Just five kilometers outside of Margaret River, we welcome campers to come and experience the magic of Fair Harvest. The gardens and farm of Fair Harvest were established in 1995 and have matured into an extensive Permaculture demonstration system. In 2022, we were proudly awarded the nationally-recognised Eco Certification for Ecotourism camper amenities include 2 showers ( on timer as we have limited rainwater), 2composting toilets, and an outdoor kitchen built from timber harvested onsite. We are dedicated to creating a more sustainable lifestyle and sharing our beautiful farm with others. As a permaculture farm recycling is a huge part of our culture so please read our detailed guidelines to waste management for campers.
The farm features extensive food gardens , a beautiful Yoga Barn, and a farm and forest walks. Our campground is close to town, bush walks and cycle trails. Enjoy eco-friendly amenities and a great vibe, a place to retreat in a beautiful part of the world. Visit the animals, discover our veggie garden and observe the many birds part of our ecosystem.
Due to farm commitments, events, courses and retreats, the campground is open to the public only certain times of the year.

Fair Harvest Retreat Rules
1 - CHECK IN is between 2 and 6 pm, for late arrivals let us know your ETA. CHECK OUT by 10 am
2 - ON ARRIVAL, stop at the self check-in area. Register your details.
Find your name and camp site number on the whiteboard. Grab a map and set up your camp.
3 - KIDS should always be accompanied beyond the immediate campground.
4 - Enjoy a SHORT WALK around the gardens.
We kindly ask you to keep the gates closed and not to pick the food.
FARM WALK, follow the walk trail sign around our forest about 30/40 min..
5 - DOGS should be on a lead at all time, we do have 1 designated paddock (not fenced)
where you can have your dog off leads, please ask us.
Our 2 farm dogs are free to walk around the farm and are really friendly.

Please make sure your bins and food are out of reach.
6 - FIRE - you are welcome to light the communal fire (firewood provided)

7 - WASTE & RECYCLING - SO IMPORTANT!
We are doing our best to provide a great recycling model. PLEASE help us ….
All food even meat should be given to the chickens (bin in the kitchen)
There is a 10C refund bin (this goes to charity)
A recycling bin at the front gate.

We do not accept mixed rubbish in our bin, so if you don't separate take them away with you.
We will be more than happy to explain and help you with your waste.

Toolibut Bush Camp is a secluded, tranquil 68 acre bush block set back one kilometre from Borden-Bremer Bay Road, 32 kilometres from Bremer Bay, Western Australia.
You can choose either a secluded area to camp where you can surround yourself with natural bush, Yates, and Toolibut trees or a more wide open space where two or three caravans traveling together can park with plenty of room.
There are walk trails to explore that meander through the bush, wetlands and paperbark thickets. Keep a lookout for kangaroos and bird life.
For the 4x4 enthusiast, the 9 km track to Reef Beach is a challenge that will reward you with beach fishing and sand dunes to explore.
If you prefer, you can set up camp near the camp kitchen. This area is ideal for group bookings as well as individuals. The camp kitchen is basic with a BBQ, bar, fridge and a sink with running untreated rain water. A clean toilet is also provided but no shower. It is recommended that you are self-contained as the camp kitchen has no water or power outlets, (hookups) for caravans or RV's. No generators please.
Campfire in the communal firepit area is welcome except during a fire ban. Firewood and kindling are provided for your convenience. While sitting around the fire, you can see the stars and listen to the night sounds. Don't forget the marshmallows.
We are a dog friendly camp-site but please keep your pets on a leash. If you wish to take your dog off the lead for a run, there is a designated off leash area in the top paddock. You may even see our family of kangaroos on your walk.
Toolibut is an ideal place to park up and explore the surrounding area. Bremer Bay has excellent beaches, whale tours and the world renowned Fitzgerald River National Park with its unique wildflowers and viewing platforms for whale watching.

Welcome to Rosa Glen Farm approximately 20 minutes south-east of Margaret River. Rosa Glen Farm is a working vineyard/winery making natural wine. We have now been on the farm for three years and as you will see we are still continuing to build our dream with our recently established olive grove and kitchen garden. Our love and passion is inspired by the nature that surrounds us, music and connection with the local community and travellers.
We have eight self-contained (only) pet friendly RV sites, beautifully spaced to deliver privacy and solitude in a genuine low-density camping experience unlike traditional caravan parks. Most sites are immersed in the Marri, Jarrah and Peppermint trees that surround our large Dam. Two of the sites have dam views; Isla In The Sun and Henry Lee whilst the others are close walk to the dam, which is a great swimming place in the summer.
Each site is large enough to cater for at least two caravans and two vehicles. During the winter months and early autumn we do recommend that your vehicles and van are 4WD as the road and property can be quite wet.
Our property really comes alive in Spring and Summer with the vineyard and our gardens in bloom and from December 15 our picnic/music/wine garden is open. Though you are more than welcome to purchase wine anytime, during summer we open our little bar-a- van to guests for wine tasting, cheese and music.
Our Bar-a-van sits under a majestic Marri tree, adjacent to our kitchen garden of which you can purchase season vegetable boxes. Please enquire when you arrive.
On the property we also have an adult only sauna and plunge pool - which will be open for the first time to guests from December 15, 2026. This can be booked as an extra through Hipcamp and your preferred time must be sent through as a message upon booking.
We also have a number of additional extras you can purchase such as Cheese Boards and some essential local food items.
A little bit about our local area 'Margaret River' which is most famous for wine but there are so many other things that make this place special. Our wild but beautiful coastline is largely uninhibited by people and within 15km away from our farm are the beautiful Karri Trees in the Boranup Forest, 4 x Limestone Caves to explore, The Wadandi bike trail, The Cape To Cape Track and the stunning beaches of Redgate and Contos. We are also known for surfing and close by are a number of world famous breaks including Surfers Point which is located 25 minutes from the farm.
Closer to the farm you can enjoy a short walk to a beautiful winery called SI Vintners, drive to The Berry Farm or the quirky town of Witchcliffe. At Witchcliffe you will find Darnell's General Store which has a gift shop (The Shed), cellar door (Amato Vino), coffee shop (Witchy Brews) a fantastic pub (Dear Darnells) and the recently opened McHenry Hohnen Vintners wine bar.

It's an easily accessible and picturesque private property with approximately 7 acres of forest, flushing toilet, hot outdoor shower, a winter creek, a swimmable spring-fed dam, and an abundance of bird and wildlife, nestled between cattle farms in the heart of the Peel region.
PLEASE DO NOT BOOK IF YOU INTEND TO PARTY - HARMONY RETREAT IS A PEACEFUL NATURE ESCAPE.
There are free-ranging chickens and Guinea fowl, a mini pig, very friendly goats, sheep, and our family dogs on site. The owners Michelle, Troy, and Carolyne live and work onsite.
Friendly dogs are welcome, however, must be kept on a leash at all times, due to free-ranging livestock and wildlife on the property.
The camping area is easily accessed by most vehicles. There is a hot water outdoor shower and toilet available to use and within walking distance of each site.
CHILDREN/TEENS - The dam on the property is unfenced and has steep sides when the water line is low, therefore it is imperative that children are fully supervised at all times. We also asked that older children/teens are supervised, so as not to vandalise property, nature, gardens and fire-pits (this has unfortunately been a problem in the past).
Our communal BBQ area is now open with a gas BBQ, picnic table and sink. Please bring your own cooker, kettle, esky, etc, Bringing your own drinking water is a must, as the water from the taps comes from our spring-fed dam.
All rubbish and waste needs to be taken with you.
Fires are permitted in designated fire pits during fire season (BYO wood). We do ask that you follow local fire regulations with no outdoor open cooking flames during fire bans.

Murray Valley Camping features campsites that are completely open in nature. Each site is close to the Murray River and is surrounded by nature, so you truly feel far away from the rest of the world. The property is close to the famous Bibbulmun track, with Harvey and Boddington equal distances away, so options to explore the region easily.
Campers can go for walks along the river, relax, and enjoy the sounds of nature. Throw your kayak in for a paddle. Throw a line in and try your luck at fishing. As the day slips away, catch a beautiful sunset, as you toast marshmallows by the campfire (outside of fire restriction times).
There are no toilets or amenities, so all campers need to be fully self-contained in that respect, with their own camp toilet and water, and we ask you to take all waste when you go. There’s also little to no cell reception at the sites.
There is background noise from the nearby conveyer belt that goes on and off randomly. Some people take it as soothing white noise while others think it’s overbearing.
Pet-friendly, so you're welcome to bring your four-legged friend along.

We are a hobby farm set on 100-acres on the North Dandalup scarp, with a few sheep. You will find kangaroos, echidnas, sometimes emus visiting our property.
You can enjoy the great views into the horizon towards the Indian Ocean amidst the tall jarrah and gum trees. Campsites are set in the woodlands, some with views.
It’s perfect for people seeking 'quiet' time away, but still near to amenities in the towns around here. You can take walks to experience forest therapy, have a campfire or canoe in the dams during wintertime.
There is no power, water or toilet facilities so campers must be completely self-contained. You are expected to clear up and take all rubbish with you. Leave no trace.
The terrain is rather hilly, hence a few sites are accessible only by 4WD (Sembawang and Changi). There are some sites that are still accessible with regular cars (Opera 1, 2 or 3; Tampines, Bedok). RVs and small caravans are welcomed. All vehicles have to stay on the paths, and not to make any tracks.
The gravel road leading to our property is shared with neighbours who run horses. As such, please drive really slowly here so as not to cause the horses to bolt.
During the summer fire season, fires are strictly prohibited!

5 beautiful acres in the Swan Valley with horses, we run a horse rehoming charity from here where all proceeds from hipcamp go to support our facility. Along with plenty of horses, you'll also see kangaroos at certain times and our pet sheep Jamima who thinks she's a horse!
A superb property with a winter creek and an open paddock where the horses live. It's very peaceful. There are only two camping sites available on this wonderful property at any time so privacy is assured.
There is also a dam on the property so please mind any children with absent swimming abilities.
Campfires are allowed during the season, and there is a toilet and shower available in the shed 100 meters from the camping area.
Smaller groups booking the campsites will have full access to the toilet and shower. Please note, however, we offer a group camping option for larger groups but those booking this option must be fully self-contained as our facilities are not enough to support a large group.
We have a strict Leave No Trace policy here, we kindly ask that you take all rubbish with you when you leave. We also ask that you please do not feed the horses.
The property is well located to access many great wineries and cafes in the famous Swan Valley area, some within walking distance.
Security here is taken care of by Mr security guard "aka" Smoky our pet dog. He's very safe and timid. If you get a pat from this boy I know you're good, so beware! We are dog friendly here, so you're welcome to bring mans best friend and we also have a secure yard to house any pets if you need a break, so long as they don't hassle the horses. We may also be able to accommodate your horse - please discuss this with us prior to booking.

RULES AND GUILDELINES.
While staying at Sandalwood Downs we would like all visitors to understand and accept the guidelines and rules, which are in place for everybody’s happiness, comfort and safety.
YOUR FAMILIES SAFELY IS VERY IMPORTANT TO US:
- No bikes sorry. As we are a farm we do not have bike trails or paths. The paddocks are uneven terrain with incline and decline and are not safe for riding.
- No yelling or squealing in the communal / play ground area. This area is for everybody's enjoyment. If your children are yelling and squealing you will all be asked to leave the communal area.
- Please supervise your children at ALL times, this is for their safety. Children are not allowed to roam free around the farm without adults. Please ensure your children do not yell, squeal or run whilst around the animals.
-Children must be supervised in the communal playground area, The playground is closed for use at 6.pm.
- No lighting of campfires. Local Shire and DEFES have very strong rules regarding this, and if lighting of a fire occurs people will be prosecuted by DEFES and the local Shire up to $36000.00 or 3 years imprisonment,
-Fabulous communal fire pit open during winter months. No individual site camp fires due to safety of our property, animals and guests.
-If you smoke please place your butts in a sealed fire proof container. Please do not leave them on the ground as it is a fire risk and our animals may eat them causing health issues.
-No dogs permitted on the property due to our animals roaming free.
-You must be totally self contained, own power and water, (3 clean portable toilet and refreshing cold bush shower are available for use in the communal area).
-Please take away all rubbish.
-No big party groups.
-Quiet time from 7.30pm please. Please consider other guests and our neighbours.
-Check out of campsite by 11 am please.
-If a gate is closed, please close it behind you as will find it very hard to catch an animal that has escaped.
- Please do not enter animal enclosures/ paddocks without Jane or Marc.
-As we are a farm and you will be in our farm animals home, we ask you to please be kind and friendly towards all of our animals.
-You approach all animals at your own risk
-Please do not feed the animals any food that has not been given to you by Jane and Marc.
-Please drive very slowly through paddocks 10km per hour as animals roam freely.
-You will be handed a rules and guidelines policy when you arrive which includes an emergency and evacuation plan. Make sure you read and make yourself very aware of the guidelines, as your safety is very important to us.
-Arrival during day light hours is a must please arrival by 6pm, for yours and our animals safety. The front gate will be locked at 6pm for security reasons and will not unlocked till morning.

We love all animals here at Nanga River Retreat and we'd love for you to bring yours along (Remember to book our pet friendly site – ‘River Camp’, and dont forget to bring your little yellow bags please). We also enjoy an abundance of wildlife traffic through the property.
We would love to see all the Witches, Wiccans, and other Weirdos out there, we encourage you to book in for a spell. (pun intended) You'll fit right in. 🧙♀️
We invite discreet devotees of herbs, and mushrooms, to visit for a while, you will absolutely love it here, with privacy you just cannot get at the park 🤙
Come and find yourself, or maybe lose yourself, down by the river in Dwellingup, forest getaways dont get much better.
Please Note;
Loud drunkenness, anti-social behaviour, and rude misconduct will lead to eviction without refund, and reporting to Hipcamp.
Also, no off-roading. No motor bikes, quads and any sort of hooning on the property will lead to eviction without refund and reporting to Hipcamp.

A small advice for those bringing children, this is a wild and unfenced river access area and all care should be taken in supervision. Please see the site rules.
Feel free to contact us via Hipcamp if you're interested but for some reason fall outside of the site parameters listed, we're pretty flexible and in most cases will be willing to accommodate your needs.

You will need to be self contained and bring your own drinking water. Small dogs are allowed but must stay with your setup or be on a leash when walking.
Also if you have bikes, there is a bike trail into Bindoon from the end of Teatree Road (4.1km). This is where the Museum, Arts and Crafts centre and Men’s shed are located.

Beautiful, relaxing spot with such a sense of serenity overlooking the dam. The kids had a ball playing totem tennis, climbing the sandhill and exploring the fallen trees, while the horses and geese roamed around. It was a real breath of fresh air, and we loved being able to let our dogs roam off lead. The paddle boat and kayaks was an added bonus! Such an amazing, fun stay with our travelling friends and the perfect place to celebrate our son’s 5th birthday. Would absolutely recommend! 🫶

We had a great weekend camping at Dam Side site at Sandalwood. Easy walk to the playground, communal area and a portable toilet nice and close for easy use. Initially I was a bit put off by the steep price for camping on a property with limited facilities but happy once I found out all of the $ goes towards the animals. All of the animals were super friendly and the kids loved feeding them all on the tour. Loved the cuddles with the beautiful dogs as well.

What a beautiful stay! Our host met us with a welcoming smile, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.
The site was spacious, private, quiet and wonderfully tranquil. A perfect spot for us to relax and enjoy a few peaceful days away.
An added bonus was the amenities, lovely clean toilet and shower facilities if needed, plus rubbish and dump point facilities, making the stay even more convenient.

This was our second visit to Peaceful Valley Farm and it was just as beautiful as the first.
With two small children, we love the spacious sites that the kids can play on without intruding on the neighbouring site. Our little one really enjoys the animal feeding and playing in the creek that runs right by the site. The facilities are clean and maintained with a little shop and firewood available. John and Natalie are fantastic hosts and incredibly welcoming and friendly. Thankyou for a great stay!
