What a fantastic spot, peaceful beautiful and very private. The owners were fantastic and very helpful. Helped us light fires in the firpit each night. Will definitely be back

This is an excellent location on the river at Telegraph Point. A lovely property for camping; with wonderful Hosts. A great place to enjoy in its own right; or; to use as a base to explore the surrounding area.

What a lovely well kept property right on the river. We had a fabulous time at The Old Butter Factory. Great location not far from the main hub of Port Macquarie. Heaps of space between other campers.
Tracey was a lovely and welcoming host.

Beautiful grassy grounds leading down to river. Arrived in middle of thunderstorm and host very welcoming offering use of sheltered indoor area if needed (we were fine) and selection of sites as we were only ones there. Thanks

Great spot right on the river with plenty of nice spots to camp on the mowed grass, we stayed two nights and it was very peaceful and tidy. Tracy was an awesome host and we will definitely visit again.

Camp ground was really nice and very well maintained and we were fortunate enough to have the whole place to ourselves. Host and facilities were excellent and nice kayaking and standup paddle boarding on the river.

We had the best stay over new years eve at the old butter factory. We made a last minute booking as we were on a road trip and we were so pleased with it!! Flushing toilets were great, river view with hammocks and lots of space. We really appreciated that Tracy doesn't over crowd with only 4 sites available. 10/10 would visit again if we were nearby!

We loved staying at the Old Butter Factory. Tracy was super friendly and welcoming, her property was big enough for each group to have their own space (Tracy only accepts 4 bookings at a time). I would recommend the Old Butter Factory for anyone looking for a lush green space to spend some quality time outside!

Amazing spot! Had such a nice night here. Really well maintained grounds with nice lawn, flat areas to set up camp, right by the river, lots of shade lots of space. Felt tranquil and very relaxing. Would come again and would recommend! Thanks Tracey we absolutely loved it.

The Old Butter Factory is a lovely, peaceful place with lots of shaded areas, clean bathrooms, great views of the river and Tracey is one of the loveliest hosts we’ve met!! We had a great couple of days lazing around enjoying the scenery. Just wish we could have stayed longer!! The directions given by Tracey were excellent, she greeted us on arrival and gave us all the information we needed. Great for families and an added bonus, you can take your fur babies!! We will be back!!

Worth the money especially if you are looking for a place to stay whilst passing through, beautiful green site with farm deco and good to have a toilet if you need. Saw pelicans and a kangaroo during our one night visit. Enough firewood was provided for all campers to last all night and plenty of tinder around, just need to byo lighter. Near a river so bring mozzy repellent.

We had the best time at The Old Butter Factory. The nature is gorgeous, right next to the river, firewood and firepits provided. Highly highly recommend, we hope to come back.

We loved the beauty of this camp , with beautiful trees, right beside the river and heaps of space. Tracey was so hospitable and friendly. The toilets were nice and clean. Easy access of the highway too. Must mention the fire pit at our spot was so cool at night with the cut out face in it. Would definitely camp here again.

Tracy is such a welcoming and accommodating host, and her place is so wonderful for camping, with a dog too. Great grass for tents, open spaces, shady spots, fire pits, river views. The river is excellent for skiing, fishing, kayaking. The Old Butter Factory is fascinating also. Highly recommended, thank you Tracy!

Beautiful spot for the caravan right on the edge of the river. Large grassy area with plenty of shade. Firepit with some wood provided. Access to water to fill our water tanks. Would highly recommend. Tracey was easy to communicate with and very friendly upon arrival.

Well we were certainly spoiled, we had Tracy’s camping spot all to ourselves! However, the spot can take 2 bookings so if there was another booking there, you would hardly notice as there is plenty of room and plenty of idyllic spots to choose from. Its right on the waters edge with a hammock perfectly positioned and plenty of spots to have a camp fire, Tracy even had some wood for us. There are also toilets on site. Its just minutes off the A1, so handy to get to if you are just passing through like us. We will definitely be back! Thank you Tracy!
