours and our animals safety. Welcome to Churchview Estate! Our estate is set on 100 hectres of land, with 60 hectres growing 16 different grape varieties. We have 6 camp sites along our dam and 1 set in bushland (SEE CAMPING GUIDELINES BELOW). As we are a fully functional vineyard we CAN NOT accept children for safety reasons. We are situated directly between Margaret River and Busselton townsites, which makes it the perfect location to explore all that our beautiful region has to offer. We encourage campers to join us in our cellar door for a complimentary wine tasting between 10am and 5pm, Monday to Saturday. CAMPING GUIDELINES: - We only accept self-contained caravans/motorhomes/vans. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK unless you have your own toilet. No exceptions, you will be turned away. - We DO NOT accept ground tents or swags. Do not book unless you are in a self-contained vehicle i.e. caravan, motorhome, camper-trailer. - Please arrive with enough drinking water for your stay (please note we do not fill caravan/van tanks). - There is a strict NO driving around the property or walking amongst the vines. - No pets allowed. - No boats in dam. - Camp fires permitted, in our designated fire pits, when shire regulations permit. Beautiful, relaxing spot with such a sense of serenity overlooking the dam. The kids had a ball playing totem tennis, climbing the sandhill and exploring the fallen trees, while the horses and geese roamed around. It was a real breath of fresh air, and we loved being able to let our dogs roam off lead. The paddle boat and kayaks was an added bonus! Such an amazing, fun stay with our travelling friends and the perfect place to celebrate our son’s 5th birthday. Would absolutely recommend! 🫶

They are fantastic hosts who genuinely care about their guests, with clear instructions and great communication before arrival. Overall, it was an amazing experience, especially with kids. We had a great weekend camping at Dam Side site at Sandalwood. Easy walk to the playground, communal area and a portable toilet nice and close for easy use. Initially I was a bit put off by the steep price for camping on a property with limited facilities but happy once I found out all of the $ goes towards the animals. All of the animals were super friendly and the kids loved feeding them all on the tour. Loved the cuddles with the beautiful dogs as well.

Wonderful weekend on the farm! Kids loved the marshmallows, playground and roaming friendly llamas. Farm tour was also great and Toodyay is only 10 minutes away. Each site was well spaced and relatively private and we enjoyed the star gazing at night. It’s been a dry winter so billabong was lower than we expected but obviously not the hosts fault. A fold out table is provided which was very handy but not the table and chairs in the pic. Would definitely stay again.

This was our second visit to Peaceful Valley Farm and it was just as beautiful as the first. With two small children, we love the spacious sites that the kids can play on without intruding on the neighbouring site. Our little one really enjoys the animal feeding and playing in the creek that runs right by the site. The facilities are clean and maintained with a little shop and firewood available. John and Natalie are fantastic hosts and incredibly welcoming and friendly. Thankyou for a great stay!

What a wonderful stay we had at Jarvis Estate. So close to some wonderful wineries and breweries and the 3.30pm tasting was wonderful. The kids loved playing with the farm dog and the sunrises were incredible. Highly recommend this stay!
