Cattle and horses roam the river flat as we are a beef breading cattle farm. Our property is situated across the road from the Mann River Caravan Park. This allows access to shop facilities for top us like ice, gas, take away food, an afternoon ice cream or canoe hire or planning a canoe trip on the river.  We have a number of different sites available, some with river views and river access and others around the property. Check out each of our listings to find out more. There are some great day trips to explore the area from your camp, other river crossings like Cangai, Hanging Rock, Coombadjha, Lliydale, Copmanhurst and many more. You can also head up the Gibraltar Range and check out Waspool National Parks, for some rainforest walks and bird watching or Boundary Falls. Toilet access can be made available on request otherwise please BYO toilet facilities. Sorry, no pets.

What an amazing part of the river. Thank you so much to Lynell for sharing your property with us. A great time was had by all - Kyaking, fishing and swimming. Highly recommend and look forward to returning.

Island Escape
Absolutely stunning
Such a stunning location. This was our second visit to Westbury Downs & we were lucky enough to get a booking at Island Escape. River front location, private &spot with stunning views all around. Always great comms with Lynell from the time of booking. The perfect place to unplug & relax. We will definitely be back.

Magic on the Mann.
What an amazing place to call home. Thank you to Lynelle & David for allowing our family to visit your property. Our stay at Westbury Downs was amazing. We had booked River Flats one but as there were no other campers we ended up setting up at Molasses Flat. It was an absolute treat having the place to ourselves. Felt like we were in the middle of nowhere. The view overlooking the river was spectacular, so much better than all the photos I’d seen and the stars out there were beautiful. The kids had a ball exploring and loved having the horses to make friends with. Having the toilet available made this much easier for our family of 4. The Jackadgery Store was nice and close if we ran out of anything or fancied one of their enormous ice creams. We found some stunning places to explore in the area and Lynelle provided some suggestions too. Cangi Bridge is only a short drive and is definitely worth taking a look at. Highly recommend Westbury Downs and will definitely be back again.
