You will have access to our beautiful peaceful surroundings, with adequate shelter under some lovely big trees park your camper or pitch a swag. We also have a nice running creek that you can enjoy watching our many wildlife that are present throughout the creek, fish, eels and turtles. It's truly a very private and relaxing spot to chill out and enjoy camping for a few days or whatever suits your needs while passing the area. Plenty of fantastic swimming holes nearby including Josephine falls and Babinda boulders very popular spots for tourist and the locals. Site 1 right down on the creek large grass flat space big enough for two families to set up camp. The creek runs around the outside so there are a number of viewing points to see the wildlife mentioned above. A set of solar lights hang over the firepit area allowing for more light while cooking on our wonderful swinging hotplate BBQ. Site 2 Our newer spot work in progress not so ideal for camper trailers. your situated under our tree line away from the main creek. A smaller paver firepit, plenty fine for sitting around an open fire while watching the stars at night. Swimming in the creek is not recommended. So please check by internal message before confirming your booking that way we can confirm a spot while discussing your needs to ensure you have a clear view of your camping area. Onsite we have our shared outhouse porta toilet which is positioned in the middle of both camping areas for everyone's convenience. Main smaller but very private area with the creek running around the outside of the spot. Easier access to the creek for a dip and larger firepit. When the ground is very wet, a four-wheel drive car is recommended. No fishing, no dish washing in the creek to protect the wildlife, please. Swimming in the creek is not recommended. Dogs are also welcome, but they have to be on the leash . Thank you.

Under some rainforest trees or on the flat which is a large grass area. Not so ideal for a camper trailer as it slopes slightly. When the ground is very wet, a four-wheel drive car is required. Site 1, in my opinion is the better of the two. Even though you are not completely private, you do have enough privacy to feel at home and relaxed. It is also a beautiful site where you are surrounded by the creek and can feed the fish and turtles. There is a really good camp fire setup to. The toilet provide was spotless. Miyuki, the owner was friendly and helpful. Thank you for our stay

Such a peaceful place to stay nestled in between the crook. The turtles are lovely as are Larry and Miyuki who were super welcoming and gave us some food to feed the turtles and fish!

We absolutely loved our stay at Larry & Miyuki's! It was so peaceful, calm and relaxing exactly what we needed to switch off for a couple of days. Our dog, Gizmo, had the best time watching the fish being fed and was completely fascinated by the turtles swimming past. It was so much fun watching him try to join in! Larry and Miyuki were such lovely hosts. They made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived, and their kindness really made our stay even more special. We already can't wait to come back. If you're looking for a beautiful, relaxing place to unwind, we couldn't recommend it more!

Great spot, great communication, no real views, which we'd hoped for and swimming not recommended but it is a great spot to camp with the dog and lots of space for the kids to play. We would definitely go back. Thank you Miyuki and Larry.

What a beautiful campsite. Surrounded by rainforest trees, with a creek embracing the site. The site was level with a lovely green lawn to camp on. We were serenaded by birds and frogs during the evening. It was a wonderful experience.

Larry and Miyuki are both very friendly. It’s a cozy spot with a lot of pet fish. The lawn was very beautiful. Toilet is very good, too. They set up a fire pit for cooking, BBQ, very helpful. We had a very good night stay.

We arrived and were greeted by Miyuki. She was friendly and gave us the lay of the land, along with some treats for the fish so we could feed them. The grounds are so beautiful, private and quite. There is a beautiful creek that runs through both campsites. There is room for outdoor games, wandering the property or space from other campers. We really enjoyed our stay and will be booking again as soon as we can. Thank you Miyuki.

Miyuki and Larry were kind hosts - very attentive to the weather and our camping capabilities. Despite the rain, we loved camping by the beautiful creek - thanks to Miyuki for giving us some food to lure in the turtles!

Absolutely beautiful spot with shady trees and a delightful shallow area with running water ideal for young ones and cooling off. Hosts are amazing and keep the site clean and are very accommodating.

Nice spot, In notes of booking it says “swimming not advised”, on arrival we were told no swimming at all as 2 crocs live in the area, the bank surrounding the creek is easily accessible for a crocodile and could cause harm.. my partner and I with our dogs unfortunately Packed up and left as we just felt on edge and not safe

Stunning location, beautifully managed with gorgeous surrounds. I even got a luxurious massage off Miyuki-the owner. We DEFINITELY plan to come back (if there’s ever a vacancy - it’s generally booked up). Great weekend.

Beautiful little private spot next to the creek filled with fish and turtles. There were small rubbish and recycling bins provided, as well as an outhouse with a portable toilet which was kept very clean. Couldn’t swim in the creek as there has been recent croc sighting nearby but still great to camp by.

Miyuki and Larry have curated a very special spot next to a beautiful creek. Feeding the turtles was a highlight, as was the massage my partner received from Miyuki, she said it was amazing and perfectly relaxing. They have a communal portable toilet that is immaculately kept. It was extremely private, we could have been miles from anyone. 10/10 would recommend 👌
