Cattle and horses roam the river flat as we are a beef breading cattle farm. Our property is situated across the road from the Mann River Caravan Park. This allows access to shop facilities for top us like ice, gas, take away food, an afternoon ice cream or canoe hire or planning a canoe trip on the river.  We have a number of different sites available, some with river views and river access and others around the property. Check out each of our listings to find out more. There are some great day trips to explore the area from your camp, other river crossings like Cangai, Hanging Rock, Coombadjha, Lliydale, Copmanhurst and many more. You can also head up the Gibraltar Range and check out Waspool National Parks, for some rainforest walks and bird watching or Boundary Falls. Toilet access can be made available on request otherwise please BYO toilet facilities. Sorry, no pets.

Silky Oak Tree River Site
We loved camping at Lynell's property. We were on the Mann River and the views were stunning. We had the place to ourseourselves! Lynell was the perfect host, very friendly and gave us places and things to do and visit. Loved our daily visits from the cows!! Would definitely recommend staying at Westbury Downs!!

Higher Level River View
What an incredible campground. Mountain views right next to the river. Horses roaming the paddock amongst you. We can’t wait to come back!!!

Silky Oak
What a great spot to camp. Perfect sunrises and sunsets at the foot of the Gibraltar Range. With the Mann River cutting through the valley. Great for kayaking and suping. Lynell was very welcoming and friendly. We shall return!!

We loved staying at Lynell’s property. Great location on the river, and plenty of space between sites. It was a pleasure to meet Lynell who is a fabulous hostess.

Nature escape
The private escape we needed with full river views & frontage. This place is stunning & was just what we needed for the long weekend without the crowds. We had it all to ourselves, but it would not have felt crowded as the camp spots are spaced away from each other, so privacy is still maintained even if other campers were to be there. Something we look for in a spot. Already planning another trip back!
