Site was well presented, however toilet could of been cleaned and cobwebs removed, otherwise rather peaceful.

What we loved:
- beautiful, lush grass, large flat area with heaps of room to run around, kick a ball etc.
- great little fire pit with grill, was so relaxing to look up at the stars by a fire.
- our kids (and adults) loved patting all the horses, was a highlight of our trip (for a couple of city kids 😅) and there were always loads of kangaroos and cicadas (noise warning) which was loads of fun for the kids.
- owners were lovely, we had a few chats while they fed the nearby horses
- close to basically anything you could need. Just over 10min from Woolies/aldi etc., not far from beaches, 2 min from servos, coffee, a small truck stop style fruit market.
What wasn't our fav?
- we didn't realise how major the road was. There was road noise all night (although it didn't bother my sleep too much, only the serenity). Also didn't feel as secluded as we had anticipated but that's on us for not really knowing the area
- unfortunately we were alerted on arrival there was no water, we had been anticipating water so we didn't have any sort of container with us to have the hosts fill (they did offer!) so we did have to buy water and scrimp which was an unexpected hiccup for us
Tip: google maps for some reason takes you the total wrong place. Just look at the pic on hipcamp and pin it yourself and go there

Lovely campground surrounded by a lot of wildlife and the sounds of birds. Campground was clean and the owner was lovely :)

We had a lovely easter weekend at Bella park.
We saw many beautiful horses. Kids love feeding them.
The host helped us clean the camping site before we get there. So plenty of space and with no horse manures where we put the camps.

Large space with no other camp groups in sight. The ground was level and the fire pits were very useful for light and keeping mozzies away.
The camp kitchen was very useful too.
For a campsite you couldn't ask for much more. One of the best hipcamp stays we had camping/driving up the east coast and back.
There is horse manure but horse is in the title so fair enough. We had a shovel and cleared out our site in a few minutes.

Overall, we didn’t have a good experience in this camp site. Some facilities were listed in the Hipcamp; however, were not provided. Some of the main ones listed below:
1- No toilet paper was in the toilet.
2- Potable water was supposed to be provided; however, the water quality was very poor (rainwater tank). You can’t use the water, particularly for the kids.
3- It is mentioned that trash bins are available in the campground; however, the owner expected us not to use the them. They came to the campsite and said you have to collect your own rubbish and not use the bins. I just can’t understand what is the point of bins when you can’t use them.
4- The provided trash bin was very small compared to the number of guests (14).
5- You don’t feel private at all as the campsite as it’s close to the main road. Also, the owner came down the road and checked us a few times which we felt vey uncomfortable.
6- The picnic table and benches were not maintained properly and was so dangerous to use, particularly, for the kids. Some parts were broken with the nails propagated out.
7- Horse manure was spreading all over the place and you had to check your steps.

The place is great with lots of shades, plenty of space for pets, the small kitchen area was gem when it rained and kids still wanted to play. Plenty of free firewood for campfire. We enjoyed our stay every minute. Kids enjoyed patting horses ( each one of them have name now). You can feel you are in wild with portals but still close to parks and lakes. So, it was a hit.

Had a lovely wkd camping here!
A spacious spot on land that houses lovely horses.
Perfect spot to have a fire with easy access to lots of kindling from the beautiful tall trees on the property.
The spot is close to the road so you hear some traffic noise, but it was a very minor thing given how lovely the area was.
Small kitchenette for power plugs was very handy. Would love to visit again.

We,ve been to a number of HICamp sites but were a little disappointed with this site. Site on Freemans drive which is busy and noisy. The site is a spare patch between horse paddocks next to a mozzy infested pond. The stench from the rotten wallaby corpse was bad, and due to the amount of toilet tissues near the kitchen we presumed the portoloo was emptied there. Unfortunately the dogs loved both of those, so poor things had to be tied up all the time. I cant comment on the host, this was the first time the host made no contact.

It is a nice private farm with horses around. There are good shades to skape sun during day. There is only one spot which will be good if you are going with a group and would like to have fun without bothering peoplearound. Plenty of fire wood, flushing toilet, and a small kitchen make life easy.
The only thing is that it's so close to the road and could be very noisy.

This was our 2nd time at Bella Park and it certainly didn't disapoint again. Beautiful peaceful place just to come and relax and unwind. Fantastic hosts.

Really enjoyed staying the weekend with my dog on her first camping trip. She was on-leash as required and that's fair enough as there are lots of wildlife and horses.
Close to Sydney, only an hour from home. Rainy weekend, but the field was fine, recently mowed and definitely not muddy etc. Set up about half way along the fence line, opposite the waterhole, nice and relatively flat.

Camping located in easy access, close to gas stations and snack bar.
The owner welcomed us very well and helped us find the place. Quiet place with many birds and horses which makes the experience very cool.

Bella Park is a great spot, and close to some 4wd tracks if you want to go for a thrash in the bush. Plenty of flat ground, and lots of shady trees if you need some time out of the sun. Although the traffic noise is quite noticeable during the day, it's barely there at night.
Property is very close to some of my family, so it is handy in that respect, as they can't say no to a 30 min drive......
We'll be back...!!

Had the most incredibly relaxing weekend at Bella Park in our caravan. Geoff was very welcoming upon our arrival and made sure we were well set up before leaving us to enjoy his beautiful property.
The inclusions are what made Bella Park stand out. Firewood and fire pits supplied, toilet and camp kitchen along with the privacy of being the only campers there all made our stay extremely hassle free and relaxing.
The horses were an added bonus. Super friendly and always up for a pat.
Thoroughly enjoyed our 2 nights and will definitely be back.

Only stayed here for one night but it is beautiful, wish I booked it for longer. Carrots were provided to feed the horses which are very friendly and affectionate. Didn’t want to leave, will definitely be going back!

Great place in spite of a wet weekend. Geoff looked after us and even had a great recommendation for a horse ride for a group of 12 year old girls. All up a much better weekend than it could have been due to lots of rain.

What a lovely place! The bird life here is sensational, its non stop action. My wife and I sat for hours watching and listening to the birds. Great hosts who were super friendly and checked in on us to see we were ok. The shack was great to store our extra food in the fridge and use the water too! Will be back for sure.

Great, easy to access campground. Flat paddock with sunny and shaded areas to camp in. Lots of wood provided for campfires. Great little camp kitchen if you need facilities and a loo (portaloo style) is a great feature. Close to Freemans waterhole servos for fuel, snacks and other essentials and only 1.5-2h from Sydney. A little traffic noise during the day, but nothing that bothered us at all, the positives well outnumbered this. All up a great place to stay!

This is a huge private site that could easily fit a large group. The host provided tons of firewood that was much appreciated!
The little kitchen was super handy for washing up and storing food.
The mozzies were pretty bad the first night, I think because we didn’t have the fire lighting in time. The hosts were friendly and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. I would recommend this spot to others and would stay here again. There are some beautiful beaches nearby too!

Really enjoyed our stay. Something different for the horses and dogs. Great trail ride and play in the arena and with poles. We are local to this site but was great to have an overnight stay to enjoy relaxed environment, safe for both horses and our dogs. Dogs were allowed off leads only when proven they would not chase the horses or leave the site which is appreciated. Did not need to use the camp kitchen but was nice to know it was there if needed. Will do this again soon, thanks Geoff and Janet.

Great spot, close to road so some road noise but benefits out weigh that. Watch carefully for drive way. Good area to stop to open gate with it set back off the road. Arena, horse yards, trail rides, camp kitchen, portaloo. Easy to get to 3 mins off M1. Heaps around to do. Toronto lakeside restaurants 15mins. Gateway to the Hunter Valley. 1hr 10mins from Hornsby. Ride, walk, sleep and go out knowing your horses are safe. Loved our stay here.
