Nestled beside a crystal clear, year round freshwater creek, your secluded bush campsite is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle without being far from life's essentials. Spend your days swimming in the refreshing creek, feeding the friendly fish, spotting local wildlife including various bird and butterfly species, wallabies and sometimes the occasional turtle, or simply relax with a book beneath the shade of the trees. As evening falls light a campfire and enjoy stargazing in the peaceful surroundings listening to the sounds of the creek and native wildlife. Although you'll feel a world away, you're only 15 minutes from the nearest town and supermarket, making it easy to stock up on supplies before settling into your off-grid escape.     A private location between a sugar cane field, and a beautiful creek and swimming hole. The host gave great arrival instructions, met us and escorted us to the site. They provided a small crate of produce, and food to feed the fish. Kelly gave us a brief history of the area which was interesting. Pack your insect repellent.

    We loved our stay at Figtree Creek. The location was amazing, it was quiet, tucked away with a private swimming hole. The campsite had a small fairy garden which my children played in for hours. Kelly was wonderful to communicate with. She went above and beyond, providing us with a small basket of fresh produce and a guide of local attractions.
