Approximately 50 powered sites are scattered around the park, all in grassed and shady locations with plenty of room for everyone. The benefit of being such an established park is that we have plenty of perennial trees that cast ample shade over your site. All sites are close to our amenities, complete with baby bath, laundry, washing machines, and dryers. Clotheslines are also situated in the park close to the laundry facilities.

I booked this over a long weekend when I couldn’t find anything else — the upside was I finally found something! The downside? I knew it would be pretty average. (If they don’t show interior photos, that’s usually a sign 😅). The caravan park itself is great — nice pool, jumping pillow, close to the beach, and clean bathrooms. The van, though, is very old and quite musty. Only one window opened for airflow. The bed was comfy enough but on wheels, so it moved around a bit. Air con in the annexe worked really well. Kitchen was basic — rusty pots and pans (not really usable), fridge and microwave were fine, kettle had calcium floaties, and there was no stove as advertised — just an electric frypan. It’s surrounded by permanent residents and their dogs, but everyone (humans included!) were well behaved. It’s also a bit of a walk to the toilets in the middle of the night. All in all, if you can’t find anything else, it’ll do — but I wouldn’t choose to stay in this van if I had other options.

Cottage 7 Berth Pet Friendly
Good location, close to Dunsborough and Busselton. Cabin had basic amenities and appreciated the gated verandah for our fave furry 🐾 There is lots of renovations happening to improve cabins and site, will definitely consider again. Staff helpful and friendly. 😊 nice walk to beach for dogs..

Very ordinary park, toilet block about a 1 star standard, continually dirty , no water pressure and quite a few permanent residents with barking dogs, you got to watch out for the dog landmines as well, some sites very close together. I won't mention what I found when I emptied the toilet cassette, suffice to say having a grill over the hole was a first? The chalets at the park entry looked good and probably the better end of the park

The camping experience was great! The facilities at the kitchen and toilets were the highlight! It felt like glamping to an extent! Didn’t get to try the pool but next time! The flexibility for checking in was incredible, and I appreciated the information provided during checking in and the ease of checking out! Great for 2-3 night staying at Busselton, and was quite close to the town!

Normally it wouldn’t concern me however, on this weekend I became very unwell, my Grandchildren 9 & 7 spent the afternoon crafting. They had dinner and we snuggled down to watch a movie. We tried numerous times to connect to the WiFi without success. The park itself was amazing und under normal circumstances this would not have been a concern. It was just unfortunate on this particular weekend.

Way to many full-time residents but not to bad a place to stay. All the amenities are very much in need of a physical upgrade. Washing machine facilities etc lacking. Front of house staff we're absolutely fantastic.

Overall, we had an okay experience. Unfortunately, the site was super close to a few other camps and cottages/on-site caravans, and we didn’t feel as private as expected. We arrived at night, so it was quite difficult to navigate where we were staying as the area codes were on the ground and it’s hard to see as you’re driving since the road was only one way and it was pretty narrow. The maps definitely need to be updated as some of their facilities aren’t shown, making it more difficult to navigate certain things like the toilets and your camp section booked. Some positive notes, they had plenty of showers and toilets available, hot water to shower with and a communal kitchen with some dish washing equipment’s (soap, scourer, and cleaning cloth).

The lady at reception was friendly, however the camp was mostly long term residential. We booked a paid for a slab site, the site we were offered was grass, sprinklers were still on when we arrived, the site was at the end of a very crowded row of residents and took some driving skills to navigate through, it was also right next to major road works. We decided this was not the camp site for us and left.
