We are a biodynamic winery and farm, our vines were already established when we purchased the land just over 3 years ago and some of the first planted in the region. The farm is a working farm and well.. a massive work in progress. Our passion is the land, the environment, making good wine, listening to music, eating good food and sharing all of this with our community.
We are opening up our farm to share with like minded souls who share the same passions as us (our community). Over the years we have started to learn about the secret spots on our property. The ones which are secluded, capture beautiful pieces of light at certain times of the day, where the black cockatoos love to rest on the branches of the gum trees, the areas where weeping peppermints create a haven and the frequencies of the frogs elevate at certain times of the year and times of the day are so loud that you cant hear yourself think. As a result we have several spots on our property we would love to share with like minded people who have a love for nature, music and wine.
PLEASE BE AWARE WE HAVE NO FACILITIES such as toilets, showers and water.
Our region 'Margaret River' is famous for wine but there are so many other things that make this place special. A wild but beautiful coastline uninhibited by people, karri forest, caves, mountain bike trails and a 120km coastal walk. We are also known for surfing and close by are a number of world famous breaks including Surfers Point which is located 20 minutes from the farm. Closer to the farm you can enjoy a short walk to a beautiful winery called SI Vintners, drive to The Berry Farm or the quirky town of Witchcliffe. At Witchcliffe you will find Darnell's General Store which has a gift shop (The Shed), cellar door (Amato Vino), coffee shop (Witchy Brews) and fantastic pub (Dear Darnells), newly opened McHenry Hohnen Vintners wine bar and vintage stores which it has become renown for.

We are a family homestead on 5 acres planted out to permaculture principles back in the late 70's with some 40 different varieties of fruit and nut trees to graze on.
Our Toobs are repurposed 2.1m diameter by 2.4m deep concrete pipes with one way glass, a queen size bed, 2 small bedside tables, light, power points, electric blanket(winter), pedestal fan (summer)all linen, towel and curtains for privacy. Internal volume is just over 9m3. They've been called glamping pods, concrete tents, micro habitats, sleep stations. . . .but at heart, they're an immersive experience. How they look, where they are, the way you sleep and where you wake up is an altogether novel experience that we feel most people will enjoy.
Toobs are serviced by a shared safari-style wash house with hot water shower and composting loo.
Our block is on the Rails to Trails beside the Margaret River. Main Street and cafe strip are a short 10 minute forest walk away. We are popular with mountain bikers due to our close proximity (ride to trails) MR's MTB trails. Surfer's Point and Prevelly are 9kms away. We have laying hens, horses, a large and active Ring Tail possum tribe and vegetable garden.
CAVEATS:
-Just to be clear, we encourage our guests to eat out and we do NOT have kitchen and/or cooking facilities.
- Our Toobs are tiny spaces and they are not everyone's cup of tea. Please read the reviews for a fair assessment of what we offer.

The farm features extensive food gardens , a beautiful Yoga Barn, and a farm and forest walks. Our campground is close to town, bush walks and cycle trails. 1 - CHECK IN is between 2 and 6 pm, for late arrivals let us know your ETA. CHECK OUT by 10 am
2 - ON ARRIVAL, stop at the self check-in area. Register your details.
Find your name and camp site number on the whiteboard. Grab a map and set up your camp.
3 - KIDS should always be accompanied beyond the immediate campground.
4 - Enjoy a SHORT WALK around the gardens.
We kindly ask you to keep the gates closed and not to pick the food.
FARM WALK, follow the walk trail sign around our forest about 30/40 min..
5 - DOGS should be on a lead at all time, we do have 1 designated paddock (not fenced)
where you can have your dog off leads, please ask us.
Our 2 farm dogs are free to walk around the farm and are really friendly.

We can take tents, camper trailers, RV's and small caravans up to about 8 m is OK. We do not have power to the campsite. The camp ground is on a working lavender farm and farming activities may be happening.
We are small and exclusive so if you can't arrive before DARK please do not book if you cant get to our location during the checkin window 3 to 6 PM
The lavender farm shop and cafe is open Friday to Sundays in term and Thursday to Monday during school holidays (closed February and March) but campers can purchase lavender products on request and order takeaway from the menu
Camp fires in season (Usually May to September) and weather permitting. We supply fallen logs for the communal fire pit please do not bring your own but fires only at night and not in the morning please! If you have your own firepit or want one you need to purchase a bag of wood.

Welcome to Churchview Estate!
Our estate is set on 100 hectres of land, with 60 hectres growing 16 different grape varieties.
We have 3 camp sites along our dam and 1 set in bushland (SEE CAMPING GUIDELINES BELOW).
As we are a fully functional vineyard we CAN NOT accept children for safety reasons.
We are situated directly between Margaret River and Busselton townsites, which makes it the perfect location to explore all that our beautiful region has to offer.
We encourage campers to join us in our cellar door for a complimentary wine tasting between 10am and 5pm, Monday to Saturday.
CAMPING GUIDELINES:
- We only accept self-contained caravans/motorhomes/vans. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK unless you have your own toilet. No exceptions, you will be turned away.
- We DO NOT accept ground tents or swags. Do not book unless you are in a self-contained vehicle i.e. caravan, motorhome, camper-trailer.
- Please arrive with enough drinking water for your stay (please note we do not fill caravan/van tanks).
- There is a strict NO driving around the property or walking amongst the vines.
- No pets allowed.
- No boats in dam.
- Camp fires permitted, in our designated fire pits, when shire regulations permit. NO firewood is to be brought onto our property. $20/bag payable at cellar door.
Check-in at CELLAR DOOR between 2pm - 5pm. If you are running late, please call the cellar door before 5pm to let us know and arrangements can be made.

A lovingly restored vintage 1970's caravan offering a cosy campout for the naturally adventurous. The minimalist set-up offers everything you need, and nothing you don’t, including a double bed, gas burner stove, outdoor compost loo with a fantastic view and outdoor camp shower.
And it's pet friendly!
Located in the heart of the Margaret River Region wine country, there is plenty to see and do - although sometimes doing nothing is the best option. The perfect base for those looking to walk sections of the Cape to Cape Track or a central, comforting stop for those tackling the full 135km distance. A sunset at the Willyabrup Cliffs is a truly magical experience and a bit of a hidden gem. The property is owned by a local winemaking family who can organise wine and a cheese platter to take the experience to the next level. Your hosts are more than happy to provide their personal recommendations for things to do while in the area.
It is a 500m walk from a public parking space - a little bit rocky so best suited to those travelling light. Happy to chat with guests prior to arrival and will do our best to accommodate your needs.

A working small hobby farm in its fledgling stages with friendly cows who love all sorts of food . Alpacas ,kangaroos,emus and lots of black cockatoos if lucky enough you can even find red tail cockatoo feathers around the place . We have a brook that flows 10 months of the year with ponds during summer . 3 kms from the town of nannup it’s close if you forget something but away enough you don’t need to see people if you choose not to . The property is boarded by native bush but is still accessible from the main road . Plenty of walking trails and native flowers in spring .

Great location to explore the south West from. Great amenities, including a dog run. Friendly and knowledgeable hosts. We were even able to get a dog sitter on site at short notice. Great setting, very much enjoyed our relaxing stay.

A great site, with spacious sites in a gorgeous setting. We really enjoyed the forest walk down into town. The power going off was a bit of an inconvenience, particularly when there was no prior warning that this would be the case for both bathrooms. However we understand that this was out of the control of the site mangers themselves.

Weekend Trip to ShantiVan by the Dam
Perfect secluded little weekend getaway. Nothing fancy but very comfortable. The van was set up with everything we needed to cook our own meals and was perfectly situated where we could go and explore the Margaret River region and not have to drive too far. Hubby and I would love to visit again in the winter so we can have a fire

We had a great stay at Toobizmo! The land was beautiful and the tubes were very cozy and had plenty of room for our stuff. The bathroom was so cute and we loved the outdoor shower. Richard was a kind and helpful host. Definitely recommend this place for an affordable and fun glamping option to explore Margaret River.

We loved staying here with our 2 dogs and cat. It was our final stop on our 13+ month long caravan journey and so happy we decided to stay here. Super friendly staff, large sites, great facilities and nice and quiet. One of the best showers we've had! Multiple laundries, camp kitchens etc. As well as farm animals if you have kids.
We'll definitely be staying here again.

We loved our stay at the olive farm. The blue wrens greeted us first thing in the morning, bird life abundant. The olive trees provided shade when needed, we would definitely come back. Cheers to Peter, very helpful. Close to margaret river and all the sights.

I loved the beautiful permaculture gardens and the walks around the property to the beautiful stands of Kari trees. The chickens, geese, horses , dogs and goats all added to the atmosphere. I was even able to sneak into the yoga hall; with permission, one afternoon to do some yoga. 🙏🏻It was inspiring to see the whole farm in action.
The facilities very rustic and functional and I loved the low environmental impact the whole place had.

We loved our stay at Fair Harvest. Very cool, relaxed, eco friendly camping spot with a working farm, horses, geese, goats, chickens and wild rabbits! The owner was so friendly and even gave us a jar of quince to take home. Thanks, Fair Harvest! We will be back. : )
